Very well organized, clean and with helpful staff.

IKEA, the name says it all but I must mention the food good quality and very good value.

Great experience and great staff. As always with ikea it’s easy to navigate and to find everything you need. Are here and the food was good as always.

I love Ikea, the items are all priced well (I know you get what you pay for). Sometimes you just need a cheap bit of furniture. Love the cafe, love the meatballs and the rainbow cake is amazing

Rude unhelpful staff. I was told off by one member of staff for not knowing whether an item would fit in my car or not after I was told by another that it would. I was told I should know the size of my car. Clearly IKEA staff are not dyspraxia aware. If you have a hidden disability don't shop alone there. You'll get no help, just judgement

It's an IKEA store like all IKEA stores. Helpful staff and standard layout.

I'm on holiday from South Africa and I ALWAYS visit this IKEA!! It's huge with a very large selection of wonderful items to choose from. The food in the restaurant is AWESOME, especially the meat balls. I'm vegan and I just LOVE their vegan options

Visited to visit restaurant for a coffee. Immediately impressed by the "greeter" who welcomed us through the doors efficiently (i was supporting someone in a wheelchair) with warm friendliness and politeness. Everywhere spotless, good choice of pastries etc and hot drinks excellent. Members of staff couldn't have been more helpful of friendly. Definitely will return!

Lots to see around even if you don't buy anything.

Place is massive. Need a map and at least 3 hours to walk around and see everything.

Was fairly quiet with weekends busier than weekdays. I was able to take my time and enjoyed the shop

Lovely to pop in and have a wander before the store officially opens at 10.00. The restaurant was packed with lots of people having breakfast before going for a wander. Though very dangerous my pop in including leaving £42 worse off but with a bag of goodies I didn't know I needed (& my husband says I still don't....what does he know) Having that browsing time without hordes of people is a rarity in any Ikea. Easy to find, plenty of parking (& opposite Costco for fuel)

Looking for a bathroom unit,hopefully visit in the next few weeks

Actually really enjoyed my visit, I was not expecting to but its way better than B&Q , Wickes etc it's massive and has a canteen for customers in the middle of it.

A lot of diversity and very good food.

Love IKEA, had a coffee then a wander round top floor, lunch then went down to the market place, bought a chair which we had to go across to warehouse to collect. The 3 of us bought loads of stuff as per usual including lovely fleece bed throw, cushion covers, knitted throw, cushions, miniature cactuses & kitchen tongs. The chair is beautiful! My only criticism is there aren't enough staff on in restaurant & only one queue rather than 2 so takes ages to get served, hot food never properly hot!

Used to be perfect! Total shambles now! Loads of shelves in the collection area empty, yet some items have to be collected along the road at another collection point. Bad warehouse management is what's caused that. When stock runs low, you move more in, simple. Lukewarm meatballs and dirty takeaway area too. Such a shame.

Visiting the food hall was a nice experience. The employees were lovely and helpful, the waiting time was not too long at 10 a.m., and plenty of seating was available. The tables were all clean and the place looked tidy. The meals were very affordable, and the food had good portion sizes. The food tasted well for the value bracket, and the breakfast items were warm and not dry. The bacon was a bit undercooked, and the egg tasted rubbery, but the rest of the food was nice. The pastries were amazing, and hash browns were quite nice. And again, for under a fiver it was a great value-for-money meal. I would definitely revisit when I need to get to Ikea.

Love this place. Everything is beautiful and so well presented. The restaurant is great too with loads of choice and value for money. Facilities for children are excellent.

Hot food at the end is the best bit. It's fine for the majority of items but the coffee table prices including some small items of furniture are taking the piss

Lots and lots of stuff you may or may not need, but want to buy. Value for money. Hot dogs at the end of the shopping trip is great 😋

Popped in for lunch. Food was filling but wasn’t overly warm sadly. There wasn’t any baby pouches and the carbonated drinks machines were out of order. Coffee machines only half fill a cup so two presses were used to fill cup. Cleaning staff were great and friendly. Staff serving looked and sounded bored - no eye contact made and they looked like they were just on autopilot.

It's spotless and well laid out, everything is on display so you see exactly what you're buying. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable about the products

Its a big warehouse with loads of stuff just watch what you buy as can be very expensive

Easy to get around, as I'm disabled some places have very narrow walkways for pushchairs never mind a wheelchair, Everything I could need under one roof, Only one suggestion if any of the CEOs are reading this, we NEED A STORE IN FIFE!!!!! Dunfermline or Kirkcaldy definitely have the land available, have a wee think 🤔

Great store. Me and The Wife takes regular trips down here. The store is super easy to navigate round loads of signage. Lots of products to pick from definitely worth a stop by if you love IKEA

Increasingly becoming a bit of a joke, never have everything you need in stock, this time they had 5 in stock but after 45 minutes waiting, they admitted they couldn't find any and would have to refund us.

Has everything household wise, some are cheap and some are expensive but great facilities n friendly staff.

Very good, mostly things that you need for your house, not bad prices, plenty to see if you're on a budget, so don't get carried away and there a good restaurant specially for the kid's plenty parking bay's buses not bad plus a border bus straight to the city centre.

Breakfast is amazing. Lots to offer design wise. It's worth a visit if you need inspiration. Plus you can design your area in store

Everything you could want. The staff are pretty good, though the cafe/restaurant gets super busy. A crèche is available.

Wrongly charged and cannot get help online

Very exciting experience. I purchased five beautiful chandeliers as well as several bulbs at an affordable rate. I will be visiting the IKEA again.

