Aaron was very helpful this morning with some very fussy children 🫣 great customer, nice a friendly person.

In the past I enjoyed the place very much. The food was good, the service was friendly and accommodating to requests. It was a good experience overall but last time I had to wait a really, really long time to get the food. That was disappointing. Good thing is that they have got rid of the very unfriendly parking system where you had to put in your car details in to avoid a fine.

Food was good 👍 Service - bit of a wait, it was fairly busy being Saturday lunchtime. Staff were friendly enough. Been here a number of times and nothings put me off coming again!

Nice place for families (BUT NOT FOR ANYONE WANTING A QUIET DRINK), reasonably priced, kids room (WHICH IS THE WHOLE PUB). Kids running around unsupervised, staff not challenging parents, climbing on furniture, jumping off, shouting and screaming. #HEADACHE. I'll never come here again, nice place destroyed by out of control children. Shame parents come to get pissed and leave the kids to their own devices. Zero out of five stars, if I could.

Never had a bad meal here. Great value, lovely friendly staff. Prompt service, good quality food at a great price( especially the offers). Good atmosphere, perfect for families and couples too.

18/1/2025, we called in at 2pm for food. It's bright and clean inside, the staff are absolutely brilliant, an easy 10/10. Friendly, welcoming, happy and smiling. The last two of those are so important to the experience, it makes all the difference when you walk into a venue to be greeted by a warm smile. It sets up the tone for everything that follows. Everyone from the bar staff to the waiters were perfect. It's priced well and the food is excellent for the price point it's aiming for. I had the tandoori sizzler and my wife had the half chicken, both were very good, full of flavour and cooked very nice. Highly recommended and well worth a visit.

We call here for breakfast most weekends. Always happy with the service from Ellie.The food is always delicious.

Went for a birthday meal, what I had was average. I usually get the mixed grill when I go here but wasn't that hungry.

Third visit today after two fantastic experiences. The Super Saturday Deal is fantastic, who ever thought that putting chicken between garlic bread is a genius! One bit of feedback from my mum, she loved the items stack but feels there were too many samosas in the plate. (I know, you can never have too much, but I guess food is subjective and of personal opinion)! Poppy was out server. Kind, polite and a big smile on her face with time for a chat, building great rapport with her customers. We'll certainly be back soon!

Love this pub, always have a pleasant experience when visiting. Went in for a couple of bevs recently and got chatting to Niamh. She recognised us and remembered our drinks order from last time we came in. She interacts with everyone like they’re family. I love watching her help the elderly at the tables in particular. The beers cheap and well looked after. And there’s always a good offer on to tempt you to. The Camembert and chicken sharer was delicious.

Liv was an excellent server, enjoyed our drinks at the noble comb! Would recomend :)

We came here for a impromptu dinner out as we saw the £5 Epic deal, so I booked a table. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Liv, who took us to our table. The pub was very busy as it was a Friday night, lots of families. But the team was so friendly and accommodating. Made us feel super comfortable and well looked after. Liv helped us choose a dessert and we were really happy with her suggestion. She is a super credit to your business alongside the team! Thank you for being so kind 😊

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Busy Friday tea time but didn't wait very long for our food. £5.00 menu was a bonus with enough variety for everyone. Will be returning

Had my son’s birthday meal here, and it was fantastic! The staff were all very friendly, and the service was excellent. The food was absolutely amazing—I highly recommend the steak! Chris, the manager, went above and beyond with the presentation and delivery of my son’s dessert, making it extra special. We didn’t even need to ask for anything; Chris was so attentive and thoughtful. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Excellent service, catered for all 15 of us for breakfast, tea and breakfast again when we were all working over the road at the new home bargains, first time I've ever had bacon that was cooked to perfection, compliments to the chef, i even had a ice cream after i finished me breakfast, could of done the hole workforce if I weren't so greedy.

