Best damn coffee in Birmingham. Excellent hosts and friendly clientele.

Lovely beer but the staff have all the friendliness of a gas bill attached to a throwing knife. No last orders called because he wanted to clear out early.

A really cute cafe located within House of Fraser. The coffee was pretty good (my mother and I both ordered oat flat white) but the food was unfortunately disappointing; I ordered pizza and my mom had the cappuccino cake. I asked if I could have side salad instead of chips for the pizza and the counter attendant said yes and gladly made the change on the till. Turned out I was charged double portions and wasn’t told before paying - it came to a whopping £14 for a small slice of pizza (£6.99) and accompanying side salad (£6.99)! The portion was pretty small for the price we paid so we probably won’t be back for the food next time..

The food is nice here but the pricing is crazy. £2.50 for kids toast, and it’s only 1 slice. £4 for a kids hot chocolate and my other daughter had bacon, sausage and hash brown and they charged £11.50. Member of staff justified it by saying everything has gone up now, but £5 for 2 slices of toast is crazy

I have always enjoyed visiting Costa Coffee and have been a loyal customer for years. However, my recent experience at this branch was far below the standards I have come to expect. I was seated in the café for about five hours, busy with my online work, when one of the staff members, Bonnie, approached me. She asked me to either buy another drink or leave the café. Additionally, she told me not to move from one chair to another. I was shocked and embarrassed by her tone as she behaved in a rude and very unprofessional manner. That incident made me feel extremely unwelcome. I hope this feedback helps them to improve customer service!!

Popped in on the way home from visiting family. Nice atmosphere and great service off the friendly staff. The food was delicious. Even left space to try one of the desserts, which didn't disappoint. Highly recommend this pub. They seem to have got it right.

Always has been a clean and cozy pub, but food is expensive ( for what it is ) and average. For the prices it lacks a more exciting menu.

Ordered via uber eats, won't be ordering again. Ordered 2 frappes, all that came were cups of throth. The chocolate one had zero chocolate flavour and the strawberry one tasted sour. They said if I come in to store they can help! Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering online for delivery! Cut my losses as wasted money and a bad review I guess

Absolute chaos, we ordered over the phone as we live quite far away so it would be ready when we arrived. Got there to be told we dont have 3 jerk chicken meals you can wait half an hour if you like, but we ordered on the phone why allow someone to travel and not have there order ready. Managed to get me one jerk chicken meal then palmed us off with some fried chicken that if I wanted I could of gone round the corner for, no sorry or discounted meals 2 people very disappointed as didnt get what they ordered. Shame because the food was nice but the organisation shocking so wont be going again

Was glad to see Molloys open again after such a long time. We went in and could smell the odour of damp and saw the ceiling and walls with mould stains. The floor is dirty and the place hasn't been given a helping hand since it was shut. The place doesn't do food now. We stopped for a quick pint although no idea of a good.pint no head and smelt like cleaning fluid. Such a shame the place wasn't inspected or at least cleaned before opening.

A variety of seating options, a good range of snacks and delicious cakes. A fine range of coffee options and soft drinks. On a number of occasions I’ve been served by Holly who is obviously fully versed and skilled in her role. She is very customer focussed and when pressure of work allows, is delightfully interpersonal.
