Sam’s had been on our list for ages. The food was delicious, especially the pistachio parfait. The service was very attentive. Would recommend

Good food BUT every time I have ordered a chilli it states if with rice or potato, I never , I choose rice and I never get either of them . So I end up cooking my own rice . Please read the order correctly and not make assumptions on the order . I did pay for extra fries , but they were not for my meal , I expected the rice which I never get when I purchase a side of fries 🤦‍♀️

Nice pub, with a great selection of beers. Also, bar billiards , which is great fun, along with a selection of boardgames Not tried the food

Nice coffee and cafe plus staff nice I only gave it 3 because of the dog issues couldn't even get to the counter to order my coffee a large dog in the way also another dog sharing the dog owners breakfast beware

Bad coffee, really tasted awful. The staff were perfectly friendly but just don't know coffee. Edit: In response to your reply, I came in September, but was recently reminded.

Overall the perfect sport in Cheltenham for brunch! We came here not knowing what to expect apart from reading other reviews & finding an urge to visit! We were not disappointed at all! We both had a large brunch portion (pictured is the smashed avocado meal - no additions). We both then left VERY happy with the quality of the food & the taste of our drinks! The only small negative - which in a way is a positive to how popular the place is - was the wait we had at the bottom of the stairs when we arrived. We did not mind waiting it was just the 'franticness' of the atmosphere as we waited. A lot of running down the stairs & heavy footedness by staff as they moved from the bottom area to the top past us customers waiting. It was not off-putting, I just know from experience in hospitality that this type of vibe by staff can lead to mistakes or avoidable stress. A small negative but nothing to put us off returning in the future at all! Once we sat down & looked at the menu, all was very quickly a distant memory :) Great job guys, highly recommend.

Everything on the menu looked delicious so we ended up choosing 3 breakfast between 2 to share and had a Waffel dish for dessert. All fresh and tasted amazing!! Would Definitely recommend and will visit again when in the area

Got told we only booked for 6 when the email requested booking for 10. The bar staff were really rude about it but piped down when they realised they messed up with the booking. It’s okay but the rude staff service has put me off returning.

My wife thought the world of this place always enjoyed the food and the service also the excellent service from the staff and owner's best wishes for the future

Popped yesterday. Slightly industrial quirky finish to the tables and chairs. Lots of interesting wall art - loved the hand drawn area map. Coffee bean bags. A nice cosy relaxed vibe. Looked in the cake cabinet - oh my words I’ve never seen so many flavours of tray bake & brownies. A lot with various chocolate bars incorporated in them. I ate an almond brownie. Delicious & sticky. Coffee was superb. I’d happily pop in regularly if I lived closer.

Nice bar but toilets need addressing! Amazing drinks selection, gins and nice wine. I would be afraid to use the bathrooms because the stench was horrid you could smell from downstairs seating area.
