Starbucks in Sheffield

Sorprendentemente malo. El hecho de que fuera sábado por la tarde y el lugar estuviera muerto demuestra que la gente da a luz a este lugar. El servicio estaba por debajo del mínimo. Cuando la comida y las bebidas estaban listas se dejaron en el lugar de entrega, sin llamada para recoger. No se coloca en una bandeja (que tuve que apoyar sobre el mostrador, quitar los embalajes apilados para llegar, todo a la vista del personal sin ninguna oferta para ayudar). Casi todas las mesas estaban llenas de vasos usados vacíos, el baño era asqueroso, papel en el suelo y muy sucio. El personal estaba de pie charlando entre sí. Supongo que su contrato se limita a servir café y recalentar la comida y el servicio al cliente, la limpieza de espacios y las tareas estándar generales de la cafetería se consideran extras cobrables. Evite a toda costa, vaya al otro lado de la carretera a la cafetería Weston Park, mucho más limpio y el personal entiende su papel.

Lovely staff and order always correct unlike the Starbucks at Drakehouse which has rude staff is filthy and gets every order wrong . We use this Starbucks in hospital visits and it's lovely and clean and welcoming

Starbucks is obviously a franchise. But the staff are what makes the place. Wonderful service, always in good humour even under the roughest busy times. Jackie runs a great service, Ella, Ed and all the team are what keeps a smile on ya face in the morning

I visit the coffee shop a lot, always attentive, polite staff, I often meet customers there and service is quick, staff offer help and create relaxed environment.

Coffee was pretty good but when I went to pick up my drink and my friends drink the staff member asked me if I was alright because I didn’t “look like a Lucy” (I am a woman with short hair for context) very rude if you ask me

My daily visit to this Starbucks store is the highlight of my day! (sad, I know!) All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They work so hard, and I have often witnessed the rudeness they have to endure from customers. So if you read any bad reviews, it's likely from unfortunate individuals who have nothing better to do or are hating their life right now. Jackie, Ella, Shannon, Rob, and Edd, to name but a few, are always up for a laugh, and this sets me up to have a great day! It's the small things that make you smile here, like how they remember your name, what drink you like and even after having a year off on MAT leave, remember you loved those cinnamon swirls!

Food and drinks were lovely. Staff (Rob and Sonny) couldn’t have been more helpful - they definitely went above and beyond!

This is truly the single best Starbucks Branch ever, I have been to Starbucks in North America, Europe and Middle east. All I have to say is give the staff in this branch a promotion. I have never been to a Starbucks, ( and I have been to many) that provide such a high standard of Professionalism, customer satisfaction and quality of drinks. Some of the staff here I have seen working for a long time and their commitment to Starbucks and running this branch never fails to Impress. I would urge corporate to use these staff as examples and to present them to everyone working at Starbucks across the world. Amazing branch, amazing staff and amazing coffee.

My twin brother Stephen and I were heading to Weston Park and immediately in front of the park is this Starbucks outlet which we dropped into. A lovely looking Starbucks, lovely decor and furnishings, a glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe, cosy sums it up best . We were here on a Tuesday morning, we ordered a flat white coffee each, served steaming hot, we settled down and planned out our day ahead in the steel city. I am a big fan of the coffee served in Starbucks, its consistant in all their outlets throughout the United Kingdom. We really enjoyed our coffee's in here and although our visit was only fleeting for a first time visit to this particular Starbucks we were impressed. This Starbucks is easy to locate along Western Bank . Opening hours are; Monday to Friday, 7am till 6pm. Saturday & Sunday, 8.30am till 5pm. Most definite well worth checking out if you're in the area.

I visited with my family along with our family dog and the staff were brilliant and friendly! They even threw in a ‘puppacino’. Lovely coffee and food and we felt very at home!

It's a nice Starbucks, I enjoyed my strawberries and cream frappucino. The staff were friendly and greeted us hello and goodbye and gave us time to decide our order. They had ran out of oat milk which was a shame. Very comfy sofa and a good place to revise/work!

I use this Starbucks regularly and the staff are always lovely and accomodating. Coffee is as you'd expect from Starbucks which is always decent. Highly recommended.

Staff maybe good, personally turnover friendly and over bearing, marks lost for that! I just want serving quick, not someone tey to make chat for the sake of it! Coffee was absolutely rancid! Dont expect much from Starbucks in the first place but this was awful and weak. Probably effective for washing cars!

All because: Super friendly staff Star location overlooking Weston Park. Spacious interior- how often do you find this? Light well located and varied seating. Immaculate toilets.

Popped in for a coffee in between hospital appointments and was pleasantly surprised when we walked in as it’s bigger than it looks from the outside! Coffee was lovely but it gets very busy as university is close by

Been going here for a couple of years. Tuesdays and Some Thursdays throw in a few other days a week and I'm ordering my morning coffee. It seems to consistently make a great Cappuccino, yes I know it's someone and not he place, but no matter who does it, it's 99.9% perfect. The froth is usually so firm it's like meringue, never just full of milk always just enough. Can't fault anything about it. I just hope not everybody working there are students and will slowly change, fingers crossed.

Sad to say that both the hot chocolate my husband ordered, and the chai latte I ordered, were the worst we have ever had anywhere. These are the drinks that we usually order on a frequent basis when out. The drinks here tasted like they...

A nice place to come and warm up on the way back from University. Quick service, nice and clean. Great music and atmosphere

I've been a patient visiting the nearby Weston Park Cancer Hospital for this past year, so visited this Starbucks frequently, on a daily basis at one point in my treatment (it's basically the only decent coffee shop in walking distance to the hospital). Sometimes I'd...
