The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Coventry West Midlands

Popped in here while my son attended an appointment locally. Hoping to work a little and grab a coffee. Staff were friendly and service was quick. The menu looks great, good variety and really reasonably priced. I had a large latte and toast for £3.25 bargain. Coffee was lovely too. Free wi fi meant I could work easily. I’ll be back

Came here today with my son, daughter and her boyfriend. Upon entering a girl shouted some other girl to serve we asked for the menus to have a look. We went outside and had a look at what was on offer, the menus were really sticky and dirty so were the tables. The young girl came to take our order only for them to say they didn’t do that menu anymore. I was a little confused to why we were given it. They only serve the breakfast menu until 2pm. Ordered breakfast it was quite greasy and the mushrooms tasted like a burnt pan. Sausages were nice. Coffee very poor and watered down coke.

Me and my friend really enjoy the experience. Begining with atmosphere,service and food , everything was perfect.Also I would like to say thank you to Helena,the head chef for looking after my friend dietary requirement.

Great atmosphere good home cooked food

This Mooboo store is my main bubble tea place, normally they get the order spot on. This time, I ordered through uber eats, and I had put in the notes to put soya milk instead of dairy milk (I have lactose intolerance), I put it in the notes last time too and they did do soya milk as requested. This time, they obviously did not read the note that I had put against it, and it was made with dairy milk instead, which meant I couldn't drink the bubble tea I ordered (it was a large too). The driver also took longer than usual and kept taking wrong turnings, in which time the order had melted (not mooboos fault for this issue, it was the driver). My mum also noted that her choc oreo milk tea had a weird texture, which I assume is because it took longer to get here. I do recommend the bubble tea order shown in the photo though, it is usually made well 🥲. I will not be ordering it online again though, until they add the alternative milk buttons on the uber eats app (which they have added for most of the other milk tea options but Matcha).

Always have a great time at the Cottage. Abbie and her team do a great job. The quiz night is what brought me to the pub and now I can’t escape!

Arrived approx 18.15 very busy atmosphere great ,on ordering our food we were told there would be a 30-45 min wait no problem we said, ate it lots of sizzlers in B'ham and cov but first time in the Wallace staff member came and told us there would be a delay, the food was brought out after 1hr 15mins understandably they were busy but 1hr 15mins come on Wallace sort it out. Saying that the food was great and I will return let's hope I don't have to wait that long .

Visited yesterday for the first time and had th chicken tikka loaded naan. Just about warm enough to eat but disappointing as not particularly tasty. Staff did offer to reheat it but I didn't want it microwaved. The place has a great atmosphere and I will give it another go to see if it was just a one-off experience.

I didn't expect much from the restaurant and went more out of convenience as a guest in the hotel. I initially went to the bar and was invited through to the restaurant by the barman. The restaurant had a nice ambience with chatty large tables on one side and solo diners on the other. I ordered the fish and chips and was pleased with my meal. The fish, once I'd let it cool, was outstanding. Crunchy salty batter, moist chunky fish, and it was huge! The chips were so so, as was the mushy peas. The tartare sauce had a nice zing to it that complimented the fish wonderfully. Pints of Neck Oil were very welcome, and the service was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely come again. Try the fish.

Not many places I'd rate 5 stars in Coventry especially a chain but I have to say I was impressed with service, vibe and food! Recommend the apple tart!
