Best pub in Sheffield. You need to try Mittel absolutely unreal.

It is a wonderful pub. Very clean and nice place to sit, enjoy your time and drinks. I would go back there if I am in the area.

Normalmente me encanta este lugar - fabulosos cócteles y ambiente, pero esta noche se fue después de ver a tres empleados en un bar vacío discutiendo sus patrones de turno en lugar de tomar nuestra orden! ¡Qué pena!

I can't really comment on the food as there was no food served when I used to go in the pub as it was owned by a Mr Jagger his son was a pro golfer. There was no hand pulled beer it was all fiz beer through electric pumps. One of the staff who worked in the pub was a Mrs Turner her husband was called Steve she passed away a few years ago. There was no outside seating then unless you sat on the wall that is, the pub used to be very busy at the weekends in the 70's I have no idea what it is like today probably full of weekend millionaires as I haven't been in the pub for 40 years.

I walk into the bar with my two friends, one of whom needs to go to the toilet. Straight away I go to the bar to ask what food they serve as they have posters on their walls, or drinks. The bartender disregards me straight away and says that I am rude because I assumed my friend would go in without ordering anything. The second I ask to order anything, he says stop talking, you are rude and starts talking to the girl next to me. He tells me to shut up multiple times even though all I wanted was to buy something as my friend used the toilet. The service is awfully rude and disrespectful. I would think twice before going to contribute to that sort of establishment. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Also, if the bartender treated me this way because he thought I was intoxicated, I hope this gives him a reality check that not every woman who walks into a bar like this, is , and just deserves respectful, good service.

Old school pub with good selection of real ale. Decent outside terraces.

Very friendly pub with a great landlord. Traditional atmosphere with real people and real friendly staff. Makes a nice change from the plastic wetherspoon type chain pubs.

Visit the cafe reasonably often. Good food and coffee at a good price, pleasant staff. May be a good idea to pre-book at busy periods then again post Covid - who knows?

Sorprendentemente malo. El hecho de que fuera sábado por la tarde y el lugar estuviera muerto demuestra que la gente da a luz a este lugar. El servicio estaba por debajo del mínimo. Cuando la comida y las bebidas estaban listas se dejaron en el lugar de entrega, sin llamada para recoger. Casi todas las mesas estaban llenas de vasos usados vacíos, el baño era asqueroso, papel en el suelo y muy sucio. El personal estaba de pie charlando entre sí. Supongo que su contrato se limita a servir café y recalentar la comida y el servicio al cliente, la limpieza de espacios y las tareas estándar generales de la cafetería se consideran extras cobrables. Evite a toda costa, vaya al otro lado de la carretera a la cafetería Weston Park, mucho más limpio y el personal entiende su papel.

Vine aquí con mis amigos para almorzar, ¡comí tanto que fue excelente! Tuvimos algunos batidos picantes que eran fenomenales, cremosos babycinos, un hermoso chocolate blanco caliente cubierto. Los pasteles y bollos aquí están recién hechos y realmente deliciosos. ¡Porciones enormes también! ! Los paninis son realmente deliciosos y por los precios tampoco puedes perderte este lugar. En términos de COVID, el personal no usa máscaras, pero las mesas y las superficies se limpian a fondo entre usos y hay desinfectante disponible. Las mesas también están bien espaciadas.

Just been in the Bessemer to redeem my voucher from Strongbow and the barmaid hadn't got a clue what it was. I'd left it till I visited to activate the voucher in case there was a time limit on it. After calling the manager over who was about as much use as a chocolate fireguard I handed my phone to the barmaid because I was swiping and nothing was happening. She swiped and a code was revealed but instead of entering the code into the till she swiped back and then forwards again whereupon it said the coupon had already been used. It hadn't.
