Up,out and about on a dull and overcast July morning, our summers are magnificent aren't they, my twin brother and I decided to jump the train down from Kirkby to Liverpool City Centre and visit some of the great pubs our city is justifiably famous for, before hitting the pubs we decided to drop into this Starbucks outlet, been here before, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. I like the look of this Starbucks, interior is light and airy, glass fronted serving counters showcase the goodies on offer, lovely decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Paradise Street. We ordered a flat white coffee each, these were served steaming hot, we sat outside were we planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffee's. A big fan of the coffee served in Starbucks, its consistant in all their outlets and their flat white coffee is a particular favourite of mine. We both really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to this particular Starbucks we had a very positive experience. This Starbucks outlet is easy to locate along Paradise Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday, open from 9.30am. Sunday, open from 10.30am. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Nuestra comida estuvo bien. ¡Podría haber sido mejor!

Fab little coffee shop with the nicest manager! Every time I go in there he's always smiley and tries his best to give you everything you want. Overall service is great. The food is beautiful especially the baked potatoes! A real little gem of a place which is just up the road from my office.

Booked for my birthday, arrived and they didn’t have us down so we had to show proof .. on arrival told them we wanted to upgrade to cocktails.. as the drinks included was wine or beer or Prosecco, so the cocktails come along , a bottle of Prosecco and a jug of orange juice ! So basically paid an extra £10 each for a jug of juice ! The food was basically a Chinese starter ! In total £100 for a bottle of Prosecco (aldi Prosecco) and a Chinese starter ! Oh and the shots at the end was a shot of the juice .. only thing that saved it was the saxophone player .. never again

It's not often I leave a second review on a TripAdvisor page but I thought this was warranted. I arrived at around 8:30 in the morning, ie. when the coffee shop should be fully stocked. One thing which I will note about this place is that their variety of hot drinks is very extensive. I, however, decided to keep things simple and order an English breakfast tea and a croissant. The member of staff then informed me that they had no tea in stock! Never in my life had I been to a coffee shop and been denied an order of something as simple as tea. To make matters worse, they had plenty of herbal teas in stock; just not the most basic thing on the menu. To make matters worse, the staff didn't even serve butter or a knife with my croissant and, despite making it clear that I was sitting in, served it to me in a plastic bag as opposed to a ceramic plate. Very strange considering how environmentally conscious the University of Liverpool claims to be. I will never return to this badly run coffee shop.
