This is such a good cafe to go too! Getting the delicious drinks and always up for a little chat whilst they hand the drink over. My go to drink is a frappe mocha with cherry syrup and unfortunately with a dairy allergy I have to have milk alternatives. This cafe Nero is so helpful and accommodating for me and I can’t wait to go back next! Will recommend to friends

Ordered a pizza from here. Either severely undercooked or terrible ingredients, but either way inedible. Their answer was a free pizza - oh yes, because I want another pile of slop.

I go there every morning for my coffee I only ever have a takeaway never had the experience of sitting in. Always looks very busy which is always promising. The staff excellent is the little things attention to detail that the staff do it really counts. Always friendly, smiling, politeand always remember exactly what you want. Can’t praise enough fantastic. The only downfall which has nothing to do with them is the parking which is a complete nightmare. Specially when there’s a market on.

Worst place to order, I made order 7:30, now is 9 and still no food, when calling to find out how long waiting I'm told each time 5 min, 5 min....

Probably the worst pizza we have ever been delivered. Took ages to come so just ate it. Tasted as bad as it looks.

Always the same problems with this branch. Food arrives either cold or burnt, or items missing completely from the order. Drivers says he will go back to store and collect the missing items, an hour later I call the store, they say it will be recooked but give no time frame when it will be delivered. If they “credit the account” they never honour it when I place an order the next time.

The order was very quick but not satisfactory. Economical on ingredients because the cheeseburger pizza had maybe 4 meat balls for the entire pizza. but the worst thing was the dough, which was supposed to be just thin... it was burnt and cracked when you lifted it, no dough aftertaste, only a burnt tortilla? While waiting in the premises before closing time, you could hear the employees arguing and shouting. I will not use this place again.

Depends on they day. 40% of the time its perfect but 60% it's wrong or late and even on 2 occasions they told me I didnt order! At your own risk

Order arrived late - again. 75 minutes from order to delivery on a quiet Wednesday evening. Once the food arrived, it was cold (again). I called the store to complain and was given a refund. No apology and the call handler couldn’t care less. Will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend no one uses this store. Shame as, albeit expensive, Domino’s Pizza is a good product and I have had great service from other stores in the past (Ware, Glossop and Hyde all great). To top it all off, how dare Domino’s email me asking for a tip!

My pizza had barely any toppings for the price

My girlfriend and I received average tasting pizzas, my twisted dough ball starter was good though. I called up to complained that my order was wrong and was put through to the staff member who actually made it. She said she made it correctly which wasn't true, I even photographed the mistake. Very little topping, with some slices without any and it wasn't half and half, just one flavour. After a long conversation she didn't seem to want to rectify the order and went silent then hung up. 20 minutes later I was called to say a hot fresh new pizza was waiting outside for me. I was extremely grateful. Thank you, hoddesdon Domino's.

Avoid ordering from the hoddesdon store. I have complained countless amount of times, and nothing has been ever done about it. From poor standards of food to wrong food order. Recently, they did not have the drink we ordered, and without telling us, they gave us the wrong one without any option. We were told that if we called next time we order, we got a free side, and the lady had "put it on our account."We called and tried to redeem a free side a week or so later but was refused by the lady on the phone. I am continously disappointed by this store and will not be ordering again. I am always speaking to rude members of staff who are incredibly dismissive.

Wouldn't even give one star! Ordered at 22:24, received the order confirmation and payment has been taken from my account and yet we've received no order and the store is now closed! Absolutely disgusting! Will never use them again.

I know times are tough but for goodness gracious sake give a pizza a few more mushrooms PLEEEEASE, but besides that my first issue was the FACT they had no meatballs on a weekend and I'm talking Sunday 12.30 pm. Not good enough and wow I'm sorry for even posing the question of whether you had pepper sachets.. the look I got was incredible.. you could sell that face on tiktok for good money.. 😵‍💫🤣

Chicken wings were under cooked and pepperoni pizza tasted like it had been cooked in vinegar. Complained to store and we was sent a new pizza but that still tasted the same.

I ordered for collection and went there to pick up my order. When I walked in the stupid lady was looking at me like I done something wrong. I said can I get my order and she said wait. The customer service is really really bad. I own two catering businesses my self and one is located in Hoddesdon. I know that it’s hard to maintain workers at this moment but this is another level. They are getting paid and the way they are acting is really bad. Good luck to the franchise owner. If this place didn’t have a name would of been gone long time ago

Ordered for collection when i arrived and went inside the staff looked at me but didn’t bother to come to the front and serve me after waiting for a while i asked someone if they could give me my collection as it was already ready since i got there. When i got home then i realised that the toppings on the pizza was all in the middle and not spread out so i couldn’t enjoy the slices because after a bite all the topping was gone and ended up with cheese and the base. I was working in other Dominos and this is not how they should do costumer service and the toppings on the pizza!

I today order 2 pizzas and saying without burger sauce. but idi...s any put burger sauce . dont understand english or dont know how using system? because system saying 5 min baking 20 min cheking. just manager cheating on system and at all nothing dont check just play with phone. how like this persons at all can work?????????

