The woman who wears a badge saying ‘supervisor’ with blonde hair (tied up) and black glasses is seriously lacking basic skills in customer service. She goes out of her way to be rude to the customers she simply doesn’t like the look of, to ensure said customers feel as unwelcome and uncomfortable as possible whilst they dine here. I am shocked that Alpine have chosen her to be a supervisor. Myself and my many professional, well-mannered and respectable friends visit often. We cannot believe her attitude. She’s loud and overly friendly with some customers, but shockingly rude to the attractive females. It’s not just her jealous facial expressions (she looks at attractive females with disgust), but her entire attitude around them. Rude, immature, unprofessional and obnoxious. If she finds it difficult to control her jealousy, she should not be working with customers at all. Let alone as a supervisor. She should be able to be professional when serving everyone, like all of the other staff who work at Alpine. Stunning coffee shop - unique, welcoming, with lovely decor. Beautiful location. One of our favourite places to eat. There are a lot of staff, and they are all pleasant, helpful and professional - apart from the supervisor. She totally spoils this coffee shop.

From the moment you walk in there is always a nice friendly welcome. We were a bit early for our booking but that was not a problem. Great menu choice and all our meals were delicious we especially like the small pudding and coffee choice.

Just visted this amazing little seafront pub and fancied a "light"supper so opted for the cajun chicken burger 🍔 WOW! As you can see from the picture it wasn't a light option. The burger was packed to the rafters, fully loaded and enough to satisfy the hungriest of appetites. Tender, moist chicken with a lovely spice. Crispy onion rings and gorgeous home made slaw with plenty of what looked like home made skin on fries. It was amazing! Not to be beaten i polished it all off with lovely chilled Madri. Well worth a visit. Keep up the good work chef 👍

I rarely use this app, but today I waited the best part of half an hour for chicken and rice. I was the only one stood waiting for hot food .I only ended up getting my food when I did because the woman woth glasses on the counter asked where it was , then it was thrown into a box .I would give a zero for presentation and wait time ,the chicken was dry, over cooked and very tasteless . I won't be returning .

We wanted a healthy lunch while having a day at in Llandudno, googled where to get a decent jacket potato and here we went. Lovely quirky tea room, odd chairs and tables and lots of lovely teapots, cups and saucers. Lovely varied menu and boy the jacket potato did not disappoint ! Lovely friendly staff and would certainly come back . Got cheese & beetroot salad with a jacket potato .. yummy

Fantastic little local cafe’, great food and friendly staff. Was nice to be made to feel so welcome and we enjoyed our time here. Coming back multiple times over our weeks stay. Even taking bread and cakes home with us to Derbyshire. Kids loved the football table! We will be back again in the future.

I love this place but its not for a main meal just ice cream to take away or if you want to stay awhile try their large variety of crepes or waffles. They are delicious and it has a spacious toilet at the back. Lovely and clean s great place for a treat. They also have a range of beverages and its very clean.

Next to the Maritime Museum it has limited opening hours and you may need to book. The menu is a mixture of the usual sort of main courses, but some more interesting looking starters and smaller dishes. Dreadful music totally out of keeping. How about some sea shanties

Not good at all, used to be one of the best cafes in N Wales with great food and fair prices. Now it’s the opposite. £16 pounds for a cold undercooked breakfast, and a small lukewarm latte. I should have complained, but I just walked out feeling disappointed. They won’t get a second chance with me.

Visited a couple of times whilst staying in the area. Had a fantastic Sunday lunch on our first visit, the best we have had in some time and at a very reasonable price. The second visit was for lunch, I had a sandwich and chips, both were absolutely delicious with a fresh side salad and slaw, my husband had the special lamb koftas and a side of teriyaki rice which was gorgeous. A lovely warm welcome on both visits, friendly staff, great menu & specials, a good clean tidy pub. Will definitely visit again when we are in the area x
