Absolutely disgraceful service and attitude from staff, more interested in talking to eachother than serving customers and when asked a simple question the attitude look and snapped sarcastic reply was out of order. Sort your staff out and let them no it's their place of work not their social club. Customer service ZERO

The poor service in here is beyond me and then when I opened my rapping the chips were COLD. Cold chips from a fish & chip shop is a first for me. Stay away there are loads of others in the town.

A rude older blonde woman literally told us to shut up while we were having lunch at their place. I was bringing colleagues to showcase Lithuanian cuisine, and we had this unpleasant experience that will make us avoid this place in the future. On top of that, the establishment has no toilet or even a place to wash hands. We won’t be coming back or spending money here anymore.

Enormous price increases. Please be aware of the price increases in Starbucks. I've just bought my last coffee from there.

Staff need lessons in customer service.I stood on my own at the counter waiting to be served while both of the staff were stood together looking at pictures on their smartphones.When my wife told them that a customer was waiting she got a childish and petulant"alright I'm coming"!! I walked off in disgust and won't be going back.A shame you can't give a zero score because this place deserves it.

Second time I have been here on a Sunday both times between 1pm and 1.30 and both times closed when it states closes at 4pm

Took half an hour for two sausage and chips and it was freezing. Even mushy peas that came separately were freezing. More staff than customers. Could see one person in the back cooking all the food one plate at a time, not changing gloves for preparing different things into a fryer. Need some basic training, if 10 people have ordered chips, make enough chips for 10 people so that you don't leave the rest going cold. Tiny portions and overpriced.

¡EVITA A TODA COSTA! Absolutamente horrible gestión. Te despedirán una semana antes de Navidad por no hacer absolutamente nada, sin previo aviso. La gerente (Heather) es una acosadora y ha expulsado a todo su personal de ese lugar. Hay una rotación de personal tan alta, bueno, no me sorprende. Los más altos no ofrecerán ningún apoyo sobre tener problemas con Heather, ya que solo creerán lo que ella dice. Es un lugar horrible para trabajar. EVITAR A TODA COSTA

Went in to get a post workout drink, which was not bad. I thought I’d sign up and make it a regular visit as you could pre order. I downloaded the app and put £15 on my account. Sadly then COVID hit and everything closed. It has now permanently closed but the app has no information about this or how to reclaim money back from the account other than a phone number which is not answered. I’m sympathetic to their cause but I could do with getting my money back. Be mindful when signing up to such things.

Pre-ordered a local butchers delivery and paid online. Transaction cleared fine my end , their online card system (STRIPE) did not release money in time to butcher, therefore my order was declined. Have been chasing my refund since April. Have had lots of excuses,apologies, promises of a refund which I am still yet to recieve. Excuses including -receptionist doesn't work weekends, they inputted my bank details in wrong for refund, refunds take so many days to clear under their new banking systems. *under a new company now CW Enterprises, they are seeing my messages, emails and not replying. Ive asked Get My Food to sort, who have responded to emails having seen, but they can't do anything their end and the hold up is with the new company apparently which is ran by secret partners AVOID .... Dodgy , lots of unhappy customers not receiving orders , orders late etc Not much hope for a refund ... but I'll just make sure my reviews of this company are known far and wide

I had a full English breakfast. The food was barely warm, they have not discovered how to grill and the oil they used was of poor quality. The toast had had a glancing look at a toaster and really was just buttered bread. I did complain and the staff simply said they will let the chef know. I did go also six months ago and had the same experience.

What a miserable bloke the DJ is! What at a killjoy! Left after. 30 mins - a Christmas night out nearly spoilt! Don’t bother!
