Excellent A1 cafe very good tea in new pottery pots for tea yummy almond croissant and Portuguese egg tart for me :very friendly staff would return as we both loved it10/10 only weeny bad thing was beyond control of staff as a group came in took 90 pct of chairs in cafe and feeling boxed in we left but it was visiting groups fault not the cafe and we will go back hopefully when it’s quieter

A very popular cafe they do lovely coffee and also well known for their delicious brownies . They have a good menu something for everyone. You can sit inside and also in the back garden.

These brownies are out of this world! I'm pretty sure they were baked on a celestial baking sheet with a sprinkle of stardust and a dash of magic. One bite and I was transported to a chocolatey paradise. I never knew brownies could make me feel so much joy. I'd sell my left arm for another bite. If you're looking for the best brownies in the universe, look no further. 10/10, would recommend to aliens

I visited this morning the staff were lovely although far too many choices to be offering a man the lady owner is amazing warm and funny the most infectious laugh and the sweetest smile. Will try harder to block the road for longer love paul

I came here with a friend for some lunch and we loved it. The menu is small but what we had was lovely. The terrace at the back is a sun trap, and felt very cosy. Worth a visit for the brownies alone!

A cold winter's day out with the dogs needing a light lunch and a hot drink. The bacon, Brie and cranberry Panini was lovely. The real hot chocolate hit the spot and the brownies, which we decided to take home, a delight. Highly recommend

This is a lush little place to go to! The panini’s are really good (husband says it’s the best he’s ever had) and the brownies are indescribable - would definitely visit again and again and again!!!!

Lizzie & Simon have a lovely café, with wonderful food, but undoubtably, Simon’s are the best brownies in the world - ever... ! The choice varies from plain, cream-egg, crunchie, malteser, kitkat... So gooey & moist - very, very rich! Amazing, thank you.

A wonderful little cafe on the main road, very friendly staff who are so attentive. Food is enjoyable to eat. They have tables and chairs inside and out in their courtyard, which is beautiful. Recommend visiting

We popped in here for lunch after visiting the church. Great paninis with some interesting fillings, all served very quickly and cheerfully. Good tea and coffee, but I'm afraid the famous brownies will have to wait for another time! Very nice.

This coffee shop was the first and is still the best in Fairford. The service is great, the paninis fantastic, the coffee excellent and the brownies legendary.

A small cafe, nothing special from outside and you might be forgiven for walking past to look for somewhere else, but give it a try and you’ll be rewarded with service and flavour that you’ll never forget. I’ve used this cafe for years now and it always amazes me how consistently outstanding the food is here. You get the feeling that the chef/owner really takes pride in everything that he serves. It appears to be a husband and wife partnership with the former making the sandwiches fresh to order. The bright cheerful customer service and welcome when you are served is a throwback and the paninis are always spot on with fresh warm bread with a slight crunch outside and soft middle with fillings that are full of flavours that always work so well together. Some cafe owners wouldnt focus so much on the small details and aim for such high quality but I really appreciate this cafe for doing just that. “It’s just a panini, not a restaurant” I hear you say, but somehow trust me they make the whole thing so much more. Every time I go I know I can trust that my money is going to get me good service and a delicious lunch and hot drink. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They all work hard and they so clearly care about the details. No corners cut and a strong focus on quality over profit and I really do wish them huge success. It’s a very rare thing to maintain the same level over long periods but year after year they continue to maintain the same highest standard. I’m quite a fussy person and I often feel like I’m being ripped off at so many pubs and cafes but not here. I’d recommend anyone heading to the area and planning on a pub lunch to pop in 7a instead and try it. Oh did I mention the world famous Chocolate Brownies they make too?

I first came across 7a, a couple of years ago whilst passing through Fairford to see a friend. After learning not only about their mind-blowingly good brownies, but also the array of other delights on offer (both sweet and savoury) it quickly became a favourite of mine.

I live in Fairford and had not actually eaten here until recently. Now I have had a few lunches and would thoroughly recommend their paninis. Lovely to have the garden to sit in during the warm weather too.

A local cafè that delivers world wide the most amazing Brownies you'll ever taste. Great selection and also a great menu. Only downside, not open weekend at all.

