Lovely beer but the staff have all the friendliness of a gas bill attached to a throwing knife. No last orders called because he wanted to clear out early.

Always wide selection warm and inviting atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff with educated recommendations. Tony being effervescent and really approachable (at a government sanctioned distance) today. Never fail to have good time here!!

We came here for the first time for a couple of drinks before going out for dinner. The beers were great, especially the sour beer. Lots of great gin selections and other drinks available too. Really friendly service & lots of safety measures in place. It’s great to have a little local place for a drink and we will definitely be back soon. It’s really hard for businesses like this to survive in the current climate & we’re lucky to have such a good local place to go to.

Came for our first meal after lockdown, and although we were apprehensive, we had a really lovely time. Tony made us feel so at ease and was absolutely brilliant, we will definitely be returning!!!

I came here with my friend two days ago, and the staff were amazing. They’ve really went above and beyond to make sure that their guests still were having a fun time in the current circumstances. Big shout out to Tony, he really made us feel looked after and was such a laugh! Will definitely be back soon!

Popped in for a drink as I heard it had some great craft beer and I was surprised about how much of a quality selection they had! The staff were extremly helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone who loves craft beer.

Used to like this place. This evening I saw the barman empty the dregs of another glass then top up from the tap! Revolting! We left!

Cosy dog friendly little bar selling a local and very decent range of craft beers and guns. Board games on offer to help you settle in for the afternoon evening. Could happily while away long winter evenings here!
