The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Edinburgh and Lothian

Had lunch today here and the food was amazing and staff were so friendly. We had the croque madam, French toast and eggs royale - couldn’t fault any of it. Good atmosphere aswell. I’ll be back !!

Mi madre y mi hijo visitaron el restaurante el 6 de julio. Lamentablemente, mi madre se puso mal y hubo que llamar a una ambulancia. Mi hijo estaba extremadamente molesto al ver a su abuela enferma, pero dijo que el personal era absolutamente excelente haciendo que mi mamá se sintiera cómoda y apoyando tanto a él como a mi mamá. En realidad cerraron el restaurante mientras esperaban la ambulancia y se negaron a tomar dinero para la comida que habían comenzado a comer. Quiero decir un agradecimiento masivo por la amabilidad mostrada con mi madre y mi hijo, realmente significó mucho. Por lo que mi madre y mi hijo respondieron, el personal fue excepcional, trayendo mis cojines de mamá para que estuviera cómoda y haciendo tazas de té. Todos ustedes son un crédito absoluto y tan compasivos. -Muchas gracias.

Esta es mi opción - para un almuerzo rápido en Edimburgo. Gran comida casera, servicio amable, asientos al aire libre cuando el clima de Edimburgo lo permite. Puede estar ocupado a veces. Pides en el mostrador y sacas comida. Suelo tomar sopa, pero encantador - quiches de aspecto y ensalada también.

The two course lunch was delicious. I had the mushrooms and risotto. Don’t miss playing Skittles after your meal!

It's IKEA...they just do everything right. Ample parking, great cafe with great value food, staff were very helpful and polite while shopping and checking out. If I had one small niggle...some signage to get over to the pick-up point would be useful, especially if it's the first time going there.

Pleasant enough place, students and general public all mingle. Tables could do with cleaning more often, sticky everytime I have entered. Helpful staff.

Every time I come in here, I'm met with a friendly face who takes my order. It's such a rarity these days. Well done team Corstorphine

Had lunch here with a friend on Friday and it was beautiful. We both had the lunch 3 course offer and it did not disappoint. It was good enough portions. Loved the pate and fish was so good. 😊 Will definitely be back here again.

Pedí el desayuno escocés un café y un té. Mi café era mediocre en el mejor de los casos, mi esposa dijo que su té negro era decepcionante. Cuando llegó el desayuno escocés me di cuenta mirándolo estaba hecho con microondas. Los huevos y la salchicha eran duros y masticables, estoy bastante seguro de que la salchicha ni siquiera era carne que era tan malo! Tuvimos un par de pedazos y salimos y desayunamos en otro lugar. No vayas aquí decepcionante ni siquiera por una trampa turística. No comestible

Me encanta que este sea mi nombre! Y que Escocia es mi herencia. Por lo tanto, fue bueno visitarlo después de escucharlo durante 6 años. Tengo la camiseta. Me dieron una tapa doble - estante como es mi nombre! Lugar divertido.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this place like the plague. Ordered three drinks and they served me one and then I was left waiting over half an hour for another one. When I was served my pink lemonade it was undrinkable. I then asked for a peach ice tea which they then took another twenty minutes to make. Toilets look like something from a horror film, obviously hasn't been cleaned in days?! How this place is still open is beyond me. Staff are useless, slow and clueless.

As an HP fan, I really wanted to go see the place where the author wrote part of it. I'm still a fan of HP but I've lost all respect for JKR...so the experience was a bit bitter.

PERSONAL FAULT. We sat on the terrace to have a beer. It took them a long time to serve us and the poor girls had to run to serve the tables. You could really see the fatigue on his face. HIRE STAFF, rats.

Ordered food at 1.30pm and everything was stale and tasted days old. Not cheap either, definitely not worth the price. Morrisons cafe will do you better than here.
