The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Holy Trinity Guildford South East

I have wanted to come here for ages. I moved to Guildford about a year ago. Savoury pancakes are my favourite and so hard to find. This was one of the best pancakes I have ever had. My son ordered a hot chocolate and also said it was the best ever. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Very reasonably priced and so nice to eat and drink somewhere that felt so genuine and warm - hard to find these days! Thank you! (I also never leave reviews for places - but I felt they totally deserved one!)

This is our regular Saturday treat. We love it so much, the drinks are excellent. My husband tells me the lunch food is fantastic, I'm gluten free so not so much to choose from, but there's choc brownie, warm and divine, or cheesecake, and sometimes melanzane parmigiana which is literally the best I've ever ever tasted, absolutely delicious! The staff are warm and friendly. Most of the seating is outside but under cover. If it's a chilly day there are heaters and blankets. Wonderful little piece of Italy. Xx

I brought along a group of staff and students from Surrey Maths School for an informal social session, to help the students get to know one another and build their community. The Hideaway was perfect! We booked the meeting room so we had enough privacy but were also able to enjoy the lovely cafe area as well as the beautiful outdoor spaces. The food and drinks were delicious; several of the students discovered the smoothies and raved about them! The atmosphere was warm, friendly and welcoming, and we couldn't be happier that we chose The Hideaway for this important event in our school calendar. We will definitely be back & in the meantime, THANK YOU to Leah & the Hideaway team for making our afternoon so special.

We had the most enjoyable time with Lauren and Issy at Corkage. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks. We were suggested a delicious wine that was perfect for us. Lovely ambience and vibes. Thank you so much for our time here

Good atmosphere, with some great food and better coffee. Had the crush avo on toast with egg, panini, pies, rocky road, mocha, coffee. All very good!

Sad to see that the cafe will be going as finn and gang was great

I came in on two occasions once with my friend for a coffee, channel was lovely and polite. The other staff didn’t seem bothered to greet us. On the second occasion I came in for a night cap with my partner after going to the long bar where myles and Daizy greeted us with a warm and friendly smile even the door security what fun. Beth in Harbar was absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming and very friendly with a great sense of humour. The bartenders weren’t overly dynamic unlike the rest of the team we dealt with. Great place to go, shame some staff let it down. The people mentioned surely made up for this. So will definitely come back.

Came here with friends on a Friday night for dinner and the food was lovely. However, the service and attention was disappointing: - despite being a Friday evening, no non-alcoholic beers were in the fridge and no alternative was offered; - took too long to have someone take our order for food, and the service was slow - far too long between courses, at least an hour if not more, didn’t eat mains until 9:00pm, - Multiple things on the menu were out of stock - glasses were empty for a while and no one came to ask if we wanted more drinks - empty plates sat on the table for a while; - the one non-alcoholic cocktail part of the happy hour was also out of stock, with no alternative offered which was disappointing Food was lovely yet the service unfortunately let it down and won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

It's one of my favourite places in Guildford. Beautiful decoration, very polite staff and food and drinks are delicious.

Most expensive burger meal I've ever ordered. Ordered a one patty burger, got two patties: one undercooked and one overcooked. Didn't want cheese, but received a slice of processed cheese on the burger. French fries were way over-salted. Milkshake was not very good; too much syrup. Staff was friendly and helpful. The superior product claims and glowing accolades posted throughout the restaurant were not what we experienced. Other diners could deliver a better meal at a fraction of the price.

A quick and reasonably priced meal before the show Mikado . Not big eaters but found something to suit our tastes. Very good.
