Chris and the team great service.

Food preperation takes 30 minute. So find something to do while wait. This place does not feel with enjoyable atmosphere. Cold, distant, formal. It reminds me of pop in-canteen. It is hardly to imagine if I coild recomed it to someone else. However, staff is kind. But overall I would not choose this place anymore. Here is no heart. It reminds me of machine. The pub was half empty & a lady at the till complained there are too many orders to complete. It even took ages to wait for simple chips. They served us with simple dry chips never asking whether we like to get mayonnaise or tomato sauce. So basic and plain.

On a chilling English morning had set off to have a fellowship with people from church. We enjoyed a nice friendly environment. The hosts were very welcoming.

Had a good meal, the taste was good. The staff were good. Family place ao expect kids running about.

Friendly helpful staff, good value . Food excellent, visited for breakfast, asked for well done bacon and it was, most people ignore this request, the chef didn't, excellence, would recommend.

Ordered the vegan fish and chips with mushy peas and had a child's portion ( which a lot of places would refuse) chocolate fudge brownie.Absolutely fantastic food, pleasant staff and the prices are a lot less than some other places; Will definitely be going again .

Great little place. Great deals on the food, different ones each day. Very family friendly and a great base to go for a walk after on the canal.

Fantastic pub. Served by the manager (fat guy) Ordered epic chicken new yorker. Possibly one of the best pub meals I've ever had. The Guinness was great. Staff treated us like family. Top boozer and cannot wait to Come back. Brilliant!

Came tonight for dinner with my sister and my cousin. The food was really cheap and delicious, I had half a chicken with jerk sauce, sweet potato fries and sweet corn - was lovely! The staff were great too, the slender ginger manager in the red shirt was great and really went above and beyond to help us choose our food

Absolutely rude staff ! Went in and asked if Sunday roast still available. Staff replied yes it was . Then said no table . Then within minute a table available. Went back immediately to bar to order to be told no roasts left . Was then asked could order off menu . Said I had just come bar and ask if roast available. Told the staff I had come in for roast and was told I can go eat elsewhere if I liked . Well guess what ? I AM !!! As I did not like the attitude.

Cheap eatery with very varied menu. Never going to get a Michelin star but food is served quickly and efficiently. Staff seem on the ball, small kids play area both indoors and outdoors so suitable for families. Only let down by the complete lack of any real or craft ales. Greene King standard fare and nothing else.

Came with my 2 boys on a Saturday afternoon. Wasn't too busy and easily found a place to sit. The food was delicious, hot and didn't take too long to arrive. The icecreams were fab. Would recommend.

Met some old friends for a catch up meal, our food arrived prompt but one dish had cold chips, when we told our server she apologised and then the rectified dish was brought out by the chef with apologies. (I think he said his name was Chris. Lovely fella, who apologised and told us they had a big party who were putting in staggered orders so the kitchen were slammed). Marked down on atmosphere because there were too many kids for our liking but all in all a very pleasant experience. Will Definately visit again and also recommend.

We booked a big family meal on a Sunday and the staff we very attentive from the start,one of our party was a pescatarian and their was plenty of items on the menu for everyone,the food was great and their was a great drinks selection,parking wasn't a problem and wasn't too far for our elderly family member 5*

Came Saturday with my little ones for food was really good , was served by a really lovely girl didn’t catch her name but she was telling me she just came off maternity leave , was really knowledgeable about the food and drinks and was overall really bubbly . We had steak and it was cooked just how we like it , the kids meal deals are really good for the money much better options now menus have changed and play area is good to keep them busy whilst you wait . We will deffo be returning again .

Great place to meet family and friends. The food is nice and reasonably priced. We were served by Chloe who I have to say was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and she really made the younger members of our family feel welcome.

I’ve seen some combs in my time, but this is by far the noblest.

The chef at this place needs to learn to cook stringy over cooked chicken sausages over done, i asked for medium rare steak and got medium well steak, even the peas were that over cooked they were discoloured Other than the cook (dont deserve the name chef) the waitress staff were amazing and bar staff especially amy who was very helpful a credit to them if only they could change the cook

Great pub with a great and reasonably priced selection of food and drink with some great offers, the children's play area is good for little ones and always plenty of parking! Great for larger groups and nothing is ever too much hassle!

