Great service, tasty coffee, plenty of seating and relaxing.

Ordered at 3:15 was still waiting at 4:15 so I walked to subway and picked up myself.

Useless staff waited over 30 minutes for 4 drinks and 3 baguettes ordered chicken and bacon took cash for it then decided they never had it after waiting for it then sed can refund it they had chicken and bacon but couldn't make it never had some off drinks we ordered would not recommend this place staff are not up to job so slow for such a busy place ..

Disappointed with the breakfast, hash brown was more of a bubble & squeak. Garlic mushrooms don’t belong on a breakfast in my opinion.

Visited this Costa today for a quick coffee. Shop was not too busy, but tables were very filthy covered in cups, plates and stains. I had asked for an oat milk latte with a shot of hazelnut. One of the baristas pumped a shot of hazelnut into my to go cup and passed it to the other saying “just an oat latte please”. Other barista proceeded to give me a latte made with full fat cows milk. I asked her if it was oat milk and she asked if I wanted semi skimmed instead? I explained I was lactose intolerant then without an apology and an attitude barista made me a new coffee. I understand genuine mistakes happen but someone had lost their lives in the US not so long ago for such a mistake. In my case it wouldn’t be so bad but people should take their jobs a little more seriously. Also, what happened to customer service skills in customer service ?

Good place, good live music. Food I didn't try, variety of drinks. When we went there weren't many people (Friday night)

Fuimos a un baby shower alojado arriba. Los dos miembros del personal Riley y James no pudieron hacer lo suficiente por nosotros, realmente consiguieron el ambiente de la fiesta, fueron tan amables y profesionales. La pequeña habitación de arriba era perfecta para la ocasión y la comida era preciosa. Más tarde bajamos a escuchar al cantante. El ambiente era genial y tuvimos una noche brillante.
