Costa Coffee in Thanet

called in for a coffee whilst at the christmas market & saw the long queue at the counter but lots of staff serving so no long wait.A rarity in a Costa for me so well done York

This is a regular Costa Coffee cafe. Service was OK but a little slow. They have the normal choice of food and drinks. The cafe is quite spacious and a pleasant place to sit.

Me encanta el café y no me decepcionó. Tarifa habitual de la costa habitual, difícil de criticar. Volvería de nuevo sin problemas.

No gluten free items available in the cold counter, very disappointed, how difficult is it to maintain stocks of GF items? will go elsewhere next time.

Tesco offer better customer service. Staff are rude and obnoxious. Tea is tea and I’d advise you take it elsewhere.

A great place to stop for a coffee (cappuccino and latte in our case) and the caramel shortbread and raspberry swirl and blackcurrant cake tasted divine - one of the best cakes we have ever eaten. The staff are always kind, polite and helpful. Well done Costa :-)

Good friendly service to the same high standard The staff eager to help carry my tray while I’m using a stick

Decent shop, sevice and coffee, disappointed by the bacon buttie came with hard bun as toasted too long

We like popping in this branch it's great to rest up after all the walking & it's great for people watching.

I am a big fan of costa coffee but I found this café was very dirty and unkept.The floors were dirty with a large piece of pizza on the floor near me.My coffee seem to be very weak in colour.I was very disappointed.

Same drinks as every other costa only difference is it is new and modern not long been built so everything still smart

First time here, and will avoid going back. Staff were pretty miserable despite being near Xmas. The shop itself was pretty dirty, food all over the floor and on every vacant table I could see! Lucky we had baby wipes to clean our own table as there wasn't much sign of of any staff doing it!!

Handy cafe while shopping at Clifton moor.£2.35 for a standard latte and £2.95 for a Grande Cappucino.We have sometimes bought the in-house toasted sandwiches and other times bought cheaper ones from Tesco and eaten them discreetly in Costa.Average So-So Cafe would have much preferred to see a Cafe Nero open here instead!.

Situated on an out of town Shopping Estate, you can be limited for choice. I enjoyed a coffee here, but it's a pretty soulless place.

The costa at Clifton moor retail park is one of those modern lego bricks that's landed in a car park. Utterly soulless as a place. Devoid of atmosphere inside. A bit like a slightly up market canteen That said the Latte was very well made and the staff were friendly and efficient. So no issues with the quality of the product Thankfully we were taking away

If you like gingerbread, quick get to this place before the season ends. Not too strong, just the right amount of ginger flavor on top of the thick whipped cream. Lovely treat on a cold, windy York day.

Great coffee, good selection of food, but does not cater for someone who does not like cheese. Every pinnini has cheese in it.

No estoy bromeando, la muchacha que hizo que mi bebida, enérgicamente, podría añadir, arañado detrás, no lave las manos. Que de alguna manera lo hizo peor.. Yo no piar y quejarse, no muy lejos, aunque ...

Nos pop en cuando estamos en la circunvalación norte de York. Café es, como era de esperar, pero no queremos tarta, no gracias, demasiadas moscas baile. Sin duda la tarta deben estar cubiertos?

Limpio, eficiente y con una buena tienda café caliente. Normalmente Como poster tomará ir para un café con leche y lo servían en ningún momento. No tengo ninguna queja.

I've always her a fan of costa coffee and can highly recommend their chocolate twists, carrot cake, toasties & muffins as well as their luxury hot chocolate! Sadly now I've been diagnosed with coeliac disease and eating out is a problem usually, however, Costa offer a gluten free wrap, which I'm told the filling changes periodically, this time is egg n tomato and the offer gf brownie or Bakewell! Staff are great, really welcoming, ambience just right and cleanliness spot on! Recommend if on a shopping trip.

Went in for a cuppa with friends and omg it was so filthy and disgusting. There were ou two other tables taken and three staff behind the counter. So much litter on the floor along with food wiped off from the tables. I pointed this out to staff but not one of them took any notice. Filthy filthy filthy!:(

Increíble el café! Uno de los mejores que he probado. Las cafeterías Costa se encuentran en todos lados. Nada que envidiarle al cafe del imperio.

Durante 3 semanas fui uma consumidora assídua. Porém neste caso achei o atendimento e produtos abaixo da expectativa. E um dos diferencias, a internet, não estava disponível.

A standard Costa, with a bit slower than normal service due to the staff seeming to spend more time gossiping than focussing on customers.This visit co-incided with the arrival of the new menu so there was plenty to choose for something different.
