The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Yorkshire and The Humber

I will start off with the one negative thing about our visit. It was very hard to find the car park after a rather fraught car journey from London and I met the one not so helpful member of staff on reception who told me the car park was probably full anyway. We found the car par from her directions, it was far from full and from that point it was plus, plus plus for The George on our short stay. The breakfast was probably the best I had ever had in a hotel. Amazing choices, amazing helpful staff and 5 stars on that front.

Chose this delightful café at 12:30 as we were hungry and saw they had a small table spare - the rest of Cleethorpes eateries were full at this prime time for eating . The location is excellent on the front of the promenade , close to bus stops and the train station . The table was clean and the café looked as it had a recent refresh into a modern contemporary look . They also had tables outside supported by a takeaway external window . The menu is small and covers breakfast , brunch / lunch to kids meals . We both chose a tuna + cheese melt panini along with a pot of tea which was presented with salad and was hot and very tasty - you can see your food being freshly made by the cook . We thanked him as we left today for the lovely food and its value . The staff were all presented well in uniforms and courteous . Keep up the good work here guys , we will be back .

A local restaurant that is popular with residents. Informal service with good attentive staff. Warm welcome for every visit. Delicious soup starters.

Sunday lunch was amazing, first visit here but won't be the last. Highly recommend

I Add A breakfast Toby carvery today with my wife and grandchild and it cost me £32 And it was absolutely Garbage it was all Dry It Had been under the heat lamp to long They won't be seen me again

Booked the Sun Inn for a private party. It’s a great space. The food was fantastic and Ash and Kelly were really helpful. Would highly recommend.

Staff are always helpful, friendly and fast service

Booked a table and told them we wanted 4 beef dinners. We got there and was told they had sold out. As you can imagine we were gutted. Had to go and find somewhere to eat. Cook blamed the person who took the phonecall but that didnt help will not be going back.

We arrived just gone 20:00 on a Subday and the staff kindly let us help ourselves immediately to what was left of the carvery. After a long day, it was much appreciated. Although limited, the food was delicious.

For a Wednesday found the food disappointing, first the food was warm at best which is surprising it wasn't busy so should have been hot, second they got my son order wrong we ask for chicken BREAST which the waiter came to our table to make sure it was correct and yet still sent us chicken on a stick which wasn't what we ordered, waste of time and food

Drinks are over priced. Bar staff have no clue on how to recognise the next customer when busy.

El servicio estaba bien, pero la comida era cara y absolutamente horrible. Pedimos dos paninis, uno de pollo y otro de cerdo. El cerdo tirado era de hecho una pasta fría marrón. No estoy seguro de cómo el cerdo tirado toma la forma de pasta de carne. El relleno de pollo estaba completamente sin condimentar y frío. Las cuñas de camote eran de papilla, carentes de cualquier forma de textura. La ensalada de cous cous era dura y de nuevo sin sabor. La factura llegó a más de £ 43 por la comida y el té por dos y una naranja gaseosa. Nos quedamos muy decepcionados y no recomendamos este establecimiento. Me pregunto si ha sido recientemente absorbido por nuevos propietarios ya que las críticas anteriores son positivas.

We were on holiday in Leyburn and decided to visit the Brewers Fayre for Sunday Lunch. Very pleasant staff greeted us and we had a very enjoyable Sunday lunch. Good variety of roasts and vegetables. Would suggest booking for Sunday lunch

Food was lovely, came out hot, even though the pub was a little busy we wasn’t waiting too long for food! Great service too!
