The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Chiltern South East

Food was OK- nothing special. Chilli paneer a bit sweet and chilli garlic mogo was plain with just chilli powder sprinkled on. Portions were small. Kids meals were good value but too small for older kids (each plate had 6 chips!). Staff were warm and friendly. Whilst waiting for our food there were lots of interesting dishes we thought we would come back for but I don't think we will. Shame as it would have been nice to find an authentic Indian in Amersham, away from the usual curry houses. I don't think this.place will be able to compete with the Indian places in Harrow, Hatch End and Northwood.

Excellent service from Stephen. Went above and beyond to make sure we had what we need and very tentative to the table. Great service

Roots is a little oasis in the heart of town. We’ve lived locally for a long time and visit on a weekly basis. It’s easily our favourite cafe in Chesham. If you want delicious, freshly made and reasonably priced food, friendly staff and great coffee and cake this is the place for you. Plus, If you’re a bit of a house plant addict like me, you’ll find it hard not to walk out with a plant every time. Our trips to Roots are the highlight of our week - especially in these strange times.

Very friendly and professional service. Nice menu with lovely gluten free cake! Suggest popping in even if you’re not visiting the museum.

Ness made the best pizza I’ve ever had on quiz night this week, if you like a variety of flavours, check out The Mad Squirrel in Amersham, don’t pass by until til you have a taste of the good stuff 🤓 I wish I took a picture of it. Big shout out to the amazing Izzy, Stella, and Christian.

Superb fresh bread and the best Cream cakes this side of Paris . Terrific selection of rolls and pastries , beautiful selection .

Turned up to watch the Olympics skateboarding, the TV wasn't on but the landlady was very accommodating by putting it on and leaving the remote for me to adjust volume or change channel if I wished My pint of hawkstone lager was served cool and crisp Highly recommend 👌

A lovely local place to meet friends and chill. Lovely staff team & they run a fun Monday night quiz evening. 😀

The pub is very picturesque, great location and the landlord very friendly and welcoming, but alas...no vegetarian food options. Landlord offered to throw something together which he did. Chips, mushrooms and a salad (no dressing though, just leaves). I would recommend menuwise to include vegetarian and vegan options. Nowadays it is something that one has to offer in a menu for all customers to be happy.

A fantastic bar and restaurant in a beautiful location. Food always delicious and service superb. Recommend for casual dining or special occasion.

We visited the Beech House Amersham for a drink one evening and we loved it, it was busy, vibrant with a nice atmosphere. I thought it would be a great place to take my family for a Bday and Mother’s Day meal. How wrong was I! I feel like I let my family down, because everyone was looking forward to a nice time. My daughters did not like the Sunday roast at all, the pizza base for myself came badly burnt first, which was changed promptly but it was just average. The service was great, but we will not be coming here for a meal again, nor recommend it to others.

This pub has had its problems in the past, but now it's been redecorated and is lovely warm and cosy in there. the land Lord / staff are very friendly and accommodating, and there's plenty of events going on. Really nice pub 👌

How can this place be fit for business it’s the dirtiest coffee shop I’ve ever been in. Cobwebs everywhere,the doors and front windows are filthy as is the floor. The entrance is a tripping hazard I witnessed many people trip as they entered. The toilets are disgusting! The walls and ceiling are grimy. Won’t be back
