Utterly lovely first visit staff were so warm and friendly both had granola fruit was super will most def be back a great find

called in for a coffee whilst at the christmas market & saw the long queue at the counter but lots of staff serving so no long wait.A rarity in a Costa for me so well done York

Lots of very young mothers with babies in buggies taking over most of the outside space! Usual sullen bar staff. No outside heaters no ashtrays apparently they get stolen all in all wouldn’t bother. There are much nicer though pricier places in Margate overlooking the Sands.

My partner and I visited on a Tuesday when most pubs in Margate were shut! The lady behind the bar was lovely to us and they had some good beers on tap. We really enjoyed the decor; it felt like we were in an old traditional seaside pub which is what I was searching for, worth a stop by!

Good food, friendly service from the young girl, didn’t catch a name. Burger was good, chips hot and fresh. Panini was amazing.

First time here and we will return. Staff very nice, friendly, welcoming and attentive . Parking was good, sea views, outdoor seating that will be lovely when the warmer weather arrives 😊

Its 18:00, Thursday night, so it is two hours until closing. All the chairs are on the table for floor mopping and drinks purposely are served in takeaway cups for all eat-in customers. Not welcoming atmosphere. Cannot wait to finish??

Have visited this spot many times over the years and had some truly great seafood - carabineros, wonderfully crisp Fritto Misto etc but visited today to find the place unrecognizable. Hand written limited menu and the execution was awful. Limp battered muscles and terrible quality (looked like frozen) prawns which has been flash fried. I would have expected better from a fish and chip van. This place used to have massive queues but I can only assume that the staff or owners have changed because the quality has disappeared.

Discusting says open 830-830 on Monday get there at 730 and you have a member of staff behind the counter and one sitting ON her phone infront of the till with the door lock tried to go in and they dont even look and at you when knocking VERY RUDE

Me and my girlfriend ordered breakfast after a difficult morning, only to receive an order that had NO attention paid to it whatsoever. Both our sandwiches were ice cold on arrival, one of them had the wrong vegetarian alternative meat throughout, plus missing cheese/salad items - both our portions of nachos had salsa included, despite a note being left via Just-Eat to remove it AND attempting to call the store (at 8:30am for context)... I don't even know what else I can say. Avoid this like the plague.

only used the restaurant took an hour for food to arrive wrong meal arrived.not enough staff to serve people leaving without being seen

Went for a Sunday roast, which was fairly decent.

Went to Tesco's at Westwood cross Broadstairs, we have been there before me. And my wife and it has been pleasant. I ordered an egg and sausage muffin. Which I waited for about 15 minutes which was fine. and then it was given to me. And muffin had been squashed AND the server.Ask me if I would like another one because it was a mess. And I said yes, please. And he went away and then. The cook a man Come running out Holding the Plate and was very aggressive in the way.He spoke to me and my wife accusing us. Of squashing it. I will not shop in this Tesco's ever again. Because I did not receive what I paid for in the end. He took it away and left us waiting And gave us nothing This person needs talking to buy the management. And by the way, I do not blame the server.

It took 45 minutes to serve me a jacket potatoe with cheese, the place wasn't even busy. No dressing on the salad as specified on menu, I asked the lady that delivered it to me if she could please get me some and didn't. I went to the counter and was left waiting for 5 mins for the salad dressing until I complained my food was getting cold and it eventually materialised. Have visited 3 times , never a good experience, scruffy, tables never cleaned, tea served in nasty thick mug with Teabag just left in it, staff don't care, slow inattentive. Last visit for me.
