Costa Coffee in North Lincolnshire

The shop is nice, usually relatively clean and the coffees are nice. My only issue is the toilets and some of the staff. The toilet door is broken and if someone tries to open it the door opens on you. Some of the staff are nice such as the tall man and the brunette BM lady. They smile and joke with the customers. However, the lady with blonde/dark blonde hair who is usually on till doesn't smile, or show that she cares about her job, 9 times out of 10 she is stood about while the other baristas do the work.

Didn’t even get my food. Said it was out of stock

It's a good place to stop while shopping. It could do with being bigger. The service was friendly.

Ordered my food and drink at 8:44 eta was between 9:10 and 9:40 the app said driver was at the shop 10am still no update or delivery so I called costa and I was told the driver had set off over 30mintes ago so there was nothing they could do the driver has “ gone off with it “ app suddenly updated and the order was delivered at 10:15 .. food was cold

One Toastie was missing . So liquid lunch it was ! Not great when can’t get a 5 item order packed correctly . Surely you check the bag to make sure 2 toasties in it ..

I asked for 2 extra hot and wet drinks larger now 8 got large cups had to tip them up and there definitely nit wet drinks for to many bubble we like it like chocolate milk no bubbles at all I won't order again from here and friend will be told to review bad also

The drinks left the shop 25 minutes before it was delivered and the drinks were freezing cold .

Great coffee (the best coffee ever) and friendly staff and a great atmosphere atmosphere. The shop had just had refit and looks good although it's now a bit smaller.

Toastie was a little burnt, but other than that, it's amazing, always order from here

The driver called me trying to find my address and when I repeatedly gave him instructions for how to get from where he was to where I am he did not listen and instead kept trying to tell me that he was in the right place according to his GPS even though he was on the completely wrong road. I have severe anxiety and this majorly stressed me out and I really do not appreciate it

The restaurant phoned to say they didn’t have the sandwiches I ordered. Asked if I wanted something else instead I said no I’ll leave those thanks. Still thinking my coffee would be delivered, get notification saying it’s on its way. A car pulls up outside and drives away. Status says delivered. I haven’t received anything from my order and I’ve still been charged for delivery. How is that right????

Order 6 drinks and 3 were incorrect . Order took much longer than estimated time. Drinks we received were cold. Not the experience you expect from Costa!

Haven't had food but did order 2 larger mocha first time using this Costa as I use town normally but drink was hot and cups to both drink was between medium and large so not quick right had to top the drinks up with hot water

Love Costas .but scunthorpe is still one of the grubbiest place .could do with a deap clean

The lateness of delivery was nothing to do with the restaurant, I love Costa! The driver had no idea where my address is.

Visited at lunchtime Quick service When I sat down with my drink I knocked it over spilling my cortado on table and floor.A kind lady quickly got some paper towel from staff and cleaned table.Staff brought a mop. A member of staff then came with a fresh drink!!!!! Thank you Costa.Sorry I made a mess

Missing half the food order.. disappointed.

Amazing Coffee, came well wrapped and bagged, very pleased with the service.

Cleaning around us and closing areas off with over an hour left of opening. Felt uncomfortable and in the way to the point we ended up leaving earlier than intended

Speedy delivery, and everything was delicious, tried a cappuccino with whole milk, extra shot, and vanilla syrup, and it was the best coffee I’ve ever had. Only complaint I would have is that my coffee eventually ran out.

Excellent coffee and great staff, always bring my coffee to my table as I have a walking stick and struggle. Nothing too much trouble. Thanks to all the staff

Service a little slow on the coffee section, but place was clean and tidy and the staff very pleasant. I was surprised that the toasted ham and cheese sandwich was really good... a little expensive, and I'm not a "real coffee" drinker, so would definitely use the local "Sarah's " instead !

Coffee varies who makes it. They waste so much milk. need to take a chip of the ozzy coffee makers

I ought to be completely open to start with that whilst I prefer to use independent Coffee Shops a Costa Coffee is a guilty secret of mine :) This branch is not particularly large, there is a much larger one just a few hundred yards away, but is convenient for the main shopping arcade, the bus station and multi-storey car park. I use this branch specifically because of the location making it an ideal meeting place when I visit town. Whilst not a large branch there is good seating both inside and outside. As for the coffees and the food that is available I'm afraid it is a case of if you know one Costa then you know them all.

