Wonderful place. Understated kindness and efficiency from the staff. Delicious food. Kofta 👍 toasties 😋 cakes 👍. Coffee is one of the best I have ever tasted. Loved the ambience too.

Very friendly and warm atmosphere. The owners accommodated us with two small babies during a rain storm. My older daughter is milk an d wheat intolerant and always finds it difficult to find somewhere to eat, the second daughter is vegetarian, so you can imagined the difficult logistics; plus two babies to feed. The owners went to great lengths to help her; it was delicious. They put together two tables to help us and it was so good, we came back especially 2 days later. This is a perfect example of a small family run business offering a better and more personal service than the big chain cafes and succeeding. What a lovely find. Really lovely atmosphere compared to some of the bigger places nearby. Caters for different dietary requirements. Fab service, really friendly staff and delicious food.

Visited Monday afternoon, attracted by the owners sign that the desserts were home made. I had a chat with the owners about tiramisu.. My experience was based on a visit to a small pub/hotel in Wales 35 years ago where the owner/chef said it was his signature dish. The incredible taste has stayed with me all these years. My wife tried it for the first time 3 weeks ago after listening to me for all these years. She loved it. The lady in the shop said theirs is made with love. Brought some and tried it at home. Pleased to say it was a total taste success. Hopefully we can visit when we have more time.

Stumbled upon this place on way back to train station. Was hungry but only had time for snack. Spotted the Smoothies on the board and asked if the chap could make it less thick. Was duly obliged and the Tropical one was excellent. Had the New Yorker wrap. Very tasty. Came with amazing coleslaw and a small (exceptionally) salad garnish. The bill was just shy of £13 which I felt was a lot considering the board outside advertised a Rise & Shine breakfast for £3.75. However I was aware of the prices and felt it was acceptable when ordering. I sat outside but the inside looked welcoming and was very clean. Oh and there were delicious and tempting looking cakes on a Coffee & Cake £5 deal. Next time 😍 Definitely found my stop off place on my next visit.

To echo previous comment, waiting staff full of self importance, unfriendly and curt. Starter scallops and pee purée was lovely however 4 small scallops £14.00 rather over priced. Pizza’s average with very dry edges/crusts. Hamish was lovely and polite.

All the curry was in a plastic bag and in the drivers bag. I called the restaurant and they were incredibly rude. Don't waste people your money!

Myself and the wife tend to sit outside at the front of the pub to enjoy people watching, its directly next to the Christchurch town roundabout so there is always something going on of interest. The bar staff Pam, Vicky, Mary and especially Ethan are very friendly and welcoming. Regarding food We specifically love their avocado salad with additional fries... yummy!

Can’t stop thinking about the food which we had on Friday night. It was absolutely delicious. Defo my new place to go. The flavours were amazing and the service was great too. Shame they had no coffee left which would have finished the whole experience off nicely, but all in all we loved it and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Not sure how I’ve managed the last few months during the impromptu shut down of the coffee shop. I work nearby and send all my clients here for the best coffee and service in a clean and inviting atmosphere. I also use the cafe daily for my lunch time coffee and occasionally lunch or a snack; sometimes with friends or colleagues. All the staff in Waitrose Christchurch are wonderful but particularly Graham makes my day with his warm welcome, unrushed but efficient service and gorgeous soya lattes. The average age of resident in xchurch is 65 and it should not come as a surprise that any supermarket offering cafe services is a particular draw to our residents. Please don’t close down again!

Fuimos para el almuerzo de domingo y tenía al asador. Nos quedamos muy decepcionados con la calidad de la comida en nuestra última visita. Había variedad muy limitada de verduras y hortalizas que había, estaban cubiertas en una salsa de crema fuerte de degustación.

Lovely soup today for lunch, absolutely piping hot. Sat outside and enjoyed the view of the boats, ducks and swans.