We got coffee and brownies twice while in Fairford. Both were fantastic. The inside area was a bit hot and uncomfortable but they do have an area in the back to sit outside.

Missed this on our last visit..is tucked away around the corner but had heard their brownies were legendary. Space out the back in an autumnal feeling courtyard as we had a dog. Lattes were acceptable, paninis delicious and two brownies as takeaways yet to try...friendly clean and nice little menu for a lunch or snack.

We visited on way to the Cotswolds. We had a lovely lunch, well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We bought only a sandwich and cup of chocolate between us and I was embarrassed that my pal complained about the cocoa not having been put into a hot mug. I've had much experience of him making a special point of wanting all his cups of beverages to be pre-heated, but overlooked it this time.

Cycled to Fairford for coffee and a cake but was really disappointed by the offer. No cakes or scones . All that was available was a selection of brownies, custard tarts and a danish pastry. Pleasant enough cafe and staff.

This place makes me happier than few others on earth. The staff are always happy to see you even when it's mad busy. Smiley chatty people who go out of their way to please. 7a is always awesome. I go every day for coffee and it's unfailingly the happiest, friendliest place to be. The coffee is expertly made, and the service and food is of the highest quality. I can't recommend this place enough.

A wonderful cafe with a great selection of super tasty paninis, salads, soup etc.... a place I head to whenever I need a little sunshine in my life... not just for the chocolate fix (amazing brownies) or the lush coffee but also the welcoming smiles too.... My children and I love it here....

I love this place, the food is amazing! My current fav is the Pastrami and Swiss cheese panini. If you haven't tried it you must! The Staff are always so welcoming and helpful... they also understand that little people are likely to make a mess and not want to sit still! Take your kids, take your granny and take your dogs (in the summer when the garden is very beautiful)

What a lovely little cafe with amazing food. The pesto chicken salad was delicious. The Brownies however were INCREDIBLE! Toffee crisp and salted caramel. Delicious!

Just passing through Fairford & stopped for lunch, this small cafe is a little gem. Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere in the sunny rear garden. We had panini a, rustic ciabatta rolls, absolutely wonderful, & hot pots of tea. It's a pretty village, call in, you know it makes sense!

This coffee shop has the best chocolate brownies ever. They have catered for our office meetings and the food is always lovely and fresh. The staff are friendly and efficient.This is a very special coffee shop in Fairford. We stopped and had lunch and it was very tasty and fresh. Recommended!

Popped in to 7a for the first time this Friday, passed it several times as I live in the area bur never been in. That's going to change, ordered some paninis, they were made in a few minutes, absolutely delicious and great value too. I will eat in next time in this hidden gem.

It's been a while since I last visited but nothing has changed : still a great little place offering good food at very fair prices and a consistently friendly and helpful welcome to all. Lots of loyal customers who seem to all be treated as friends ! Highly recommended

Brownies to die for. My favourite is salted caramel. My wife is teaching me the art of people watching, and this is as good a place as any to do this. Friendly staff. Small and secluded garden for sun worshiping. Good coffee, not bitter. Reward card for regular clients means a freebie after every 10 cups. Not terribly roomy inside but with careful timing always manage to find seating. Paninis are tasty. Wish they opened weekends and just a little later in the day. Keep up the good work, Simon and Lizzie.

Title says it all: Brownies are amazing, each and every different filling! The coffee is really nice: they will make it as you want it. The staff are sooo friendly, it must be a job prerequisite! Lovely little indoor space, garden at the back in good weather. Smashing place, love it!

We stopped by to get a few brownies for our trip back to the states. We got the salted caramel, white chocolate chip, and the crunchy brownie. These 3 brownies were large enough to share with 6 people, with extra for the fat kids in the group. The salted caramel brownie was amazing and the price can't be beat.

We are locals but decided to buy a house in this town over a bag of 7A brownies (the lady in the sales office suggested we come and try some two years ago!) Delicious! The staff are lovely and care about the local community. A great spot for lunch in an idyllic Cotswold town.

I have been going here since i was at school! Used to Nip down at lunchtime to buy the best brownies i have ever had! Sometimes i now treat myself to the odd panini and brownie and they never fail to impress! The family that run it are lovely.My only slightly negative is the space as its very small, i found it hard getting my giant pushchair through but i guess that makes it quirky?

