The vegan maple pecan pie, the chocolate banana cake and the vegan hot chocolate were amazing! I’m still thinking about that pecan pie days later, it was incredible. The people I was with had an apple crumble cake, a milkshake, a donut and a dairy hot chocolate and I was told these were all lovely too! 5/5 stars will absolutely be returning to this place. So many vegan options that are so tasty, even to non vegans

Cafe is across three floors. We ordered downstairs before finding a table upstairs, which was open and had other customers sitting there. The server brought us our drinks. Less than five minutes later she came back to tell us that there was going to be a private function and we’d have to move our stuff back downstairs to sit on the small table between the door and the counter. Why not tell me the upstairs will be closed before I go up, or even tell me about the private function before I order? Why bring us our drinks to that floor and then tell us a couple of minutes later that we are not allowed to sit there? No signage to tell us we couldn’t sit there. The other customers all looked quite unhappy about it too.

Good coffee shop in the middle of the town. Really recommend the sausage rolls, they're massive and very buttery.

Had a warm drink thought it was hot but didn't complain to spoil the day.

The viennese whirl literally melted in my mouth and the coconut cake was excellent too, highly recommended 👍

I had the vegan chocolate banana cake and chocolate milkshake. First of all, the chocolate banana cake was possibly among the top 3 desserts I've had in my entire life. It tasted absolutely heavenly. If they had more I'd have bought more but sadly they only had one left. But I removed a star from the review cause the milkshake wasn't a milkshake, it was simply chocolate milk. Sadly the milkshake was a huge let-down.

Good coffee and good pastries. Good amount of seating inside with nice view out towards the market square. Most seating accessed by staircase.

Solid sausage roll with perfect pastry ft. a quality flat white and hot chocolate. Asked for tomato sauce and the waitress came back 5mins later saying she had to pop out to the local cornershop to get some for us. 10/10 service 🙌

Great little place for a cosy lunch. Not a huge menu, but good range of choice and freshly prepared.

Just popped in for a hot drink and then got distracted by the cakes… we ordered a biscoff cruffin, cinnamon roll and a cherry danish with some drinks. Honestly it was all so delicious, the cruffin was filled with custardy filling and I actually think it was one of the nicest things I’d ever eaten! 😂😂😂 The other cakes were delicious too and the lovely pot of Earl Grey was perfect. I don’t usually get excited by coffee shops but just had to recommend it. Lovely little coffee shop with nice seating and a great view of the town.

The cake and teas we had were really great and we really enjoyed them. The service to get these though wasn’t quite 5 stars. We asked if they were dog friendly which they were so we all bundled in to get a seat and then went to order where we were told they close at 16:00 so there was just 20 minutes left. I went and checked with everyone at the table if they were happy with 20 minutes of tea and cake which they were so we headed back down where a different person was on the till. I noticed on my phone that it was 15:50 so I said is it closing at 16:00 as the person behind said 20 minutes which this person explained that it was 20 minutes as they stopped ordering at 16:00 and closed at 16:15. No problem for us so we ordered. The person behind who served us before seemed to take great offence to this question though as though it was questioning their intelligence. Believe it or not but we just wanted to know where we stood as it was slightly unclear. No one was trying to catch you out or make you look silly so there was no need to be talking loudly about us to your friend whilst gesturing towards us. It’s just un-needed. Thanks for the tea and cake. They were lovely and we would come back as I’m sure it was just a long day for said individual and haven’t we all had them before!

Visited this weekend and enjoyed a really tasty coffee and tea. Great seating, spread over three levels, with views out over the Market Square. Lovely staff, who race up & down the stairs to bring everything to you! Comfy seats, and/or tables, to choose from, and some amazing looking cakes ("next time"!).

The team are always friendly and inviting. Great views of the square. Dog friendly because the whole of Stow is dog mad. Great coffee and smoothies.

Sausage roll could have been hotter

We had a coffee everyday when we were staying in Stow. It was one of the nicest coffees we have had. The sausage roll wasn’t that nice but we had it cold as didn’t want to wait 8 minutes for it to be heated up so cannot lower the review for that! Good location and was served fairly quickly.

Delicious hot chocolate! Recommend the honeycomb hot choc - tasted just like melted Crunchie. Very friendly staff too.

Gorgeous atmosphere with lovely plants and gentle background music, delicious drinks and pastries, plenty of seating and a pretty well kept bathroom.

Great sandwiches made to order on chunky sourdough. Quality coffee. All prepared and served by friendly staff.

Great dog friendly cafe. Coffee really good, Anzac slice delicious - open goats cheese and beetroot toastie was dreamy! We also had the special Indonesian Soup which was delicious. We’re only here for a week but are going to try and go back again before we leave!

Really nice cappuccino served with chocolate flakes on top rather than the usual powder. Anzac caramel cake was delicious. Very pleasant staff.

Great location, especially sat upstairs overlooking the Market Square. Cake very tasty and coffee not as smooth a blend as I prefer but was OK.

I Recommend the Hot Chocolate and Banana Milkshake. The Staff are Friendly and Welcoming.

Such a lovely cafe. There is plenty of seating spread out over three floors. The food and drink was very tasty, and the staff were all very polite and welcoming.

We’ve had a lovely coffee here. We sat upstairs where we had a great view on the market place. I would absolutely recommend the cappuccino with chocolate flakes.

Lovely little cafe, reasonably priced. Was very quiet when we visited, seating upstairs was nice. The cinnamon rolls were really nice though could have done with a little more cinnamon. Coffee was good. Overall pretty decent, just felt a little lacking in the atmosphere but could be because we went early on a Sunday when it was very quiet. Would go again.

Good coffee, great location with view over the market.

