We thought this bakery provided one of the best coffees we have ever tasted. Very popular with visitors you can spot it easily as you arrive off the Falmouth ferry.

Quality service. Friendly staff and very nice rustic vibe to the place, along with appropriate music. Had a lovely dinner at a very well done event “bike bight”. Lovely atmosphere.

We had another super evening here this year - great crowd pleasing food (18 of us) fab wine and wonderful to be able to sit outside and enjoy the 'Scatho sunset.

This place is superb!!! Location wise, you really can't beat it, with far-reaching views across the coastline and out to sea. The food is delicious a small lunch menu packed full of flavour and all cooked on site over a large grill. We had the brisket chilli beef, colourful and zingy with delicious tender meat.

The cinnamon buns are good, the danish rye bread is amazing. Easy ordering, excellent packing, simple delivery. Yummy.

Quick and polite service from the young chap at the counter. Ordered a crab baguette and chicken chorizo sandwich. Both were very tasty, lovely bread and generous fillings. Will definitely eat there again when in the area.

Damon - top member of the team. He made our lunch extra special. We visited on Friday and thought that the meal couldn't be surpassed ... but the chef's exceeded the mission impossible today! How the hell can we go home to drabness in comparison. No Damon, no Yorkshire's the size of your head, the best Bloody Mary's this side of Scotland and puddings that you just want to lower your head into! Congratulations.

Absolutely wonderful visit. The cream tea was the best I think I’ve ever had. Warm scones, huge pot of cream and delicious jam, must be homemade. The tea was piping hot and came with an additional tea bag should you like it strong.

This place is a must visit, amazing food, fantastic service and great interior. Extremely underrated and cannot recommend enough!

Just had Sunday lunch and it was amazing. Would highly recommend. The roast potatoes were especially good as was the beef and gammon

We were having a marathon walk,and fell upon this quaint little coffee stop! Friendly service,great coffee and a nice pastry......just what the doctor ordered!

Based on my experience today I would say AVOID this pub. We ordered lunch and then waited about 50 mins for 2 sandwiches. They clearly forgot what we ordered. I politely questioned when the food would be coming which was met with significant disdain and rudeness. What a shame as the village is seriously beautiful. I’ll avoid and try the restaurant close by next time.

Lovely coffee shop. Probably the best in St mawes. Great pastries and cakes. Cannot fault the place or the staff. Will definitely go again thus holiday.

Totally great for what it is! It's a members club with a slightly excited barman but does what it says on the tin! Was made better by the company of the locals. 3.5/5
