Absolutamente terrible servicio al cliente. Sin que yo y mis amigos lo supiéramos, el restaurante Liverpool estaba cerrado. Sin embargo, de alguna manera, todavía pudimos reservar una mesa en su sitio web! No había ningún mensaje para decir que el restaurante había cerrado o que reservar una mesa no estaba disponible. Así que nos vestimos y nos dirigimos a liverpool (30 minutos en coche) solo para descubrir que el restaurante está cerrado. Como era viernes por la noche alrededor de las 7:00: 30 pm no pudimos reservar una mesa en un restaurante diferente dejándonos sin dónde comer.

¡Qué equipo tan encantador! Vine aquí hoy con un amigo para estudiar y almorzar y me hizo sentir tan bienvenido por el amable personal. Entiendo que a algunos visitantes del café no les gusta que los estudiantes trabajen en mesas, pero poder venir a un lugar cálido y limpio y cambiar el entorno de la biblioteca es un regalo muy raro para nosotros. Estoy muy agradecido al personal de Pret por hacer que mi amigo y yo nos sintamos tan atendidos. Gracias : )

Ordered £50 worth of food which took well over an hour to arrive. The food was just not worth the price or wait. We didn't receive any acknowledgement of how long it took, not even a sorry from anyone. They didn't warn us how long it would take. £50 for over an hours wait, you'd expect even a free drink for that or maybe an extra side (not that it'd be worth it). Wouldn't recommend, won't be back.

Muchacha encantadora en el bar. Me alegró el día. Sadia el barista era muy hablador y acogedor y me hizo un encantador café con leche genial para calentarme!

Can't comment on the food but can't leave a review without it. Stopped in for a quick drink before a show. Cheap prices and live music. There was a friendly atmosphere.

Always use this coffee shop whilst my motorbike gets its MOT or a service just over the road. Always brings a cozy vibe and nice relaxed atmosphere, the coffee is good and reasonably priced. Plenty of natural light too.

Great gay bar in Liverpool a bit busy at the bar but it was okay for few drinks.

The taste and the service were just okay. The tables outside were dirty, maybe they didnt have time to clean them because the place was so busy.

Delicious food at the Ropewalks Bar and Restaurant. Steak was tender and cooked to perfection. Peppercorn sauce was lovely. Service was a little slow bringing out the food so broccoli was slightly cold - but I still enjoyed it as the taste was good. Visited on a Wednesday evening and only two tables were occupied. Had a singer at the reception/bar area so got to listen to some live music entertainment whilst eating!

I was expecting a better atmosphere.