Please be careful when you refund an order, they won’t refund your delivery fee here even though it is not delivered and even prepared, and is told by Ikea customer team that it’s a full refund. The customer relation staff named G***E saying i can’t expect the delivery fee to be refunded once a delivery is scheduled🤡🤡. But the delivery is scheduled when I place the order in the store. Anyway it wasn’t pleasant at all. She treated me like a criminal maybe she isn’t in good mood yesterday. I called the customer service again and was confirmed it is a full refund.

IKEA creche is now open again 10.00 - 6.00pm Monday- Sunday. ages 3- 10 years old located just inside main entrance. It's a free service and child can play while u shop in IKEA 45mins slots

Went to the restaurant for fish and mash potatoes with mushy peas . It is so fresh . My daughter got the Swedish meatballs and a dime slice for dessert. Love eating here .

In store staff extremely helpful with navigation and shortcuts

IKEA in Edinburgh allowed 3 men wearing leather fetish gear to walk though their store. Do not allow your children out of your sight, accompany them to the bathroom. Children are often drawn to these creeps orbit due to the dog masks etc.

As an infrequent visitor, it is always interesting to see the innovation and creativity on display.

Difficult to find what I wanted. Thanks to young lad who took us from trolley collection point to checkout through one door. Regrettably I did not get his name

We went for some photo frames chair for bathroom and shelves, lots off choices, It’s nice 👌 day out even if you want a wee bit exercise . For a day out fantastic café/ food hall , Great prices ££ 1 full breakfast 1x cup a tea 1 cappuccino 1 bacon roll and cinnamon pastry £10.20.

Love this shop. Good quality and great range of products at an affordable price. Enjoy visiting the restaurant and being able to get ideas from the displays. Fabulous.

Fairly small Ikea however it has all you need. Larger items have to be picked up in a different building which is annoying

Really limited selection of products. The marketplace had next to nothing in comparison to Newcastle. Limited food, I couldn't believe they had no original Diam chocolates.

Food in the cafe is always a must

Relieved veggie balls are still on the menu as my husband has Coeliac Disease and these are gluten free.

Bought wardrobes at competitive price. Delivered within days. Even had lunch there. Second visit. All excellent.

The staff always do them best to make sure you got what you need! Display what you can always touch and play to make sure you like it before you buy! They can design for you a kitchen bedroom or even a whole house. Food and drinks in a good price too x Always clean. List of small things what you need at home in one place. You can’t get out of the store with empty hands .. that’s is the only bad side 😂😂😂 Lots of inspiration as well x

It's an IKEA. Go in for one thing, loose track of time as you snake through, come out with five more things you suddenly "needed". Then go to the café. And just a quick trip back in to buy frozen meatballs. Always allow 3 hours for that 10 minute purchase.

I recommend this place. Good products.

Massive store! Could get lost in here so many nice displays all set up. Click and collect available, plenty staff to get info from on the shop floor, Cafe is great to effience staff. I didn't see any lids for hot drinks? Would love to return !

If you like furniture and want an all day Escape Room experience, this is the place to go. There's never any signs to direct you to specific parts of the shop (to get out of the show room). I spent an hour getting lost trying to find the click and collect tills. They're right by the exit. Wasn't signposted in anyway, you only seen it when you go past the tills to the exit. Some stuff is really nice and worth the money, but the what used to be cheap tat is now no longer cheap. An item wasn't in my click and collect order and didn't know until I started unloading the trolley they gave me. Had to trawl all the way back and wait half an hour for a staff member to find it somewhere in the show room. Staff member said that it changes so often that even they get lost. It's an extremely overwhelming place to be and feels awfully claustrophobic. Definitely not a place for anyone who has sensory issues at all. I've always tried to avoid going in as much as possible, preferring ordering online for delivery. They didn't have an item in stock that I needed and couldn't click and collect. Resorted to £40 delivery for 2 flat packs which was the discount I was given as a family member, and as it was classed as "large goods" couldn't get free delivery :(

Good if you know what you're in for. Parking shocking

First time in here in about 20 years. We were picking up more bedroom furniture for a client who loved his new bedroom furniture that much he decided to do his other bedroom. Brilliant place, pick up in 5 minutes, and coffee was great as well.

Always a good time at IKEA. Restaurant wasn't too busy which is always helpful. And I got my usual bag of frozen meatballs to make at home 😄

Bit awkward layout. Far away from city centre. Apart from that, who doesn't love IKEA

fabulous place! amazing and reasonable pricing and the food is amazing! the little cafe at the end is so cheap but the food is incredible!

The food hall is the worst. I asked about food advertised on the LCD menus above the counter and the answer was “do you see what you asked for?” and they motioned towards a steamed up bank of lidded tubs and objects that might contain food, or might contain the souls of every other person who’s eaten here.

Decent experience, not as fluid as previous , very helpful staff at checkout, bit annoyed to have to pick another item from other depot 5 mins away !!, so could have been better visit !!

Huge store. Loads of stuff Hot dogs aren’t too bad but good value

Can’t believe we were able to get 3 coffees and two pastries for £3. Great value!

I take my 2year old grandson,initially to let him have a snooze on the way. We go for breakfast and one lady in particular is is favourite with him. Her name is Andrina. She's so nice and he looks forward to seeing her.

The kitchen planning staff are great ... especially as we don't have a standard shaped kitchen..

In terms of various ikeas this one can be pretty runorganised at times. There’s normally about a 20-minute wait in line at the restaurant and no napkins or clean tables over the weekend.
