The eatery has recently been totally refurbed inside and out and is now ten times better in looks. More reasons to visit: A more varied menu of affordable hot food and "exotic" butties and a great vegetarian selection. Check out the gigantic scones. Tea for two and one of those scones to share is around £9. Location: nice facing Canning Dock, Mann Island and the Three Graces. Service: Fast, helpful and cheerful. Facilities: (Loo's) plenty and well maintained and clean. Ambience: After the maritime themed refit with ropes and booths it offers a more cosy experience.

I explained that I am not coeliac but I can't digest grains containing gluten. The only lunch they could offer me was soup of the day and a GF roll. The soup was curried cauliflower, which I really did not fancy, but I was hungry and my companion was looking round the museum and I couldn't see anywhere else nearby so I said OK. After a bit of a wait the food was ready. The soup was so salty it had no other flavour, I couldn't taste curry or cauliflower at all, and it had an unpleasant semi-blended texture rather like vomit. The GF roll was the nastiest one I have ever tasted, and that's saying something because the bar is low to start with. I ate one mouthful of each and left the rest.

It was a rainy day so we decided to have lunch here after spending the morning in the museum. A bowl of hot scouse warmed us up.

Visited today after walking around the museum. Was clean and tidy and there is a choice of sesting both indoors and outdoors. We waited around 10 mins for our food, staff were friendly. It is slightly on the expensive side in my opinion (we had 2 x toasties and chips with a can of drink each and it came to £19), but the money does go towards supporting the museum.

Visited a few minutes before closing, but the friendly staff were happy to serve me. Light and airy cafe on the ground floor of the museum. Very clean and tidy with clean toilets. Only had a Fanta, but still refreshing!

The café occupies a large and pleasant bright space on the ground floor. We visited for coffee which was good quality but unfortunately is only served in a paper cup. They cost £5.90 for two. When we visited on a Sunday morning, very little choice of food was available. The staff were very nice.

A tasty place to stop for a coffee or a light lunch. I would recommend whether you are visiting the Museum or just looking for somewhere to get a bite whilst on the Liverpool waterfront.

As you enter the main entrance to the Museum of Liverpool, just round to your left is the Museum's cafe. It is a good cafe with friendly staff. There is a good choice of drinks both hot and cold. After we had gone round part of the Museum in the morning, we went in for lunch (which is available from 12 noon). Although we all had jacket potatoes, there were other options like sandwiches. The prices were OK.

We ordered a giant cookie on the second of feb to be collected on the 17th feb giving plenty time for it to be made. The day before pick up I ran the branch and asked about the cookie to which the lady rudely replied she hadn’t got an order and that there was lots of staff so it had gone missing, she didn’t even think to ask what was my order and instead told me to ring back at 4:30pm as she was extremely busy. As this cookie was for an event I didn’t want to risk not getting it and with the employee not really listening and being rude on the phone I went down to speak to her to my Surprise (not) she was not busy instead on her phone with her headphones in I spoke about the issue with the missing order and showed her my receipt to which she replied (I believe you) well I’m glad she did as she took my order on the 2nd. She never apologised or even acknowledges her mistake instead was extremely rude. I’m sure this isn’t the time of person Millie’s wants as the front for there business because I will not be going back and I’m sure others will feel the same if they have to deal with the same rudeness and inconvenience.

My girlfriend asked for a medium strawberry acai with lemonade but no ice and the drink cost £5.60 already for this price you could expect them to fill the cup, instead served a small cup half full, i asked if they could fill it up with lemonade as every other starbucks has done. I had to ask for a refund as i wasnt paying £5.60 for a half drink, we sat down to enjoy some time together and we overheard us them attempt to whisper about me asking for a refund by one staff member to the other and i found this to rude, when all i asked was a simple request. Any other starbucks or even staff have been much more accommodating. Wont be returning and ask people to go to the other starbucks in town centre.
