A great little Costa situated in the heart of Scunthorpe town centre. Visited a few times, and always a pleasure. Ambulance Service discount also given here, 10% off the total bill is applied on purchase. Excellent Costa!

I only go for my toast and marmalade and coffee and the bread is to die for absolutely love the stuff some of the staff are a bit slow but the toast yes I definitely would go try it .

Nice place for drink coffe in and also outside. For my opinion they are supposed open longer then this time but is still OK.

It's very clean the last time I went they were very busy but it was 9-30 am very quick serving x

Appalling conditions. Place looks like its been ransacked. Filthy doesn't begin to describe it. Staff looks like they lost will to live. Tables left uncleaned for over an hour while I visited. Some had dirty dishes taken away, but not even wiped down.. its more of a health hazard than nice caffe to sit in. I would not come back or recommend to worst enemy.

Tables all needed clearing. I sat in a big wet patch on one of the sofas. Toilet door wouldn't close and there was no loo roll. Staff were friendly enough 🙂

Milk poured then waited ten minutes for them to put the coffee in !!! But did other orders before !!

I was waiting to get served. This other chap behind got served instead all chatting. I was just standing there looking stupid. Two girls were just chatting at the customer. Ridiculous

I like Costa's to come for a coffee. This building has recently been built, & it's very spacious, also has tables outside, but the Mochas, I've noticed aren't as enjoyable as they were before they built the new one. But saying that, it has plenty of room, & is pleasant. I haven't gone to their toilets yet, but I hope I will find them clean & sanitised. I went once & in their previous building & their toilets were in a disgusting condition, & I tried again & toilets weren't clean so I had to find somewhere else which I wasn't impressed with.

Costa as standard, staff always nice. The atmosphere given where it is in town is horrible. Imagine having a coffee with your chavyest family members that still think they are in prison.

Place looks nice, staff friendly even though run off their feet but I hate Costa coffee. Never warm. Never again.

Costa Lot! This is not proper authentic coffee, expensive dishwater, tasteless. Even mac Donald's offer better better quality and value! IF you like real coffee try the Italian brands, Lavaza , kimbo, Illy etc. And make it yourself. Just a massive rip off!!

Went in for a drink and so my daughter could feed her baby...on the way out we notices that one of your staff was outside witha gentleman who had had a fit. She had already rang for an ambulance. As my daughter is a nurse she had to stop and help. The staff member told her boss that he shd onlynpay her till 4 as she was outside. Her shift finished at 6., please make sure this young lady gets recognition for her caring, customer service. And please don't Dock her wages for doing a good deed.. I would also like to say ty to another staff member who let me go back in a nd sit with my grandson while waiting for the ambulance... well done on the customer service in this store..

Food and iced drink and free WiFi was great but the smell of the sewer was not good

I got harassed by a colleague in this costa. Sumayyah Ahad. She chucked the change at me, when I ordered a large coffee she said your large enough. She also called me a p*ki. When I ordered hot chocolate she said I’ve had enough enough chocolate for the day. Do not come to this Costa as you will be harassed for your ethnicity and your body shape. And she kept boasting how she was employee off the month so she wouldn’t get in trouble for this complaint. She also acted like the manager when I asked to see the manager. She said “I am the manager your dumb p*li bi*ch”

Very spacious and clean inside. Has access for wheelchairs and toilets for male/female and there’s also one for the disabled clients to the back of the cafe. The staff were both courteous and friendly. Has a good variety of coffees and I had the mango latte very mouthwatering and there’s a menu near the serving area. Nice for a treat but price wise probably about average for Costa’s than say if you bought a normal coffee somewhere else and would be a bit cheaper.

Ran out of cups tried to give me a paper cup.!!! Place was a mess, dirty with used cups all over the tables

Had a coffee here, no one had noticed there was a fly walking all over uncovered cakes and pastries. Staff polite although there was to many .

Lovely & good coffee ☕ here, I sometimes visit whenever I'm in town just as a treat.

It was good but again very expensive again like the Marks and Spencer's sandwiches

Sadly not the cleanest Costa in town 😢 will have to give this one a miss in future. The one thing I like about Costa is they're happy to fill your cup not here though 🙄

Staff were excellent, I'm disabled so can't carry coffee etc to table so was able to sit down and my drink was brought to me, thoughtful

Popped in first time ever, I don't drink coffee but a leaflet offered buy one get one free so had a hot delicious chocolate and son had a coffee to take out, had to purchase the gorgeous Christmas buns as well 😊 the young ladies running it couldn't have been kinder as I was quite a duffer trying to order. A must visit kind of place. 🎄

One of two in town centre. My preferred one as its bigger than the one near market and you can always get a table. Staff are friendly and service is good. Toilets are kept clean and has a good range of newspapers to read. All good.

Gave it no stars because of ignorant staff,ignored me waiting for my drinks and served somebody else first who came in after me moaning about their universal credit.We go to all the other Costa coffees in scunthorpe and will never be going to that one again.

Worst Costa i'v ever visited, my acumplis was served a hot water in a dirty cup, nearly all cakes sold out, I was delivered dirty cutlery and told it was dishwasher salt which is toxic to pets and some people. I had to butter my t-cake with my fingers. I shall never visit here again. When I eventually got to eat my t-cake, it had taken that long to butter it, the poor sad looking thing was cold. In fact it tasted more like a hot cross bun and I don't like them, plus it's the middle of June and in our country England, we don't have Easter in June,. On the last word hot cross buns were something to do with the crucifixion of Jesus. And according to the Bible that all happened in April/may time. Sorry I don't know for sure coz I wasn't there.
