Mooboo in Coventry

very nice and good amount .very tasty and love the new flavours especially the watermelon.However this time they got my order wrong by adding tapioca pearls instead of blueberry popping ball.I was very upset since they usually get it right.They need to be careful woth how they prepare..you can see this in the pic. EDITED:Mooboo have earned themselves a 5 star.They were very nice and gave me another drink.Thank you mooboo!! Definitely the best place for bubble tea in Coventry!

Beautiful staff with amazing customer service. My drinks are always made to perfection. I literally cannot fault this place or the people who make the drinks. Definitely top class.

Best bubble tea place! Their strawberry brulee was my fav and then I tried their Taro brule which was even better. But strawberry cheesecake is by far THE BEST😍

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mooboo in Coventry, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The standout factor that made my visit truly memorable was the outstanding service provided by Sally, one of the store's employees. Sally went above and beyond to ensure that my time at Mooboo was delightful.

i often visit here and today i ordered my drink wrong but didn’t realise until after and the lovely sally sorted it out with no problems. she is always so kind when i am here and makes me feel very welcome thank you sally :)

Was served a delicious large Honeydew bubble tea with watermelon popping balls a few days ago. I always look forward to going there on payday to treat myself and be welcomed by the wonderful staff every time. They really are the best bubble tea in Coventry hands down! :)

The service was amazing and the staff are more then helpful with getting me my first order in, I’m now comfortable going there and ordering my fave drink because of the staff !

This is the only bubble tea place I will ever go to. The staff are amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Sally goes out of her way to help and seems to know my order by heart now I have tried most the menu but go back to the pineapple tea continuously. If you value good service and quality and a great tasting drink this is the place to go to.

God I love mooboo. Hands down the most consistently pleasant bubble tea around, but goodness can be twenty minutes or more to get your drink!

I was a regular customer for a while and had the worst experience the last time. The employee was rude and literally scammed us by altering the menu and topping the drink up with ice. Never ever going back.

me and my boyfriend love mooboo! the only thing we have noticed is that the popping balls seemed to have changed recently and we’re not the biggest fans of the texture of the new ones, but it’s great other than that!

45 minutes waiting for tea and fourth in a queue.

i ordered two fruit teas at 2:30 today and it’s now 4:05 and the drinks have still not arrived. i tried to call the restaurant multiple times and they didn’t pick up and their is no way i can get a refund.

The lady was very kind but unfortunately the drink had zero taste. I preferred the black lychee tea and once I got on the bus k had a sip and realised. I had this drink before and it was delicious and really refreshing. For £4.50 it was expensive and I don’t really get them much apart from a treat so it was a shame it was wasted

My go to bubble tea place in Coventry. Its halal if you are wondering. They make best bubble tea in town in my opinion. I strongly suggest the creme brulee with tapioca and other milk tea options. Price is comparable to other places and customer service is good. No seating area unfortunately. I will update the review as I try more flavours. Service is excellent. The bubble teas are tasty. There is a large choice of drinks.

We got one bubble tea here, the bubble tea wasnt the best if im being honest but others seem to enjoy it! The staff was very friendly and welcoming but the prices were a bit much and we got a low sugar level which tasted very much like 100%. The wait was a while. The drink didnt taste like much either. I wouldnt go here again if im honest.

I don’t particularly understand why some of the reviews are so bad, every single time i come here it does not fail to disappoint me. Honestly, i have introduced all my friends to this place because there is so much excitement when you go here. I have to point out that sometimes it is a bit difficult to understand the staff, and when we came here first the advice wasn’t particularly great on what to choose, however most of the staff are amazing and the drinks are very addicting. Just to add, everytime i think of trying a new drink i’m so scared but with mooboo it always tastes good, there’s not been one drink where i’ve had a bad experience. Defo my go to place 🫶

Lovely bubble tea, quick service. 50% sweetness was perfect, tapioca balls were good.

I'm a regular here but this time not sure why but second time ordering recently and it's a bad experience, thought the first time was my mistake but it's not, not sure if the management has changed recently but both times the sweetness has skyrocketed as the old 25% now tastes like the 100%...carry on like this and you risk closing down, diabetes are screaming...its far too sweet and need to go back to original sweetness levels.

My Daughter loves the bubble teas, I can't believe how much they cost. It's about the same price as a McDonald's meal for just one drink...

The man at the till was so rude! Giving me dirty looks and rushing me to make my order. Made me feel so uncomfortable. Poor customer service. I won’t be coming here again!

Fat shamed my friend, and saying something like ‘I’m surprised you didn’t order the whole menu’ My friend left in disgust.

Brian was pretty rude and direct, I asked him a question a few times and he didn’t catch what I said so I repeated in mandarin and he wasn’t having it. Really poor customer service for a first visit to this city.

