Excelente ubicación. La comida era excepcional y excelente relación calidad-precio. Fue una comida de cumpleaños y no fue decepcionado. Mi esposa y yo fuimos tratados como miembros de la realeza por todos los miembros del personal. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente.

He estado en Edimburgo muchas veces como turista y trabajo. Mi novia española y yo fuimos a tomar una cerveza durante el festival. Una vez besé a mi señora cerca de la puerta. Un cliente sentado con varios otros se cruzó y habló con mi novia en mi ausencia y más tarde vino y me dijo: "Este es un viejo pub de tíos, así que no te beses aquí. Si quieres hacer eso, ve a otro pub. " Él, como yo, tiene unos 50 años, lleva un polo negro de rugby de Bárbaro. Me sorprende la extraña hostilidad de alguien que es un cliente habitual allí.

No dejes comentarios sobre Starbucks, pero este merece algunas palabras. Pedí un café. Me equivoqué de orden antes de hacerlo y me cobró 5 peniques por una taza a pesar de que me senté. Bonito servidor australiano chico me ofreció un reembolso y luego compré el café también. Excelente atención al cliente. Merry Christmas.

Wow The service here was shocking 7/10/2022 Firstly girl behind counter you could fit a carpet in her bottom lip Looked depressed No please no thank you Anyways on to the next girl Blonde hair I waited like 5 mins for my order 😩 I thought they had forget about it. When I approached the counter to ask they put there hand up and says you'll get yr drink when it's ready I run my own shop just up road and would never or never even thought about treating a customer like that even when it's quiet nevermind busy

Was recommended here as I am celiac and they have a gf menu. As we were unsure what time we would be going (prior commitment before hand) I did not book. We arrived at 2.45pm and there was a sign outside saying 'bookings only, no walk ins' This was NOT on their website. We went in and spoke to a female member of staff who advised exactly what the sign had said. I then spoke to a male member of staff and asked where on their website it stated what the sign said, he said it didn't. Advised that due to rugby being on, they were unusually busy. The restaurant is large and they were not full to capacity. Asked if there was anyway we could have a table for 2 for an hour, point blank told no. We won't be returning.

Ordered a large cup of latte . The texture of the milk was just not right. The barista didn’t pay attention at all. Very disappointed.

Excelente lugar. Grandes pasteles DF y GF un montón de opciones. Encantador café. Sin duda recomiendo. Música no muy alta. Bonito ambiente

We approached the café at 9am with laundry and were greeted by four Scottish Terriers who were apparently running the place, until Graham arrived up the stairs to ask what the heck we wanted...and we knew immediately we were in the right place! I've read some of the reviews, and if you don't understand Graham in the first 5 seconds of him opening his mouth, you don't deserve to be there...and I am pretty sure Graham will know/sense it himself. I think he relishes poor reviews. But we felt immediately at home, and once we passed the "test", Graham was the perfect host. I had to put up with insults on my lack of fashion sense and some uncomfortable history lessons regarding the villainy of George Washington, but my wife and I would not trade our experience for anything! Graham practically did our laundry for us, made us coffee, and even gave me a lovely (empty) can of haggis. Thank you for the experience Graham! I hope you enjoy the US Dollar Bill (with Washington on it)...and I won't forget that American history is really Scottish history!

PERSONAL GROSERO. Hoy le dije a la rubia de mediana edad que era mi primera vez que estaba emocionada de intentarlo y ella respondió “bueno date prisa, hay cola” también le pedí un abrigo calentado y no lo hizo. Se lo pedí de nuevo, por favor, lo pedí calentado y le dio un ataque! 3 / 11 / 24 alrededor de 1. 30 pm quienquiera que fuera esa señora. Todavía en shock. El servidor de hombres se disculpó de su parte pero ¡guau!

Encontrar el lugar fue complicado. Si publican en su sitio web (está inmediatamente a la izquierda al salir de la calle Giles e inmediatamente a la derecha al ingresar a la calle Giles), habría ahorrado un poco de cuero para zapatos y un buen remojo. Me doy cuenta de que se encuentra en un edificio de la Lista A, pero es ridículo que no se les permita adjuntar algún tipo de señalización decente para informar a Joe Public de su existencia. Great student study place. Plenty of space and wifi with decent food and drink, all you could ever need as a student really.

Called here for the rugby match midday. Seating area was untidy and very cramped. You had to get a code for the toilet which frustrated other customers. Wont be going here again.

Myself & my friend visited blackhall today,as we walked in we were both greeted with a lovely goodmorning from both your staff,the coffee & cake was delicious 😋 after coffee I needed a card & the lady was very helpful at helping me to find a card I needed,when I got served the girl serving me was very chatty,both staff are very nice & have always got smiles on their faces,it's so nice to see this when walking into a coffe shop,we will be sure to return.
