Hugely overpriced, long waits, rude staff and do not ask for refund if your unhappy, they refuse unless there's "an investigation".

Ordered my burger in store and it arrived so late that my lunch break had finished, The place was cooking walk in orders last, so don't bother visiting 5 guys in Guildford, they are simply not interested in "in the flesh" customers.

Almost £40 for 2 tepid burgers and 2 portions of cold, soggy chips after watching the delivery time get pushed back again again. Unexpected but completely unacceptable.

Undoubtedly the quality of the food is good for a burger chain. However, it is quite expensive and the burger construction is not always good (it is prone to falling apart)

Full of a gang of teenagers on Sunday at 4.30pm who were all waping inside. The manager would not approach them as he was clearly scared of them. Not fair that paying customers have to be subjected to this

Watched a employee and security kick out a man who had clearly been on drugs who was threatening a woman inside and then watched them yell at the woman who was being threatened and continue to kick her out onto the same street with the man who had been threatening her and then leave. we made sure she was safe before we left. extremely disgusting.

Some of the best burgers and chips ever. It is very pricy but the meal portions are unreal. A normal fries are for two people and a large is for 3/4. The burgers are so well done and they are always so quick. The burgers are so hot when they come out but not in the over done way. I like knowing my food is fresh and well prepared. Would recommend for a quick lunch. But not for a family of four or more unless you are wanting to spend about 50 pound.

Went there for the first time 2 days ago. Got horrible food poisoning. Beware.

The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is obviously the price. 3 people was £65. This is the price of a sit down meal in a restaurant. If they actually made it more like a restaurant with table service, I could justify the prices more but as it is, at good as the food was (and it is very good food), I will only be visiting on the odd occasion. The staff were very friendly and offered good advice on menu choices and portion sizes. The place was clean with plenty of seating. Perhaps a screen showing which orders are ready for collection (like Argos) would be better than staff constantly shouting at the top of their voices. It did ruin the atmosphere a little

Have been today in the store, tried the new “pistachio”milkshake. A bit expensive but is worth. Staff very polite and helpful as always and amazing quality and service. I recommend it 👌🏻

Let’s be honest 5 guys burgers are amazing but a little bit small for the price I am still hungry to be honest and £4.25 for a soda is utterly ridiculous re fill or not, will give the drink a miss next time and get a can elsewhere.

Probably the best burger in Guildford but quite expensive given that it's fast food. I feel that the fries should be a little less salty. You now need a code to access the toilets and they seem to have hired a smartly dressed security guard (both of these things are recent developments).

Regardless of the burger that you get, you have to get the Cajun fries. That's by far their best side dish. Your typical Five Guys, with 2 burger sizes and all toppings free. The "all the way" is the easiest choice but you can always build your own. Fries come in 3 sizes and the small size really is enough for at least 2 people. The free refills are decent, since there's about 30 flavours you can choose from, both sugary and sugar free.

Very overpriced and the burger was bland, very bland! All I could taste was the toppings, oil and a slight hint of burn. I shouldn't have to add salt and pepper to a burger, for the love of meat season the things! PS: in response to a previous reply on the same point, the juices won't "season" the burger if there is no seasoning to begin with! What nonsense!

Very underwhelmed, no plans to go back. Thought it was meant to be something special, especially at those prices.

Difficult review this one, burger is probably one of the best I have had, chips portions are massive. It is not a cheap burger and I am not 100% convinced it is worth it but I will eat there again.
