Friendly and efficient staff, interesting food and drink menu with an Italian vibe. The cocktails are great! Love the wooden shelving, mirrors and glass decor, based on the original shop decor but elevated.

Jane's Tea Rooms is so welcoming, friendly and a happy place to be in. Good, fresh food, hot or cold, very good bread and cakes.

We went here for lunch. Always a varied menu and excellent quality, no matter what your food preferences. Large rear garden with good seating. Wheelchair access throughout and adequate parking

Visited many times, food always tastes freshly cooked. Baguettes and soup during the week are very much appreciated after a seaside walk or along the cliffes. Sunday Dinner is to die for during the winter season. I challenge anyone to be disappointed.

Superb Sunday lunch . Set in a quirky bar , with the most friendliest chap behind the bar . We were promptly served and food order taken . Wow , what a treat! Every veg was on my plate plus sides dishes of cauliflower cheese and red cabbage and an extra jug of gravy . All the elements had been thought about and flavoured enough not to overpower . Homemade yorkie too ! All well presented. Probably the best ‘out ‘ roast dinner I’ve had in long time . Defo be back . Thank you

I booked a table for 4 adults and requested a high chair but apparently I should have booked for 5. So table wasn't ready on arrival. Teresa was our waitress, thank goodness, I knew everything would be fine. Teresa always gives such professional service and nothing is too much trouble.

Cold and undercooked hamburger; very unpleasant. I couldn't eat it and at least wasn't charged for it. Service was unfortunately very slow as well. Too much time doing stuff behind the service counter, not enough time keeping an eye on the tables.

We had a family group Sunday lunch to celebrate a birthday and the food was really good. Everyone in our group of 11 was very happy with the food quality and I’d definitely book again. Sam was fantastic taking our booking and preordering to ensure everyone had their choice available.

Great breakfast had by all as usual, been twice recently and both times food and drinks great! Latest visit was a large booking of 14 of us from babies to older adults and everyone had a great time and enjoyed their food and drinks. Definitely recommend booking in advance as gets booked up at the weekends
