Saqib has provided excellent service for both me and my friend ensuring that everything was okay for us definitely will be visiting again

From the atmosphere to the food and service is amazing. Vibes and music are fantastic , food is delicious (get the commando fries)!! , AJ the manager is such a kind sweet soul, definite recommend coming here for a fun evening!

Absolutely love this place. The customer service, atmosphere, food, shisha everything is 10/10. We’re not local but we always drive 1hr 30 mins to come here every few weeks. Fave place highly recommend!

C.I.D shisha was really good for a soft citrus flavour. Stir fry wings and commando chips were good too. Got to try the Mango shake.

Pizzas and burgers highly recommended. Shisha is always top quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plus the owner AJ is a very handsome gentleman 🤪

Came through just for shisha and dessert and honestly, no regrets. The flavours were smooth, didn’t burn out quick, and the coals were looked after properly, zero hassle. Dessert hit the spot too, proper presentation and actually tasted good, not just for show. The vibe was relaxed, service was on point, and it felt like a place you could actually chill without being rushed. Definitely coming back for another session.

I have been going here for years, but stop going here due to they charging unnecessary Service charge on any random weekends. I have decided to go to other sheesha places as you get better Service you not paying unnecessary service charge for no better service. Plus they show no loyalty only to there own people.

Service was horrible, we waited far too long for the food, people I came with waited at least an hour before their drinks got delivered. Food was pretty good, but the service was poor. Staff weren’t attentive, most of the front of house staff were in the kitchen helping the 2 chefs on duty. Also, some of the customers were perverts, maybe don’t let weird people come into the establishment.

The shisha, food & drinks are next to none. The staff are all professional, welcoming & friendly. The bar staff especially are highly attentive. I would highly recommend Pasha for anyone who’s serious about their shisha, good food, delicious mocktails and a good time 10/10.T, Ali, KB, Kada, Saqib, Saki, Rahat, Hashir & the rest are the best ❤️

Food was cold , the man who brought the shisha to the table did not speak left the shisha on the table. Bad customer service. We wasted money for nothing. We should go els ways, place look nice and pretty but customer service not good

I visited this spot last night for some shisha and fries, and while I had high hopes, the experience was disappointing. The service was notably poor. Our waiter came over twice to clear the table while food was still on our plate. The second time, they just took the plate without asking, which felt rude and rushed, almost like they were trying to push us out. The shisha was good for about an hour, but when you’re paying for the premium experience, you’d expect the flavor to last. After that, it felt like they changed the coal to something subpar, which completely ruined the taste and made it clear they were trying to rush us out. It’s a shame because the shisha had potential, but the overall experience left much to be desired.

Cuatro de nosotros, amigos, visitamos un lugar agradable y frío para fumar, disfrutar de postres y beber té mientras vemos el boxeo. A la entrada, hicimos cola en recepción, se vio bastante rápido y sentado. Compramos dos shishas por un total de £ 40. Hay un práctico código de barras QR en cada mesa que puede utilizar para ver el menú y el orden de su mesa. Se pidieron tés, junto a cuatro postres. Dos de los postres llegaron, pero después de 30 minutos los otros no lo habían hecho. Consultamos esto con el personal de paso tres veces antes de que llegara, dejando un postre pendiente. Este postre final fue consultado un total de NUEVE veces. Pregunté con varios servidores y el personal de recepción (que acaba de decirme que estaba ocupado). Incluso hablé con el gerente y le mostré mi hora de pedido, había pasado una hora y me aseguró que estaría allí en 10 minutos. Al final, después de una hora y media, decidí obtener un reembolso ya que estábamos listos para salir y todavía no había llegado. Es una pena porque la estética y la sensación del lugar es muy elegante, un lugar encantador para relajarse, pero el servicio recibido está a un millón de millas de ser remotamente aceptable. ¿Cómo puede un cliente preguntar el paradero de un postre NUEVE veces con los servidores, recepción y el gerente y TODAVÍA no recibirlo... es como si realmente estuviera buscando ganar el premio en un servicio al cliente extremadamente espantoso? Daría una estrella después de mi experiencia, pero la decoración lo eleva a dos estrellas. Arreglar la debacle de la experiencia del cliente y esto podría ser fácilmente nosotros allí con algunos de los mejores lugares de Shisha

Very disappointed placed order for food at the counter on entering… was given the shisha shortly after however the food was served over an hour later after asking numerous amount of times food was served as we was leaving this happened second time in a row won’t be going back I was a regular customer 👎

Years ago, this was a disgusting place full of drug dealers and gangs. It is now the complete opposite. Staff were excellent, clientele was couples and respectfull. Food and shisha was awesome. I cannot wait to go back

Awful lounge. Travelled a couple of hours on NYE to see the fireworks, only for them to be cancelled 10 mins prior to midnight due to rain. The reason I’m giving a bad review is, they did not advertise this possibility on their Instagram, and charged a mandatory service charge due to being busy. Also advertised fireworks event upon entry. Safe to say I won’t be visiting again.

The shisha was dead, Al Fakr turned into Al Faker. The flavours taste cheap and nasty. The coal guy no where to be seen. There was only 7 other shall groups in so its not busy. I had to ask the food waiter twice to get the coal guy. £15 on the shisha gone down the drain. Very disappointing 4/10.

Poor service , ice cream was like liquid and the peanut butter stacks were melted to the ground!

bad service anywhere else in the restaurant, I haven't waited 3 hours for food. She sead I'm going to get kecup, we waited 2 hours for one kecup my paid meal was given to someone else bad bad bad 🤬🤬

The person at the counter, with their hair tied back, was so rude to us. There were five of us, and he rudely told us that we had to order three shishas and food before he would let us in; otherwise, we couldn't enter.

Worst service ever. I have ordered red bull with ice and shake and they have taken like more an hour to give the shake and drinks and at last they have given the red bull that is totally warm so i will request you to please take care of your customers service.
