Daisy Chain Cafe in Guildford

Do not have a party here! Most disgusting work ethic ever. We had a party for 10 kids booked at wildwoods then to go onto the caffe for buffet and cakes which was all pre booked. After we finished at wildwoods we all walked over to the caffe for the party and it was all shut. We rung the Contact number to see what was going on and the lady said I am IlI I am not coming in today. We asked if she could of contacted to let us know she said sorry i am Ill I forgot to let you know.

We came this afternoon & would highly, highly recommend this sweet family run cafe! My partner said the burger was the nicest he’s had. Lovely, friendly service and a well deserved 5 stars. Thank you :)

It's always a pleasure to support the Daisy Chain Cafe after the weekly Guildford parkrun and to catch up with friends. Well done on all your hard work Nicky. Love the bread pudding and cappuccino.

I ordered a thick shake which i was guessing was going to be thick. It was NOT! It was milk with flavouring and the flavouring was terrible too it was basically just milk with lumps of vanilla!

This place was really very disappointing. The quality of the ingredients are dire. Sandwiches made with cheap white sliced bread and tasteless cheese. Undercooked with wilting inedible salad. Tables chipped, no serviettes and sorry but the staff were rude. One staff member just pointed at me and then pointed at the queue without speaking as I was queuing the wrong end. I was quite shocked. Perhaps this place is great if you want a giant sausage roll, gravy and beans (very popular choice) but please don’t go if you like a quality sandwich. Cakes looked dry too.

Such a lovely place to go for a snack, tea, coffee.. Nice people and great service is so important..Thanks for the wonderful experience..

Fantastic Cafe tucked away up on lido Road

This cafe was recommended by Wildwood as a convenient venue to feed party guests after a climbing session in Stoke Park. We visited to check it and found a little gem. Full of character with big sky views on a clear day, staff are friendly, and the food and drinks are generous. We booked a table for our daughter's birthday, great value, a fun atmosphere and a really good choice of menus for groups. The children has a wonderful time, and the parents commented on what a lovely place it is when they came to pick them up. Love it.

Great little cafe in the bowls club, lots of freshly made cakes and great coffee! Free parking right outside and you can go for a nice walk around stoke park after your coffee, or even take it with you!
