The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Yorkshire and The Humber

We took our extended family out for Sunday lunch . My wife ordered the chicken roast and I ordered the beef roast so I can only comment on these meals We were both disappointed with the portion of meat served which was very small in addition the vegetables were cool. The best part were the roast potatoes. The restaurant was fairly empty at the time which was a bit surprising for a Sunday lunchtime. The other meals appeared to be reasonably portioned.

Seems to be closed for the long term. A neighbour said it had closed after Christmas 2023 & not reopened.

Meal came cold tasteless meat not off a joint very disappointed never came again

We had a gorgeous dinner date night here when also staying in the Pool Cabin accommodation onsite. The restaurant is cosy, a beautiful autumnal vibe with wonderful service. We had the surf and turf which was divine! My favourite thing being the queenies! We’ll definitely be back! Never disappoints!

Arrived at 1930 and asked for a table in the bar for food for 4 people. Girl behind the bar said she needed to check with the chef and the answer came back as no. That was it

Been coming here since I was 18, has changed over the years, some times bad sometimes good. But it has always kept a level head over the years, and has always been for me a go to place.

The server was very quick and helpful I was both thirsty and hungry. Great oatmilk latte and pork toastie. I decided to take out so lady gave me cup and wrapper.

Lovely store but some of the staff - Neva for example, seem to not care about their job and have very poor customer service. Stood on her phone while her coworker does all the work and not friendly.

Just dropped in for a coffee whilst passing through Silsden. delicious cappuccino and very pleasant welcomed and service. Will call in again next time we're passing through. Thank you.

The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond for any request we had. Nothing was too much effort.

Not very nice. Stunk of grease, everything was sticky including the laminated menus. The Smoo milkshake was horrible and still had lumps of powder in the bottom. I understand it's a typical old English greasy spoon cafe however there still has to be certain standards that need to be met, and this doesn't meet them at all.

Went for a coffee and snack. Asked for a warm bacon buttie. Lovely staff. Very pleasant. Very helpful. Surprisingly delicious bacon bap for a quick microwave in the bag job. I really enjoyed it. Fresh and very tender and very tasty shock horror. Great cappuccino. Only thing that spoiled things a little for me was the usual horrible sticky table surface that seems very dirty. I don't think it is dirty. I think it is the usual reaction of table cleaning liquid with table Polish surface. It often happens and even your phone sticks to the table and you have to put things like serviettes under it.

Great food and ambiance, service not too great 😕

A first for me to use a pub where you can’t use your phone. Not one for the younger generation that can’t go 2 mins without one! Friendly staff and lovely decor
