We came this morning Saturday 19th October we ordered 2 large pumpkin spice lattes with blonde roast and a small white hot chocolate. When taking a sip of my drink I thought this is just like a latte with no sugar (which I didn’t order) so I opened my lid and opened my partners lid to then see the colour difference which should of been both the same. I’ve just got a normal latte which it states on my sticker should have been a pumpkin spice latte with blonde roast and it wasn’t. Very disappointing especially when we do enjoy a morning Starbucks.

Couldn't believe that there were 9 dirty tables with crockery etc , unfortunately staff were too busy chatting to someone who was standing at the edge of the counter. Perhaps they need to learn how to say to people who want to chat that they have tables to clear!! There was only one other person in the shop.

Can't understate how bad this place is, the staff on the till were the worst I have ever come across, got a blank stare and yeah after each item. Asked for two cans of pop and was given a blank stare, she took the order 23 quid for two portions of fish and chips and two cans of pop. When the food arrived it arrived at the till with the staff playing around with each other, I went and fetched them in the end to there amusement, think my fish was skin in batter, my wife bit hers said it's too greasy and pushed it away. Avoid this place at all costs truly awful!

Cherry Tree RoadHam and cheese toastie. I think my photo says it all. Absolutely diabolical. I have had many a toasted sandwich in my time but never ever as bad as this. Not even toasted and virtually no filling. Tiniest amount of ham and no idea where the cheese was. Will not be eating here again

11 Common Edge Road, Blackpool FY4 5AX EnglandOrdered x2 desserts, x2 milkshakes and a doggy ice cream at 10:30pm, waited up till nearly midnight with no delivery, emailed the restaurant in the morning who stated delivery was attempted at 11:32pm with 2 knocks and 3 miss calls this was a lie the calls was made at 11:59pm. Asked for a refund as the driver said he left the food on the doorstep with a pic although we had no food, the person I spoke to via email got a lil rude saying the driver had to leave on the door step as he had other deliveries to make even though the shop closed an hour before he called. Safe to say I won't order from here again

Central Pier, Blackpool EnglandI understand it's a family entertainment bar however as someone who is partly deaf the volume was unbearably loud and to my notice children are allowed to run riot around all areas which i believe could potentially be a hazard when carrying trays of drinks to the higher area in particular. The children could be asked to stay within the entertainment area. When purchasing the hot nuts from the bar as somebody from Wales and a fluent Welsh speaker I would like to point out that the name Cachi on the tub means human feces in our language. 🤣 Only hope for everyone's sake it doesn't do what it says on the tub. 🤣
