Subway in Thanet

Me and my girlfriend ordered breakfast after a difficult morning, only to receive an order that had NO attention paid to it whatsoever. Both our sandwiches were ice cold on arrival, one of them had the wrong vegetarian alternative meat throughout, plus missing cheese/salad items - both our portions of nachos had salsa included, despite a note being left via Just-Eat to remove it AND attempting to call the store (at 8:30am for context)... I don't even know what else I can say. Avoid this like the plague.

I recieved a delivery from them tonight, 3 items were missing ut of course I was charged for them. The food looked like it had been thrown together and it arrived freezing cold. I pre ordered so I assume they stuck it in the fridge until ready to deliver. Will not be using them again!

no one answers the phone , food ordered over 1 and a half hours to be delivered then food is stone cold , do not order from this branch!!!! such a bad advert for this company

What can you say in a review about Subway ? If you've ever been in a Subway , it's like that. This one is my local.

I think these really are overpriced and not very nice. I've tried various fillings and they are ok. It's just that the sweet very soft bread is horrid. Give us something to bite into why don't you. As for the foot long one. It's just twice the amount of very soft mush. Say No

Went in a busy Saturday 2pm. What did I get? A sandwich bar with just a flat bread? Why? Bread still cooking. Did not anticipated the load if customers on a hot sunny Saturday near the beach. Staff banging doors, really busy at the bar and till. Toilet unclean, floor unclean and tables not cleaned. Staff ok and greeted you with an apology as no bread. Gave me loads of tissue to use. Lovely.

Just walked into subway after driving round and around looking for somewhere to park and to see the state that the food was in I walked out. It takes a lot to make me walk out but I did, I cannot afford to get food poisoning before Christmas. This is a shame because the Subway at Westwood X Broadstairs is a bit of a drive. I just popped into Gregg's instead.

The rolls are soft, the choice of fillings is great and its very tasty. The best thing is the staff have always been patient with me as I always have lots to order, they are never rude and they don't rush me.... Very pleasurable experience every time.

This was my first experience of a subway shop. I ordered my food at 13.30 on the 31st march 2015 and i was asked what drink i would like, i asked for coke and then i noticed on the board above me that i could have had a bottled drink so i asked if i could change my drink to a bottled one, the male member of staff looked disgusted at my request and he said it is 30p more he then said you should have told me that when you ordered. All he had to do was to void the order and put it through again but he was fuming. Had i have used subway before i would have known that i could have a bottled drink with my meal. I wont be using the shop again.

I have been in here for my lunch a lot and have had mixed experiences, sometimes finding that the service can sometimes be a little slow depending on who is working.Also the portion sizes can be inconsistent at times, some servers giving generous portions and others being a little stingy. Other times I have been in and the service and the food has been impeccable. This was one of those times, I have the Chicken Tandoori which was delish, piping hot and very tasty. I was served quickly too.

A very enjoyable filled roll made to your own specification in front of you from a very varied selection meats, cheeses, salads and dressings. Pleasant staff on hand to help you make your choice.
