The old blonde woman was so rude! I get it! It's not your dream job but that's not how you treat your customer. This place used to be very nice. But now all you get is food poisoning.

Could you wash the floor after work so that you don't have to sweep the client out of the stores? And after putting in the bucket, you need to wash your hands. Kaskada was my favorite Lithuanian store, but the further I go, the more disappointed I am with both the quality of food and service :(

I didn't get the opportunity to eat as I decided to have a look at the adjoining shop first. They sell various Eastern European food, meats, fish etc. I love to try new things and I was really impressed by the array of food I haven't tried. Pretty much straightaway I felt a presence lurking alongside me. When I looked there was a man dressed in shorts and t-shirt who just stared and made me feel quite uncomfortable. I tried to ignore him but every move I made, he made too. There were a few other customers but it seemed to be me he focused on. I continued to ignore it but it was increasingly uncomfortable when it become clear he was following me very blatantly. I deliberately turned a corner which he then turned a few seconds later. At this point I confronted him and asked if he was following me. Turns out he was the owner! His answer was 'its my shop, I can do what I want!'. I was pretty angry by this point, discarded the items I had intended to buy and told him he had lost a customer due to his creepiness. As I walked out I saw him laughing to the other staff and pointing. It was really very surreal and I left feeling pretty distressed. I'm a professional woman, well dressed and smart in appearance. I certainly didn't expect to be targeted as a potential shoplifter, if that was his reasons for following me. Whatever his reasons were, I found the whole experience very upsetting and certainly won't be back.

Absolutely terrible. Waited 35 minutes in the queue for a coffee on a Friday morning. Uber eats orders prioritised above people waiting in the queue, filthy floors, tables not cleared, one toilet out of order. No apology for the wait and at the end the drinks were made wrong too. So dreadful.

Super breakfast at the leisure centre cafe. Less than £20 for 2 and sets you up for the day. Nice open environment with plenty of of space. Staff very helpful.