Really really bad service from this store I order for veggie supreme and veggie delight and I got 2 pizza like margaritas and 1 pizza is in backed and when I come to change they didn’t have any apology or nothing but that say it’s come like that and all that thinks Really really bad service.

I would leave 0 stars if that was possible. We waited 2 hours for 2 portions of cookies and we only live 4 minutes away. They need to close the Hoddesdon branch down. It is massively understaffed and I was told on the phone there is only one delivery driver and one in side the branch. You cannot blame the understaffed employees but simply the management and headquarters who are responsible. A bunch of jobs worth’s with no clue how to run a franchise, should have been closed down years ago.

Everything is good and tasty. Sometimes it's no as quick as I'd like , but it's still good.

Have no idea why people even get Domino's. Rubbish pizza's. Much better elsewhere.

Waited over an hour after 30mins they changed my delivery to delivered. Phoned to query it and was told by someone whom found it very hard to speak any English so I struggled to understand but was told in deciphering what I could it would be another 10 mins. Sadly it never arrived until additional 40 mins later cold. So I returned it and now have to apply to get my money back which takes 7 days. With no apologies. Awefull communication sadly I won’t be using again. Trying Pizza Hut

Waited for over an 1hr to be told it will be an 2 hours for delivery. Communication awful. Asked for something to be done on the price. Not allowed. Really poor service won’t be using again. Missing out on loads of business from us.

Really nice bunch of guys and thanks to Reema and Olivia for the help with out pizzas and Maddie the manager. Pizzas always hot and they do their best. Maddy is a lovely manager and very helpful and great business

Pizza was undercooked. I ordered three pizzas and wait 45 mins, when they tell me 20 to 25 min. One pizza was cold. Lack of ingredients. I will newer use again.

Delivery service was absolutely shocking took over 1 hour 40 minutes to not even receive my order. Diabolical.

Worst dominos i have ever been to, these give the company a bad name I’ve been there about 4 times and the service gets worse each time. Rude staff, leave your pizza on the side for 10 mins before making your sides and when you say something they call you a lier. I’ve heard a lot of bad things about this store but I wanted to give them a chance but they were all right. 100% will not be going here again.

Pizza ordered at 15:00. At 15:21 it said ‘Out for delivery’. At 15:55 my wife called to ask where it was and was told the driver had just collected it. When she asked why it was showing as out for delivery for 35 minutes the rude staff member told her “it’s coming” and put the phone down. It arrived at 16:02, luke warm. Only saving grace is that the delivery driver was friendly. He confirmed he’d only just picked it up so it likely sat for 30minutes on the shelf. They really need someone answering the phones that knows how to speak to customers. If they had been pleasant we probably would have let it go!!.

We bought a pizza for £10.99 and was told we get a second one for free as they are buy one get one free and was then charged £20.99, we wasn’t give a receipt either. I called the next day to query this issue as we originally only wanted 1 pizza and was told by staff that I was trying to scam the business. Didn’t even taste nice and we actually felt sick after because it was so acidic.

Incredibly friendly staff, had a great offer on when I went. Any large pizza only £7.99 when collecting. Only took 10-15 minutes to cook, great service and great tasting pizza.

Ordered online at 21:43! Pizza did not arrive until 22:54! 1hr and 11mins is shocking!

Why would Dominos say you’ve delivered the pizza on the track when you haven’t that’s very strange.

Ordered at 6pm. It is now 9pm and our food still hasn’t arrived - called twice to be spoken to rudely and no questions answered.

Can only order online. First time I've eaten dominos and overpriced although if ordering 2 can find an offer which cuts price in half so basically buy one get one free! Not overly impressed although was ok.

Been waiting for over 40 mins so far for this lunchtime order to go from prep to being in the oven on the app. Called the store and suddenly its in the oven. They said they were waiting on a driver and that it takes a while sometimes. Really poor service. No apology except a little wry sorry as they put the phone down. They say it could be another 20 mins. So a lunchtime order could take 1hour + for a small pizza. Avoid at peak times because the staff can't cope. So if you like pizza and don't eat at normal hours this is the place for you!

Probably the worst domino's store in the country! Food always takes minimum 1.5hours to be delivered and when it arrives the food is cold and dry like its been sat for the last hour. The staff are extremely rude and the delivery drivers think they are gangsters!!!

Awful place first time I ordered in 16 it was hours late. Took 3 years to order again and got threatened by a manager. My pizza was nearly 3 hours late so they told me was free... Took the pizza. Phone call at 10pm that night saying that the manager was sending around people to collect the money. When I said you told me it was free started shouting at me down phone!! Domino's gave me a £50 voucher to say sorry and I never spent it. Ordered today on boxing day 2021... 2 and a half hours late. Turned up stone cold. Customer service is rubbish!! Drivers rude. Refused the pizza wasn't worth the £40 it cost me. 8.20pm making food for kids ... Awful place!!! Worst Domino's in hertfordshire. The place should be closed down. Call your customer if its going to be 2 hours late!!!

