The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Liverpool North West

Gets very busy and you can be waiting a while for a drink. I didn't try any of the food, Decor and layout is nice and there are spaces you can rent out as there were two functions on. Perhaps this is why it felt so cramped? Bar staff didn't seem to enjoy their place of work as they all looked miserable.

The hosts when i went were dave and shirley, a fantastic couple and amazing staff too that made everybody welcome, the customers are so friendly too, salt of the earth lovely people, xmas is special at the grove too..i used to gig there once every 4 mths at least (comedy/guitar/vocals (balloon motorbikes)..and they made me so welcome like they do everyone. They treated everyone like extended family..ive entertained all over liverpool and everywhere i worked the people were amazing..the grove is special...

What can I say we booked this for my daughters 21st! Everything was perfect Curtis and the lads were awesome so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for a venue book here you will not be disappointed !

Old school local lovely staff nice friendly Atmosphere 😁 karaoke on a Sunday

Saw ewan crying here last night. Possibly because of yung filly's unfortunate run in down under, possibly because he got absolutely humbled by an accommodationally challenged lady, pretty sad either way.

Great pub, great atmosphere, karaoke on night we visited. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Definitely worth a visit.

The cookie dough was burnt. Very disappointing after a long day.

What an oasis. A proper pub right in the heart of Liverpool

Nice hidden bar that's easy to find (use Google maps and look for the wheelbarrow). Drinks were REALLY good which is actually it's only fault. Not enough drinks on the menu. My passion is hidden bars and almost all have a unique menu; this place does not. Just little twist on classic cocktails.

£5 for a bottle of corona, absolutely disgraceful, how guy can serve me with a straight face is beyond me, never will I darken his doorstep again

Burgers are fine nice Coleslaw and this place is a pop in eat and go and the owner has to agree with me

Not an alternative bar at all plays pop music when asked to play “rock music” got told “why would we”. Teddy’s needs to realise playing blur once doesn’t account to a “alternative” music piss poor if you ask me full of posers including staff which is a shame.

Nice old fashioned pub decent ale prices
