Absolutely disgraceful service and attitude from staff, more interested in talking to eachother than serving customers and when asked a simple question the attitude look and snapped sarcastic reply was out of order. Sort your staff out and let them no it's their place of work not their social club. Customer service ZERO

Went to this Starbucks on the 25/8 served by a gentleman Jacob, when asked a simple question about putting different names on the cups for the children his face turned, that was followed by an attitude for the rest of the order taken no friendly smile and definitely no customer service attitude considering I spent £33! I had been a couple days before and was served by a lady with short blond hair who was brilliant and kid friendly. Jacob made this visit disappointing and would make us think twice about visiting again.

I have visited this premise on two separate occasions this month (June) with my mother. Both were at very similar times, around 6pm, for around 45 minutes each. On each occasion we had a hot sandwich, cake and a cup of tea, which were all excellent. Sadly, the premise itself leaves a lot to be desired, and feels very unloved. On both occasions, other people's cups, plates, etc were left out on display and no cleaning of tables happened during our visits. Not only this but the chairs need a good clean as they have crumbs etc on them making it very unpleasant to sit down. To top this off, on both visits they received deliveries of food, milk etc which is delivered directly through the front door and just left on a large table. It was not a relaxing experience. I only visited on the second occasion as I thought it must have been a one off, but I now suspect it is just normal. Sadly, we won't be visiting again and I can't recommend people to go there.

Grim and that’s being positive! The inside of this place is rotten, the toilets should be shut down! I ordered an extra hot drink, good job really as by the time my toast came my drink was luke warm! I’m quite happy to pay good money for a coffee if it’s nice and in nice surroundings however no one would be happy being served liquid gold in this place! 6 staff behind the counter yet tables dirty and full of used cups. My drink was spilling over the side from the cream added that I didn’t want, not very appealing! Honest, if you go here stick to the drive through - ignorance is bliss and you won’t see behind the scenes!! Such a shame as there was a lovely coffee place just a few yards away which is now closed - I’m guessing because Starbucks took their custom, tragic really.

Visited here as it was convenient and was really disappointing. The frappes had no taste as there was very little syrup added, all we could taste was milk and no strawberry at all. The latte that was ordered was ok but not strong enough in coffee taste. The food was also poor. The toasties and Panini’s were heated up very fast but it seemed the toasties were only heated from the top as the bottom was still cold and the cheese completely unmelted. The panini’s faired a little better and were warm all the way through but were quite bland. Overall £38 for 4 poorly prepared drinks (3 frappes and a latte), 2 cold toasties and 2 bland panini’s was nothing short of criminal, needless to say we will not be visiting again.

Good coffee, especially the limited edition ones however paying for a cup? Really? I’m all for ‘saving’ the planet but when you are already paying a fortune for coffee this really tops it

Been here twice now the first time it had just opened and service was poor.it was slow and unprofessional with no organisation.toilets were broke and not the friendly of places,forgot my order and milk was off,this time called through drive thru for two drinks. I was told 10p more than it was on menu so questioned the young girl ,she.said it was for the cups,what a joke of a place,ill stick to my normal fast food outlets as they know how to keep customers coming back .service was ok today and drinks not bad though at least at pound more than the rivals

We popped in for coffee and a snack as the location was convenient. Firstly, the coffee is excellent, but we should have just driven through! It’s a nice building but the lax approach inside spoils it. The place needs a good clean, even when we arrived the table we sat at was being cleared but the floor was scattered with crisps and crumbs which were just ignored. Chaired were left scattered rather than put neatly. Service was very slow and the paninis were very disappointing. They clearly don’t have a sandwich press so it was sort of superheated but tasteless and full of air. If you love the coffee drive on through, but otherwise I’d avoid. Disability access isn’t bad if you have someone with you, but the door is heavy and untidy chairs hamper movement.

The worst food we have ever had served to us truly awful very cheap quality. We ordered a Burger and a Steak the burger was full of hard bits and didn't smell very good. The Steak was full of fat and clearly of cheap quality. We didn't eat them we couldn't I now know why the owner eats in Macdonald's every day. The pub needs a deep clean and a chef who knows how to cook . Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Went to the Horse and Jockey with my family for a Sunday lunch, Daz was brilliant on the caravery and other staff were piolet and helpful, would come again!!

Staff are very chatty to their friends but rude and bossy to customers. The tables were dirty, and no one was clearing away. The coffee is extremely strong and bitter It will be Costa next time……..

Ordered main meal which took about 30min. To arrive. Then we ordered dessert it was only two dessert by 35 min I asked the girl at the bar why the dessert was taking so long and our table had not been cleared she followed me back to the table and cleared saying sorry she was slow at it as she was only bar staff. 15 min later our dessert still hadn't arrived so I asked to see a manger who took another 10 min returned with a refund for the dessert but it still took another 10 before the dessert was served. In all we were there over 2hours for what should have only been at most an hour. Throughout we never got an apology. Atrocious service.