Went for a pub classic breakfast today and it was utterly rubbish. The food other than the hashbrown was cold and was not to a great standard at all

Lovely Hungry horse, the food is lovely and tasty they listen to the customers and its all accessible for wheelchairs and prams, there is also a play area for the kids too!! Brilliant place! The service is brilliant too the staff are so friendly

Noble comb is a very welcoming pub, the staff are helpful and the experience is a pleasure. The music (pop classics) helps us wait for our food and the customers of all races are always smiling,chatting or singing along. The food is tasty and presented well. As a black person me and my partner feel welcomed and enjoy the experience and the kids activities keep the little one entertained. Noble comb is the best pub for bite to eat, or a drink in a calm, enjoyable pub. Well done Noble comb keep doing what you are doing 👏🏿

What a lovely welcome we received when we entered the noble comb from a girl named Chloe this lady Made my whole family feel welcome instantly. Made sure we were all happy with what we had ordered and happy with where we were sat. Went here with the family, had a wonderful time and the staff were absolutely fabulous!

Booked a table here 3/1/25, travelled almost 45 mins for a family meal, this is one of the only places my autistic son will eat at and where he asked to go. We arrived to find signs saying some menu items maybe out of stock due to Christmas delivery schedules so that put a bit of worry into us. Sat at our table opened the app to order to find there was nothing available to order! As I had booked a table left an email address ( which is used to send me all sorts of deals & offers ) & contact number do you not think it would have been appropriate to notify us of the lack of food availability before we arrived!! We would have booked the alternative hungry horse instead which upon looking at the app had all meals available!! so not sure why they got deliveries and you didn’t? maybe more of an ordering error or lack of might be more accurate!! My son left hungry and in a complete meltdown as he was expecting his favourite meal, severe distress to him that could have been avoided with simple communication.

Very pleasant reasonably priced christmas eve meal with family... Will definitely do it again but will visit again before then as often in shipley and it's close and reasonably priced for good quality pub food

This place is a horrible value for the food it sells, and the whole place feels like an American restaurant poorly trying to pretend it's British, the staff are nice though

Ordered via the app. Took around 25 mins for food to arrive but it wasn’t that busy. Fries were nearly cold, as were the onion rings. Chicken strips were hot and plenty in a portion. Seabass was ok but like any other white fish. A family with children had just left and where they were sat was left a complete mess. Table was wiped down but there was half eaten food left under the table. Parking was free and now there is no need to register your vehicle as before.

Boxing day meal. Could not fault, food and service excellent.

I have not visited for a long while before today( boxing day). I was pleasantly surprised, fantastic service. Food was served quickly, very tasty. Attentive staff, may you feel very welcome. Menu had a lot of tempting offers. Well done to the new manager, 100% better than last visit. We will be coming back.

Pub was quiet, meals and pudding came quickly. Mail meals could have been slightly warmer but we’re edible,puddings we’re fine. Service from Casey was quick.

Absolutely disgraceful Walked in at 8.15pm bearing in mind food is served till 9pm as stated on the website….. only to be told they were doing drinks only as they had shut the kitchen. Apparently they do this on a Sunday!!!! There were over 10 tables having food!! If it says you serve till 9pm on the website you should serve till 9pm. We travelled 30 minutes to come eat as we do often here. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Several times through the week they have shut the kitchen. It’s false advertisement and it needs sorting !!

Lovely place love the fish and chips. Best fish and chips I've ever had. Especially with mushy peas. And tartar sauce. The staff are great too, especially Martha who served me with a smile and made sure I got exactly what I want I will be back. And that's the bottom line!

Great place. Cant fault it. Food was at our table within 10-15 minutes of ordering on the app. Service was excellent. The staff were more than happy to provide a takeaway box for leftover food. Lots of vegan options too 👍

Stopped off here for some food on my way from Hull to a works job and had the ultimate big combo. The guy on the bar convinced me into getting some chicken strips with hot sauce and I’m very glad he did! Great pub with fantastic service, food came out quick and was lovely despite how busy it was! Big shout out to the big bartender in the flowery shirt who was very professional and made me feel very welcome Will definitely be back again next time I’m over that way

The fish and chips were bland and awful the lasagne was mushy, the food was awful, eaten here so many times but today was horrid, I left a review on the Facebook page but it’s been deleted and I’ve been blocked, no worries I won’t be in again, such a shame as the food was always good 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
