The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in South West

Love this bar, not changed much since 1st built. Food was v.good, served by a young and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Not having oat milk is becoming a regular thing with all Costas now. Also, please and thank you don’t seem to be in the staff vocabulary either. You can smile and tell me to have a good day, but if you don’t say please when asking for money, or thank you when I hand it over, I’m going elsewhere in future!

The atmosphere was great! The jazz band (that plays every other Friday btw!) was unbelievable and the pisco sours are the best in Bristol!

Always a good choice of food and good customer service.

Went in to get a coffee and they had an offer with a toastie and coffee which decided to have. Toastie was terrible and wouldn't recommend. The bread ended up too dry and hard on the sides, overall taste was not good. Hat the vegan option. Customer service could do with more improvement as well. Place seemed busy and noizy but to be expected in a crowded town center.

Great pub / hotel. Extremely friendly. Excellent food. I had fish & chips & it was top notch - nice crispy batter and a perfect portion.

Never consider using this firm for a Uber Eats delivery. Each and every time I have painstakingly gone through the ordering process (many employees so multiple orders), we are notified that are our order is cancelled almost certainly due to not being able to deliver. Why advertise and then not fulfil? Disgusting.

The most favourite haunted place! We arrived late on a Saturday evening, tired and very hungry. We ordered starters and mains — and yes, we had to wait, but reasonably for a Saturday night. And it was so worth it — the food was amazing! It felt wonderfully homemade and real, like something lovingly cooked just for us. And no, we don't have any food photos… as I said, we were VERY hungry. The pub is in an impeccable location, and we’ll definitely be back next time. However, I’m not sure I should leave such a glowing review… if everyone goes there now, I might not get a table next time! lol

Dont visit here unless its the last place in Cheltenham to go to. Waited to be served drinks for a good 20 minutes and the servers ignored us completely when we were requesting help what couldve been a nice birthday meal turned into an over hour wait for a main!!! No servers asked if we were okay and they felt comfortable even serving others well instead of us. Wouldnt recommend unless you like waiting until retirement age for food.

Excellent Pub, people friendly and inviting. Lunch was exceptional, Steak and Ale pie with beef dripping chips. Best food I have had in a long time. Would definitely recommend this Pub. We will be back again soon!

We arrived damp and cold after a day of hiking the Cotswold Way and were welcomed warmly. Our room was lovely, and much larger than most British pub hotels. Our dinner was great, an award-winning ham and chicken pie, and a big bowl of sweet potato and butternut squash soup. Staff really seemed to care about us, bringing us an extra duvet to warm us up. An interesting and great place to eat and spend the night!

We sat on the balcony in the sunshine a few times while visiting Westward Ho! The bar staff were very efficient even with it being super busy. The decking where we sat was clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our Aperol Spritz in the sunshine!
