What a miserable bloke the DJ is! What at a killjoy! Left after. 30 mins - a Christmas night out nearly spoilt! Don’t bother!

I came here yesterday. I was greeted with a hostile plethora of signage on the front window that I found off putting. It read:- No bag search, no entry No Identification, no entry No under 25 year olds If you touch the microphone, you are out!!! At the side of this was a detailed information sheet on drugs, with pictures of cocaine! This place is more like a prison than a place where people go to have an enjoyable time. Competition is fierce in central Sheffield and seeing all of that on the front window, with the tone and attitude it is written in will make people go elsewhere. The customer wants to be made to feel as though their custom is important. These posters make the customer feel like a nuisance. P.s. it is 18 years old someone has to be to have a drink in a bar, not 25, so they have their facts wrong on that one.

Awful service unclean tabes and they got the order wrong multiple times we asked for a mango bubble frappe and a latte recieved a vegan cream filled drink with a few mango boba and a chai latte.

448 Abbeydale RoadNot very nice, tuna sandwich was disgusting, tuna just slapped on the bread and wasn’t very appetising. Waiting time was around 20 mins and we were served this. Would not recommend. There was a private order going on so i understand the chef was busy.

Oasis Food Court Meadowhall Shopping Centre, Sheffield EnglandPoorly customer service from the girl behind the counter and when she asked her colleagues if they could make a caramel iced coffee they sighed. The iced coffee it’s self was shocking and was cheaply done, nothing that could not have been done at home. I asked for two buns and one in a box and she just threw in the bun to the box. Then I asked if I could pay half cash and half card and she’s Replied with I do t have time for that as there was a slight que behind me.

1 Madehurst RoadIn new hands. In a day and age where people struggle to make a sandwich. These guys don't. Friendly wholesome staff to boot.