Stopped here for lunch after reading the amazing trip advisor reviews, to say I was shocked would be an understatement. Tiny place, very few tables, shabby decor. Damp coming through the walls. Needs a revamp. Garden is a tip. Food was good and the service was exemplary. Will return if I hear it's had a refit.

Stopped for a cuppa whilst wondering around the small town of Fairford. It was a good experience, the staff were pleasant and the display of cakes was very tempting and very tasty.Good to see a local business succeeding - will certainly visit again if in the area.

A Surprising and delightful find in this lovely little Cotswold village. Selected pannins from the blackboard menu, a pastrami with swiss cheese, wholegrain mustard and pickle and a coronation chicken. Both were served freshly made and warmed - delicious. Great coffee and tea Dessert was a portuguese custard tart and a huge chocolate orange brownie. Service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming not just to us but everyone who came into the cafe. Incredibly disappointed that upon our return after a 3 hour bike ride the cafe had closed at 4pm. The thought of an additional treat with a pot of tea had been sustaining for the previous hour of hilly cycling.

The wonderful owners of 7a are famous in the area (and actually the world!) for their absolutely amazing brownies. I just don't know how they do it. It's a friendly cafe with delicious lunches as well as the brownies. It is well worth a visit. xx

Was recommended to come here by loads of people, and so glad I did. The brownies are delicious with loads of different flavours and different chocolate bars mixed in!If your near by this is definitely a place to go!Only downfall is only open Monday to Friday and close at 4!

This is a basic cafe with absolutely no attempt at raising the decor above "functional". One can buy cheaper to eat out. It does sandwiches, potatoes etc but the real focus is on Spanish custard tarts, pain au raisin snails and a variety of flavoured chocolate brownies. These were discovered by school kids which brought in the parents after school and now the parents when the kids are in school.In its category it is good but the eating in experience could be improved though listening in to the conversations at the counter can be very informative!

Stopped for a late lunch mid afternoon. Small selection on panini, jacket potatoes, salads and sandwiches. My partner had a salad it was well presented and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a panini and it was very good also. Staff were great, it's was nice and clean and good value for money. Had brownies to takeaway and they were just incredible. We visited this place with great expectations, but a little disappointed. Big eat in/drink charges for the privilege of sitting in a back garden that is not all that exciting to be in. Needs some TLC. All that said, the chocolate brownies, wow! Awesome.

Out dog walking with 2 hungry kids and stopped in at 7a. Scrumptious jacket potato for the kids with funky alessi cutlery which was almost too interesting! The sweetest young waitress who simply said she couldn't imagine working anywhere nicer. Suitable fuss made of our furry family member and a panini and takeaway brownie to keep him indoors happy. All in all - the perfect stop off

We badly needed a cup of tea, and although it was nearly closing time the staff at 7a were happy for us to stay for tea and brownies. The choice of brownie was amazing, and we settled for white choc chip, although we could have had M&M's, mint aero, snickers or several more. I'd love to come back early in the day and stay longer, just eating the fabulous cakes.

If you are in Fairford, you have to visit 7A. It's serves fresh sandwiches and panini 's. The drinks are always fresh and full of flavour. But the brownies are out of this world. There is a massive selection and they are cooked daily. Get in early to avoid the chance of the cafe running out of what you want as products are sourced locally. The cafe is pleasant, clean and you are able to look back into the food prep area as the chef is doing his thing. On a summers day you can either sit out the back away from the busy road or get a takeout and walk down to the river etc. There is only one toilet with a baby changing "shelf" this is in a reasonable standard but clean. The staff are really friendly. This place is my monthly treat..

The brownies here are amazing! I love them so much that when i get visitors i buy some in for a treat and the visitors always stop at 7a on their way home! The paninis are really good aswell as the friendly staff

Great food, the specials are really tasty, the coffee very good, the brownies, well simply addictive. They made a lovely Boxing Day pud! I shouldn't be writing this, everyone in Fairford wants to keep it a secret. So if you don't know Fairford, enjoy a walk along the peaceful River Coln and reward yourself with a visit to this terrific coffee shop.

Good food, great service and genuinely nice people. If you come to Fairford you would be mad to not drop in and sample the hospitality. The brownies are awesome but I would recommend buying 2 each so you can indulge later in the day.....
