The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Cotswold South West

We walked from westonbirt to The Royal Oak for a drink in the sunshine with our dogs. I asked the lovely guy behind the bar and was told it was under new management for the last 18 months. Our last visit for food around 2 years ago had been disappointing,but having found out there was a new team we decided to try the food offerings again-and glad we did. Food was excellent, tasty and the service from the friendly staff was great. Nothing too much trouble,table cleaned down for us and the staff were super efficient and polite. We will be back!

We ordered Fish salad each and it was the freshest salad I've had in a restaurant, absolutely delicious 😋, staff very kind very friendly, we had two cream scones with jam and clotted cream, they were home made scones and lovely too. Left there full and happy! Would we go back there again? That's a big YES! from us.

A lovely ambience and outside courtyard seating. I think it’s possibly the best coffee in town. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

A nice relaxing place for some food and drinks. Had the pie of the day which was steak and ale and it tasted great as well as a good portion. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, will be returning 👌.

Cute and quirky coffee cafe specialising in brownies of various flavours. We needed gluten free options and 7a delivered. Very friendly staff and a lovely community feel.

Came for Mothers day treat, rang up week before to book a table and told to get there early which we did. My daughter has a disability and feeding tube of which she was attached to her pump, we were told we could not sit in restaurant, no one in it but all tables booked out. We sat outside and it was cold, my daughter suffered. No one had sat at any of the tables in the half hour we were there for breakfast, the cafe was empty, not a good way to treat someone with a disability, very unkind. The pancakes did not taste freshly cooked either, so very sad.

We have just had lunch at this lovely little pub. The service and food were excellent and the atmosphere lovely. No rushing and very friendly. We will definitely visit again - its a little gem and so nice not to have a pretentious restaurant which abound in the Cotswolds. Thank you for letting us stay and chatter until 3.0 p.m.

After checking your website I arrived yesterday (Saturday 4 Jan) for lunch with my family and three young grandchildren only to find a closed cafe. Please ….. there is no point at all in having a website UNLESS you keep it up-to-date. I also noted the sandwich board left outside your entrance announcing ‘open Wednesday to Saturday’, What a waste of time and energy and so disappointing for the family.

Excellent cup of coffee. Very friendly staff and management. Great selection of cakes. Decked out lovely for Christmas. Highly recommended

We nipped in for a quick drink, the orange wine was delicious and the place has a nice atmosphere. We had some little snacks whilst visiting.

Stopped in for a lite bite and some hot drinks before we started off. We like to support local businesses. Unfortunately this is not one we’d go back to again. The lady behind the till had a large chip on her shoulder. They didn’t get the drinks order right either. Hot choc was like warm. The croissant was not quite what you’d expect, especially with their “everything is homemade” sign in front of you whilst eating. More store bought with air bubbles throughout than buttery in the middle. Sorry to say can’t recommend.

We were well taken care of as a large group with a beautiful room to ourselves. The menu choice was limited but suited all of the party. The service was tentative and friendly. Only slight point of contention was dining with animals in the restaurant. As more of a fine dining experience this wasn’t expected especially as one of our party suffers with severe animal allergies. That as an aside the dining experience was pleasant and therefore I’d not hesitate in recommending to all.

Hobbs House es uno de esos tesoros escondidos que esperan ser descubiertos en los pequeños pueblos de los Cotswolds.