This place offers excellent value for money. The food is consistently delicious and the service is quick. The staff are always super friendly and attentive. My children love playing in the outdoor play area, which gives me at least 10 minutes of peace! It's a perfect blend of affordability and cheerfulness. What more could you ask for.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, no coffee , no yogurt .

We stayed at the hotel next door, but came here for food and drink. The food was lovely and this place benefits from a friendly atmosphere. The Male member of staff that was dealing with us was absolutely fantastic. Warm, welcoming and likes to chat to the customer. Would definitely be back here again. This was my second visit to The Noble Comb in a few weeks. The food is delicious, reasonably priced and service is unmatched. The new menu is really exciting and it’s evident work is being done to the venue. I’ll be back! :)

I come here every week on a Friday for the BOGOF burgers and I'm not disappointed, the staff are friendly and helpful. Food is always perfectly cooked and always hot. Value for money 👍

Staying next door at Ibis hotel and have been in every night of my stay. Place is clean, great beer and the staff are amazing. Big shout out to Poppy for her friendly smile and amazing service. Would recommend to anyone.

Food was not nice tasted bland wouldn't recommend the cheese burger was dry with a scabby bit of cheese the chicken was over cooked The tea was awful was given a cup of warm water and a teabag definitely won't be returning

Went here , asked for steak well done , came back 4 times still blood coming out , over an hour waiting , wife had her food , I wasn’t waiting a 5th time got them to correct it , all they did was say we will knock price of your lemonade off ,, whole bill should of been refunded !

Visit the Noble Comb often however on occasions sat near to the kitchen door I have been extremely annoyed at the way the waiters leave the kitchen… by kicking the door which such force and a bang we jumped several times as for some of the unsavoury language coming from the kitchen if your sat near enough is disgusting the staff should be more aware of what can been seen and heard from the dining area mind you the banging of the kicked door can be heard at other end of the restaurant can’t fault the staff at all however that banging of a kicked open door is not good at all

So my ratings are as follows. 4/5 food 5/5 service 4/5 atmosphere The food rating is because most of the food is precooked and reheated when it could easily been cooked to order, especially in a venue that size with a full kitchen and staff. As a chef I managed larger services with less staff. The service was fantastic itself, from the staff at the bar to the table service, the only instance I found anything wrong was when I asked one girl cleaning a table next to me where the cutlery was, I had to ask 6 times progressively louder until someone else at another table answered me. As well as a manager who didn't think I heard her when she was going to have a go at me for my service dog until she saw for herself what 2nother staff had already told her. As for the atmosphere, 4 stars seems more than fair for what is a generic family environment, there ate limitations to what you can do and they are doing well. Overall it wasn't the best but by far not the worst. For that reason I would go again

Cheap cheerful pub food never had a bad meal here

My Wife and I attended the Noble Comb Shipley for Breakfast in June 24 and had a very enjoyable experience. Two weeks later I received a £60 Parking Fine letter from Euro Car Parks! We were unaware of their booking in system. I revisited the Pub where I spoke with Aaron who quickly resolved the issue. He was polite friendly and a real credit to the Establishment. Much appreciated Aaron and good luck in the future. Best wishes Michael.

Cheap food that took 2 hours to come out. Felt like they had kitchen staff issues. Main and starter came out together but starter cold. Building and interior looks dated but staff nice but stressed.

Loved it. The food was abundant, beautiful, and affordable. We had a shared starter, which was very filling, followed towering burgers, and they were two for one as it was Friday!!!!

My daughter inlaw cut her knee in the soft play area , the staff where aware that there was glass on the carpet near the door , and hadn't taken appropriate steps to make sure the children didn't cut themselves, thank god my grandchildren wasn't injured by this

Had the roast turkey dinner. Meat was sliced off a roll so bit disappointed..no cranberry sauce, ditto. I remember having the roast turkey dinner at the Malt Shovel in Baildon nearby and I think that included a pig in blanket but not here.Drink was a pint of Sam Smiths Shandy which was nearly £4 ..so not cheap at all but meal not too expensive.

As always this is a real treat for food and drink.... Loved it.

Recent visit for lunch. I ordered steak and ale pie and mash... I received a microwaved pie, soggy approx 6 small pieces of meat. The mash was Instant Smash, which too was dry and Not Mash (potatoes) as expected. I had to swap the mash for pre cooked chips.... Definitely will not be eating here again. This was not my first visit in recent months. But gave it another chance thinking the food had improved.... It has Not. Expensive food given that its not all edible.
