Purchased two pints, first Hofmeister undrinkable and tried another Menabrea also undrinkable!!!! Someone needs to check the quality of the beers!!

Tasty lunch in pleasant surroundings. Friendly helpful staff. I had the cheddar and ham ploughman's and my wife had a bacon and brie panini

I have not tried their food yet but have to say this place is cozy and has an amazing seating set up. Service for drinks is good too!

Only went for drinks, so I can't comment on food. Took a while to get a drink, but staff were friendly, quite noisy, but we had a decent time, we didn't have to queue for too long.

¡Ya no es la pequeña casa de té! Fui allí hoy para la mantequilla de tocino y el café conseguí el café en los vasos de papel la mantequilla de tocino era un pequeño rollo seco y costó 12. No hace falta decir que no volveremos a vergüenza, solíamos disfrutar de los pequeños salones de té.

Every time I am ordering frappe and I KEEP telling them to put Whipped cream but they keep putting just CREAM!? Unbelievable service I will never go back there again that was the last time! And I am not talking about this one only. Everywhere is like this! Like they are giving the WHIPPED CREAM FROM THEY’RE POCKET OR I AM ASKING THEM FOR MONEY! BAD SERVICE! THERE IS ONE WOMEN WHO DOES HER JOB PROPERLY BUT UNFORTUNATELY SHE IS NOT THERE EVERYDAY! THE REST ARE JUST USELESS! GETTING PAID FOR NOTHING!

Good coffee but grubby .. I noticed as I was waiting how grubby the cupboard & fridge fronts were then notice the bin by the water station .. then the dubious looking water glasses …then we were served an unwashed teaspoon & cups/ saucers look grubby even tho it may just be water stained from air drying … The more I looked the more I noticed… Cleanliness & presentation need to be a priority .. I did mention only the teaspoon and cups to one of the staff and they just said oh well it’s probably just stained ( it clearly hadn’t been washed) & ‘we use these cups for tea as well ‘ A better response might be ‘ oh gosh, yes I see what you mean - please accept our apologies, thank you for your feedback - we will address this immediately.

I haven’t even gone to GoRogue yet, but the customer service is already excelling! Ella has been an absolute angel, I was being very annoying and asking her for a lot but throughout she was very kind, accommodating and quick to respond. Thank you Ella for being patient with me and my endless requests ❤️

Popped in for a large fish and large chips. No other customers in sight. The lady said it’ll be a few minutes as I need to cook it. Perfect (I thought) lovely and fresh and hot. Well, the fish was as expected. Crispy hot and fresh. The chips were old hard and cold. Clearly been sat around since lunch or maybe days. The chips went in the bin. This meant that I’d paid £14.50 for a ‘large’ cod. Not at all large. Longer than a fishfinger but not by much. Tiny. I dread to think what a small cod looks like.
