Brilliant drinks and lovely staff

Visited today food drinks and service very good. However no soap or gel in gents. Also my wife reported ladies toilets urgently needed cleaning and complained. Answer was no cleaner today. Not a satisfactory answer just an update my wife and grandkids visited recently (Feb 2025) bad service from staff and manager confronted totally not interested. Food was good but service and attitude apalling why bother going

Had a great bottomless brunch with a group of 9 girls. I had French toast with fruit which was light and fluffy and a massive portion. The service was spot on and ensured we made the most out of the bottomless prosecco and cocktails. I would pick All Bar One again for a bottomless brunch.

Service was fantastic our server was brilliant very helpful and super friendly would 100% recommend the bottomless brunch.

Bottomless Brunch: Went for the bottomless brunch as a group of 7. Experience was fantastic! Food was very good, came quickly. Drinks were flowing constantly which is such a positive for a bottomless! Maisy was the best waitress we could have asked for! Would highly recommend!

Food was really good considering its a bar, drinks were decently priced and the atmosphere is great. Service with allergies is a bit of a miss took ages to see the allergen menu.

They didn’t have the cocktail I wanted which was initially disappointing. Was happy to choose something else but then the food came and it all went downhill. We ordered the halloumi fries which cost £8.95 which we believe was a rip off for what arrived. See the image attached. Very disappointed and will be unlikely to return

Awesome cocktail class with Jonty!

23rd December we were a table of six, unplanned for drinks but we were lucky this restaurant/bar is very spacious and could accommodate, bar service was excellent, we spent £200 in 120 minutes as the cocktails were excellent. We didn’t eat as had a table booked so we’re just popping in for one quick pre dinner drink…. It didn’t disappoint. One small note: I think the music would have been Christmas songs as it was two days before Christmas, but the music was too quiet to of made much of an impact anyway…..

Went out Saturday night for Xmas drinks with my pals, and the vibe was awesome. Staff were friendly and quick to serve. The DJ was also playing kisstory vibes which was spot on for our age group!

The place has a lovely atmosphere, there are some great cocktails to choose from and good service from staff, especially Jake who was very helpful and knowledgeable on cocktails

Amy was the best server we had, we went here for a bottomless brunch and to be honest, food was great and drinks were great. Great idea for a meet up with friends. Great value for money. If you have amy as a server, she will ensure you get the drinks and food when you need it!

Came in for a few drinks after work, it was a busy friday evening but the staff at the bar and working the floor seemed to manage the workload very well and were super friendly and helpful all night, and one girl at the bar even recommended me different gins to try! Very happy with the service, and the drinks were very nice as well.

I was left disappointed at my service at All Bar One Guildford after I took my boyfriend and eight of his friends for food and drinks on the 14th for his birthday celebrations. We were not told the service cycle when we sat at our table, and I had quite hope we would receive table service. After around 10 minutes of waiting to see if our waiter would explain the service cycle, I suggested that we order from the app. There was a fair amount of time for drinks to arrive but since it was a busy shift and there seemed to be few staff on to manage the load, this wasn’t really a sticking point. What really fell short for us was that none of the drinks were made to spec. All of our drinks came ungarnished, I was particularly upset that my little moons cocktail came without the little moon and when I asked the server if the bar had run out he looked clueless, rolled his eyes and as if he couldn’t really be bothered to check. He looked extremely miserable which is unsurprising at this time of the year when hospitality staff is generally overworked and underpaid. Drinks aside we didn’t wait an abnormally long time for food and all the dishes were cooked well although again the festive dish wasn’t festive. My fries came without the sage and onion festive sprinkle and my burger without cranberry sauce. I flagged the fries when our server returned and again he seemed very confused, he went back to the kitchen and bought them back out with the festive drink sprinkle which had raspberries in it. I was very underwhelmed because I had waited all year to have this dish again, it is one of my favourites! This was such a shame having worked in an All Bar One site previously, I really feel for the staff at this time of year and do I believe that the FOH floor team were doing the best they could but from a Bar and BOH perspective it just seemed lazy. The supervisor/ manager that saw to us during our service was lovely and very chipper. Please consider rotating more staff on during the busy festive periods.

The food was great, but the drinks service was poor. Our waiter didn't know that we could order from the table, so after a few trips up and down the stairs ordering drinks another member said we could order from the table. After that we had to keep finding someone to order the drinks. There didn't seem enough staff or if there was, they weren't very attentative. We didn't get asked if our meal was ok or if we would like more drinks once. Also there were no festive novelties like crackers or hats, etc.

No ROKU Gin???? If I could give 0 starts I would. Well not good enough

A group of us came for bottomless brunch yesterday and were very impressed with our experience. The brunch is £38 per person (or £10 extra for upgraded cocktails) - you get 1 main dish and 90 mins of drinks from the time your first order taken. Leonie looked after us wonderfully- she was cool, calm and collected even though the bar was completely full of Christmas revellers. She was also professional and friendly, keeping our drinks flowing throughout the afternoon. We really couldn’t have received better service so we’re really grateful and would love for management to pass on our thanks to her. Food was good - enough choices for everyone to get something tasty. I would personally recommend the Full Breakfast- good sausages, quality streaky bacon and my poached eggs were cooked to perfection. We had someone with a Gluten allergy in our group and they were well taken care of by the manager which was also great to see and highly appreciated. The venue has been recently refurbished and is beautifully decorated for Christmas so I would have no hesitation in recommending. The only thing I would have liked is some Christmas music playing but this certainly won’t stop us from returning here for our annual Christmas celebration! Thank you to Leonie and all of the team for making our day so special xxx

Popped in for a beer on my way home last night, the atmosphere felt cosy and the Christmas decorations looked stunning! Jake who served me couldn’t have been nicer and helped me decide when they didn’t stock my usual beer!

I don't mind paying full price for drinks however the cocktails are not good value for money when the glass designed for the drink is not filled up. Especially when there is froth on the top and there was still a large gap.