2 hour delivery times for cold pizza! Ordered through the app it said it was on its way 15 minutes later and said it was delivered about 20-30 minutes after I ordered but I never got it, had to ring 3 times for them to keep telling me it's on its was I didn't get it for a little over 2 hours after ordering and it was ice cold!

Very disappointed with tonight's takeaway asked for extra sausage we was lucky if we had one piece on a slice. It was luke warm took over an hour an a quarter to arrive. The chicken dippers were in pieces all broken. Way too much sauce on the garlic pizza and our other pizza looked raw hardly cooked. Think we're be giving this take away a miss from now on.

Last delivery arrived 2 hours late and cold as the driver got lost. Tonight no delivery at all..No compensation offered and now a 5 day wait for a refund. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Terrible service. Took over an hour and half to get 4 pizzas. Probably lied about the app as stated in other reviews, to save their metrics. Probably lied about the pizza leaving the shop and again when I called to ask why it hadn't arrived 20 mins later.

Ordered via app, notified order on the way, app then said it had been delivered. 40 mins later still not delivered, phoned store to be told "oh yes its just left- but don't worry, its still warm"!!!!! Obviously meeting their targets is more important than customer service. Hour and a half later....still no pizza. Phoned store back to be told driver got lost - we can remake it and send it out again!!! Needless to say Dominies just lost a customer!

Very disappointed! Ordered online and used the tracker on the email response. Tracker said 'out for delivery' 15 minutes later a text message 'food on its way' 35 minutes after the text the diver arrives. I appreciate they do a couple of drops but 40mins after leaving the shop is a joke. Pizza boxes were wet to touch due to condensation and box lid was squashed down onto pizza toppings. Pizza was warm at best so all food had to be heated in the oven before being eaten. There is lots of competition in the Pizza industry, up your game Dominos so you don't lose custom.

Waiting more than 10mins to be served whilst 3 members of staff was having a chat, they wouldn't take my order, shop was empty but there chat was more important than customers, good job pizza hut was only 2mins up the road.

I liked the customer experience in this store. They are quick responsive and welcoming. No doubt dominos food is great!

Went to pick up a Just Order delivery and was ignored by the man at the counter for almost 10 minutes. Female colleague finally spoke to me and picked up the boxes that had been on the side since I had arrived.

I phoned the given number on the website to order a pizza and the employer “Bradley” said he was going to phone the police as I called him treacle and I found this bad as it’s apart of my everyday vocabulary and said I had called minutes beforehand asking for a extra sausage pizza when I had not overall bad service couldn’t even get to ordering

Forgot to take a picture before we started eating! It was the freshest pizza we’ve had from a take out place. Bit stingy with the free sauces.

I've ordered pizza from this store at 22:36 pm. I've called them after 1hr.20min 4 times to chase up were is my order. The man I spoke on the phone kept saying that the driver is on it's way. Around 00:05 am we called them to cancel the order. Very unproffesional! Never order again from Dominos! Do not waste your time!

Domino's used to be good but nowadays especially Hoddesdon should be closed down its that bad! I would not give it a star if I could. Pizza dry, forgot my drink. The quality is below standard's and needs a inspection

Fast delivery and friendly service.

I’ve had a few pizzas from there the first one was ok but then went down hill even the dog refused to eat it. Had two delivered today felt like they was warmed up wouldn’t go back again we’re going to request a refund and rude staff so anyone who is thinking of having a pizza give this a wide berth total rubbish would not recommend if you do go to this place please have Imodium ready with toilet roll in hand

The worst pizza delivery I have ever had. Delivery took 2 hours 30mins, was cold and completely wrong

Ordered pizza couple a days ago. When ordered , the time was 24-34 minute. Called after 50 min , asking about my pizza. Will be 5 min. Ok. Called after 15 minutes , well it’s on the way , will come in 10 min. Called again. We don’t know where the driver is , but will be arriving shortly. After 1h and 30 min , got fed up and called the store again , that I’m not waiting anymore , and would like a refund. Sure , no worries. Call tomorrow to speak with a manager. A week later , the manager it’s never in the shop ....apparently.

Delivery drivers racing each other around the town, weaving in and out of cars along 1 way roads, nearly caused a crash on dinant link road cutting up cars on the roundabout

Exceptionally disappointing. Waited over an hour and a half for this pizza and was told it would be 45 minutes. When it turned up it looked like it had been sitting on the side for quite some time, dried out. The pizza bread was exactly the same. 2 stars, 1 for the courtesy of the delivery driver, other for franks hot sauce. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered here a few times but no more. The last time I ordered food , it never arrived despite the tracker saying food had been delivered, call the store to be told food is still on its way and will be 2 minutes. 20 minutes later still no food. Call back to be told they delivered it to someone waiting outside in a car, turns out they delivered to the wrong house down the other end of the road but this was after arguing with them basically being called a liar and that we had received it! had to end up going to store to pick up a new order.

the chocolate pizza was a bit small and the lady told us it was going to be big. it was also not even cut up she told us it would be. not very happy with this as i was looking forward to eating it. overall it was quite nice place nice staff though. would go back defiantly but not for the chocolate pizza.

Very good for a quick coffee and pastry or cake. If the weather is fine you can sit outside and watch the world go by!
