The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Town Centre Preston North West

Bernadette & I called in for a "Light Lunch" after we had been performing on Preston Flag Market" Our first visit to The Larder. We were made very welcome - the food was marvellous - far outweighing our expectations. The place has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Well done I can honestly say - never, in my 68 years, have I had a baked potato, served to me, that looked so appetising.

We were just visiting Preston and stayed overnight, so ventured into few bars l had spotted this bar by chance during the afternoon whilst shopping which is just down one of the side road on the main shopping street. We were staying in the next street, so it was our first port of call on the way out that evening. The bar itself is quite quirky inside with some lovely features. I'm a none smoker but even the smoking area had some character. There was a 21st birthday going on in the function room, we didn't gatecrash it, but they seemed to be having a good time. The staff was friendly and attentive and gave great advice on the draft beer. After going checking out a few other bars. We returned to Hartley's and stayed for the rest of the evening, the music was good, and we liked the bars feel. we spoke to the landlord, who was really friendly and who told us he had took over the bar about 7 months ago, with his wife and was trying to rebuild the customer base which had been run down by the previous owners. I am sure it down to location and if they can sign post / advertise to get people through the door they will definitely come back, as we did.

Just had the most delicious jacket potato 🥔 with beans and coleslaw and as always in this cafe was absolutely delicious can't think of anything else to say but yea, go here for U lunch well worth it

We didn't eat there but the atmosphere was amazing and good beer too. I could also get on board with the karaoke aswell.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service I had a disappointing experience at Angelo's Italian Restaurant recently. After enjoying a nice meal, my party and I were stopped at the door by staff as we were leaving and asked if we had paid the bill. It was embarrassing and awkward, especially since we had already paid. I immediately sent a polite email to the restaurant last Wednesday explaining the situation and hoping for some clarification or a simple apology for the mix-up. However, it's now been nearly a week, and I have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and failure to address the issue is really frustrating and has left a negative impression on what was otherwise an enjoyable dining experience. I believe that timely customer service is just as important as great food, and unfortunately, Angelo's has not demonstrated that. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service moving forward.

Without a doubt, one of the best soups I've ever tasted. I chose the Creamy Spinach and it was absolutely delicious. Congratulations to the chef! I'll definitely be back for more!

Whenever I visit Preston this is my no 1 for fish & chips . Consistent quality food at reasonable prices . Very friendly and good old fashioned service with a smile they appreciate your business .

Costa too much and limited food options. Overcrowded always. The workers do their best and are friendly. You need a key to use the toilet, not great if there is a queue at the counter. If you have time go somewhere else. Coffee isn't that good, there are better alternatives.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just want to give a massive shoutout to Rachel at Costa Coffee in St George’s Shopping Centre. She is always smiling and has a positive attitude that brightens my day every time I visit. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers such excellent service with a smile. Thank you 😊

Called into Cafe Nero around 12.30 for a drink and a sit down after walking round town in the cold. I’ve never been in before. The service was very slow at the counter despite being no queue. There were no free tables to sit downstairs apart from 1. The room was busy with young men coming and going without buying drinks or food. They appeared to be sitting indoors out of the cold in between doing food deliveries on their bikes. The coffee was nice but think for a relaxing non working type of environment we will go somewhere else for a drink in future.

Lovely breakfast and a decent price. Took around 45 minutes for it too arrive and tables who ordered after us got their meals first. Think they took longer with eggs on toast? Staff very nice.