Brian, on the till is so rude.. every single time I have been to mooboo and he is on the till he is rude to me and whoever else goes alongside. Even with other customers there… you ask him a question and you get such a rude response.. asked for some tapioca separate to another drink .. he said 60p and then said next time it will be £2.50 then went to add it to the drink my friends ordered after I asked for it separate and confirmed it be separate.when the other drink was being prepared he was rude saying the drink is final after this when I didn’t order the drink personally myself i ordered tapioca separately due to not having much cash on me for a drink as it was cash only, also asked if could do click and collect online he said no it’s for covid only and said I pay in store when ordering online

I ask no ice they give me cubes ffs, the cashier seemed to be very unhappy to work there, gave a lil attitude, not recommending, make yourself a better cuppa at home ✌️

A very nice drink at Coventry, the staff was helpful in front of the till, although he wore a mask, he will explain how to order using the steps on the till. It MAKES the order CLEAR and EASIER <3<3 Sometimes the queue was very long (maybe their drinks were good) T_T. He will help us put the straw in the drink. the straw is really hard to pop-in....really nice of this shop and the staff!! But don't forget to keep your order ticket with you!!! They will collect it (they explained some guys will pick our ticket and ask for drinks@@) In general, The staff and the drinks are really nice, I am willing to wait for the queue as they are the best bubble tea at the centre!!!

Very rude staff. I was the only customer and didn’t realise they give you a “ticket” for your order and folded it and put it in my bag. This guy asked me For a ticked with my tea and was waiting for me until I would find it to give me my order- me literally being the only customer there- and didn’t even look at the ticket in the end and threw it to the bin. There was so thank you no your welcome no have a nice day… literally the worst staff ever

I ordered a fruit tea and it was nice but it was too sweet. This place is really tiny but cute. The only problem is they had no change in the till and I had to pay 5 pounds while the drink was 4 pounds. The straw wasn’t sharp so Me and my friend had to use keys to put a hole in the lid. But this wasn’t the problem for everyone. Maybe I’d go here again.

This is my favorite store the people here are so kind and one time it was after closing and they let me in and made my drink and they dident let me pay they said they dont take money after hours and they let you have free drinks to try i love this place so much ❤🥰

My daughter and I just love bubbletea but this place ruined it. Fruit tea was well too sweet. All we could taste was sugar some bits we're floating on the bottom of my tea. What made as angry the most was the amount of popping pearls in it. I think there was 20-25 pearls that's all. The reason we buy bubbletea is tapioca or popping pearls. If I wanted fruit tea I'd made it at home. Will never buy there again.

amazing staff and amazing bubble tea with plenty of options!! and not too expensive compared to other bubble tea places. they also have little sweets available to buy, like candy mochi and the sort which are a good treat. my favourite bubble tea place!!

Had a fruit tea for the first time and it was incredible. The thing that shocks me the most Is how cheap it was. I will definitely be coming back as the staff were very friendly and you can tell they put alot in to their work!

Out of all the bubble shops in Coventry this place definitely has the most variety in flavours and toppings, and is the cheapest as they include one topping in the price and do student discount, unlike other shops. Sadly they do close earlier because of the shopping centre but otherwise very good.

they invited my daughter for a trial and interview at 10.30. She arrived on time and the shop was still closed 15 minutes later!!! No One turned up. Shocking way to treat people. AVOID

Had a hazelnut bubble tea with tapocia....it was really nice and unusual! My friend had a chocolate with mango toppings and she loved hers. The staff were really friendly and good at recommending. Great service!

Can't remember this place at all

During our visit to the Mooboo cafe we found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. There are lots of different drink choices. Inside the café there is only a small seating area which is a shame as the café itself is lovely. The drinks are really tasty but are a little pricey.

The tea is outstanding, there are so many combinations that you can make many unique flavours especially for you. Only negative is that it's quite expensive. But in my opinion it's worth it.

It's amazing , my friend introduced me to this place didn't think I'd like it but now I love it , staff are so nice , and do the job quick ! My favourite is green apple ice tea with ice and sugar with strawberry bobas , I normally go there every week , I went on tuesday and loved it , hope to see you again soon!

I enjoyed my bubble tea from MooBoo. As a chain of bubble teas, it is one of the best. You need to factor in time to make your choice as the menu is so extensive! The staff were friendly, and the service was so quick. I’d love to see a larger range of boba.

Amazing range of flavours (my favourite is mango fruit tea with passion fruit bubbles!) and good quality tea however it is a bit expensive!

A great, unique shop with excellent bubble tea!

You can't beat a good bubble tea which is why I love this place . Even though it's a chain it's got a wonderful choice of milk or black tea and loads of flavours. About 5 or 6 toppings to add to the tea. They do a couple of snack bars/Chinese style crisps. Nice staff. A couple of tables and tall chairs mostly used while waiting rather than drinking in.