We came to visit thinking we would find a different tea room when we saw the sign outside. Gluten-free and dog friendly! Perfect. The ladies serving were helpful, patient and professional. There are sandwiches on offer with delightful fillings, a tasty range of coffees and drinks, plus some wonderful cakes (with a choice for gluten-free..hooray 😃). There are stairs to encounter, but it was thoroughly worth it. We chose a pair of seats overlooking the market Square. Fabulous place - highly recommended.

We stopped in here for a quick morning coffee during a visit to Stow-on-the-Wold. The servers were quite good with a nice sense of humor. Several locals were having some great banter with the staff. The coffee was good, and our seating area upstairs was comfy with a nice, clean restroom nearby.

Wonderful Americarno with wstm almond milk. My husband had an Excellent expresso. Friendly staff, service and value

Great location, good selection of baked goodies. We only stayed for coffee and scones so cannot comment on food from the menu. Bonus points for a clean bathroom.

What a lovely place.. been living in Stow on and off for 16 years and this place is now my fav!! Great cakes and a superb cappuccino!! Better than Italy where we'd just come back from..well done

Not much to add to the fact that they serve great coffee. Didn't eat anything on our two visits here, but would recommend if you like your coffee to taste of coffee more than milk!

Cute coffee house with lovely cakes

Felt very fortunate to find a free table for coffee and cake on a busy Sunday. Made to feel very welcome and, despite being short staffed, the service was wonderfully relaxed and friendly. Turmeric lattes were super tasty and very filling and the cakes we, eventually, chose were fabulous. Hard to resist more to take away. Hope to have another chance to visit 🙏

Awesome café with lovely views onto the plaza. The coffee is very good, the frangipane is delicious, and the pastries switch around every day. There was also a beautiful looking twisty cone-like pastry with lemon curd that was amazing. Like other cafés in town, it has rooms to sit in in the upper levels and looks absolutely lovely everywhere. Everyone is lovely too. As the café is very visible and popular, sometimes you need to have a bit of luck to be able to eat in, especially on the weekends, when the whole town gets very crowded.

I visited with my three children and my toddler had an almighty tantrum that culminated with having to pack up our food and drink and leave. The lady who worked here couldn’t have been nicer about it. Despite the fact that my daughter was screaming the place down, she was so understanding and kind. She tried to help my daughter, she reheated my coffee and even put an extra cake in when we packed up our food to take out. A shame we didn’t get to enjoy the lovely decor and the views over Stow square but I’ll be back to do that in future (without the 2 year old!!!)

Always visit this coffee shop when we visit Stow-on-the-Wold. They have lots of options here, plenty of vegan friendly ones too!

Lovely hot coffee, delicious cakes (just what we needed on a snowy day),and very clean surroundings. The staff are charming and work hard, carrying everything up several flights of stairs. Many thanks.

A super place to have a coffee stop - we received a warm welcome, as did our dogs, and found the perfect window seat upstairs overlooking the square. The cafe is light, airy and tastefully decorated. We had two oatmilk decaf lattes, one with caramel - both sumptuous, piping hot and foamy. Lovely!

Sat in the heart of stow , had a lovely seat on the top floor ,ordered our drinks a hot chocolate and a cappuccino , there not cheap so you expect the drinks to be perfect, but they were cold , when we told the woman straight away she said they shouldn't be because I've just made them, even though they had just come up on a tray with another tables order, her attitude after that was so uncomfortable, she slapped our new drinks down which had obviously been microwaved because the top was all crusty , will definitely not be going back .

Friendly staff. Only one toilet. 3 floors so lots of stairs. Music a bit loud sometimes. Would that cafes play relaxing jazz so you can chat easily. Reasonable prices for Stow. Good location in centre of village. Can get very busy.

The coffee here was very, very good. We came back to have another one in the afternoon too. If I will be in the area again, I definitely will come back. Great coffee!

Going to new towns, I tend to avoid the cafes/restaurants in the obvious locations, like ones in the main square. But it started raining, so I went into Coach House ... Good decision! The coffee was really good, and they had a variety of delicious gluten-free cakes, which I wasn't expecting. Although it was really busy, the staff helped me find a place to sit and were generally lovely and friendly - by which I mean they laughed at my jokes! Sometimes you can overthink these things.

Don’t know if it’s because too busy on the weekend, the staff feels not that friendly. Coffee is okay. Dessert is not that good. The service is not that good.

This place has amazing milkshakes coffee etc and when or if you go there ask for angie to make you an AMAZING milkshake! Definitely reccomend!

Nice little place, but no interaction between guests and staff. Unfortunately the scones we had were not fresh. They tasted a stale and dry. The supermarket even sell better scones . Would not visit again

Lovely cakes & looks a nice place however the staff were rude and unhelpful, when I asked for a glass of water I was huffed at as if it was too much trouble. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.

Superb food for adults with discerning tastes! The soup was delicious and the sandwiches were made of lovely bread with high quality produce. We’ll definitely come again 👍

Popped in after a recommendation from a local, and I was very happy that I did. The coffee was perfect temperature and the milk was bang on, I ordered another and had an embarrassing conversation about micro-foam with the server (think her name was Emma?)...

We come up from London a few times a year and I cant believe i'm only just reviewing this place. favourite place for coffee, especially their oat Latte and the pastries are amazing (you HAVE to try the Rose and date bun) we always get...

We were wandering around town and stopped here for cakes and drinks. We had a lovely seat on top floor and enjoyed our brownies and banana loaf. The tea and white hot chocolates were also great. The service was fast and polite.

If you visit this coffee shop make sure to sit upstairs. It's got the loveliest window seats to sit at and enjoy the town's activities. I got a sausage roll which was fantastic! I received better service here, which is a coffee shop, than at proper tea rooms.