Order 2 Black Forest Hot Chocolates & received 2 normal hot chocolates

Coffees ordered were delivered on time but the Purple one Latte I ordered was delivered as a hot chocolate instead which wasn't what I ordered. The lids had an M and a H on top and the lids were mixed up so my Dad ended up with my Purple one "latte" (hot chocolate) and I ended up with Dads Mocha...

Expensive to go every day but it's a treat when out & about nice atmosphere though

My delivery was delivered very late so the cream had melted into the coffee and it was a slushy mess

Extremely considerate towards my husbands lactose intolerance, they explained how they were going to make his drink separately-excellent service!

Restaurant called to say that the driver had not picked up the full order and ignored their call to come back, once driver arrived I asked him about this to which he passed two bags one completely empty. Neither helpful about where the rest of my order is or if I’ll be getting it.. to many times this restaurant has done this now will not be ordering again

Ordered a frostino as when ordered before it was great. This time the drink had melted and the cream was like mush. These should be made when the driver arrives and not be sat waiting.

3 times in a row now I’ve ordered from you and had an item missing, receipt clearly shows 2 sausage baps yet last 2 occasions only sent one and received no contact from the store to explain why

It was half a cup of chocolate milk. Didn't come with any cream or chocolate powder. I just paid £6.00 for this. What absolute rip off. Will not order again.

Salted caramel frostino was missing the cream & sprinkles.

The restaurant was faultless, but the delivery wasn't good. Nearly half my drink had been spilt on the way. Other than that, it was the correct order.

This is twice now that I've ordered and my order has not been delivered

Slow service, can't social distance in the store and get orders wrong. The toilets are falling apart also

Good customer service better than the big one on the High Street. They clean the tables and make sure customers check in. Better managed and organised

Tables NOT cleared after last customers, moved chair round 180° and sat at clean table with 'dont use' card. Only to encounter junior member of staff telling me to move. She would have been more gainfully employed by clearing overladen, dirty tables.

Love costa but like to support indies and vegan places whenever possible, however, Today it was handy as I needed to wait for someone. Had the vegan ham and cheese toastie and a decaf americano with soya milk. Gets busy in here as it’s small but the service, food and drink was excellent!

Lovely service each time I visited. Drinks were made to perfection. Plenty of seating inside and out. Toilets were moderately clean considering how busy it is.

Didn't dislike it , coffee good ,service slow,not many staff considering the size and location.

I do like costa coffee but this particular store on the high street isn't as accessible as it should be the ramp up to the drinking area is always crowded with people queuing to get drinks. Let alone leaving enough room to fit a pushchair or wheelchair through without having to ask 4 or 5 people to excuse you. As you try and make your way past. Everything else is as expected; good staff, good produce and efficient seating and restrooms.

Saturday afternoon visit with the husband for a coffee while out shopping. Drink was made nicely and staff were friendly but the cafe was not clean and tidy. Non of the empty tables had been cleared or cleaned and multiple staff members walked past tables with empty cups etc and did nothing to clear them. In busy periods I could understand if it took a while but it wasn’t that busy so not really a reason to leave this mess that I could see. Wouldn’t drink in again.

There are two in town centre. One in Parishes and one on high Street. I prefer high Street as it's a bigger coffee shop but both serve good coffee and other drinks. Are always clean and friendly staff. Other Costa's are out of town and just as good.

Great tasting coffee, soya, coconut and almond coffee. I bought a large soya coffee latte. Delicious.

Costa coffee is expensive for a pretty bog standard coffee. The only time I would ever visit is to buy a Hot chocolate with toasted marshmallows and glitter on.... At Christmas.

Very expensive for what you get, don't think much at all to the drinking chocolate . Will be avoiding Costa in Scunthorpe at all costs .

Once again I had a terrible latte, it was so pale and tasted just like hot milk, where was the coffee?

Did originally rate the location as 5 stars but the guy they having on the coffee machine recently just churn out terrible coffee. Recent visit ——————- Service now is worst than ever. Quality of drinks produced are of a poor standard. Current staff seem like they’re in world if there own and more interesting in chatting among themselves than the customers orders.
