Could do with more staff on match day

A good pub and reasonably priced when I last visited which was a while ago now would like to visit when City are there in April if away fans are still allowed that is is😅👍

Following the closure of a nearby pub, this is my new matchday pub. You may have to wait a couple of minutes to get served but it's usually not too bad.

Yo mismo, mi padre y mi hija se perdieron tratando de caminar de regreso al hotel después del concierto de Taylor Swift, así que pedí ayuda. No podrían haber sido más amables o más serviciales. Las leyendas absolutas estaban cerrando el pub y en realidad nos llevó de vuelta a nuestro hotel ellos mismos. Este no fue un viaje corto y los apartó de su camino después de una noche ocupada en el trabajo. Así que de los tres trotamundos escoceses, muchas gracias... ...no podríamos estar más agradecidos ❤️

Went to celebrate my birthday, hubby has allergy told them, food cone out with the onions and peppers, explained, meal come back out within seconds, onions clearly still there!! Not good at all, was told to email in, fake email of staff ...

Had a great time at The Royal Oak with friends ,We were there when the landlady questioned the guy with the chewing gum she only politely asked him was it him chewing his chewing gum then hiding at the side of his chair and on the carpet which is disgraceful after it's been in his mouth and herself and cleaner's have to pick it up

Unfortunately had just around 30 minutes to spend in here. Staff were friendly, just as the other customers and the atmosphere was great

I have been going to this pub for 30 years. It has aways been a pleasure to be there. It isn't now. It has a new licencee, Beverly, who should not be running a pub. She has allowed the place to be overrun with drugs. If you are a non drug user it is not a place you feel comfortable drinking in. The pub has been fantastic in the past and it is very sad to see it decline. There is obviously good staff who work there. The sooner Beverly moves on, the better. It's very sad, but 8 sign of how things are. Hopefully, with new management th pub can be restored Fingers crossed 🤞

It's a decent pub this one and is only around the corner from Goodison Park. The John Smith's was also £2.25 which is pretty cheap so I cannot complain.

Lovely staff really friendly the locals all seem nice too, it looks like it's recently been done up as its really nice inside. I've never been in before so was really surprised how nice it & how lovely the staff are.

Tijdens een Everton wedstrijd hier geweest. Goede pub om voor de wedstrijd en na de wedstrijd wat te drinken. Ook kan je hier verschillende wedstrijden zien op diverse schermen.

Great atmosphere of a weekend...and very big screen to watch the match or any sport also multiple smaller screens situated around the pub makes viewing ideal anywhere you sit...and also reasonable prices

Go here before all home games. Need to sort card payment system out and also turn the music down a bit. All my friends like to talk football before the game etc yet music is deafening and you just can't communicate. Otherwise would be a 5 star review.. Many thanks

El Royal Oak es otro pub decente que ofrece una buena variedad de cervezas y licores y es un pub muy popular en Walton Road. El Royal Oak es un pub enorme con una excelente área para sentarse al aire libre. El diseño interior es de planta abierta con excelentes opciones de asientos y está construido alrededor de un bar en la isla con accesorios y características interesantes que se relacionan con el deporte y la historia de esta área. El pub es un pub muy popular entre los fanáticos del Everton FC ya que Goodison Park está a la vuelta de la esquina. Cuando visitamos, habíamos estado en muchos pubs en esta área y después de dar todos nuestros detalles de seguimiento y rastreo, pedimos algunas mitades de sidras de frutas de la cervecería Strongebow y nos sentamos en el magnífico jardín de cerveza. Este es un pub decente en una parte de Liverpool que normalmente no visito ya que principalmente bebo cervezas de barril y artesanales, pero disfruté de este pub porque el ambiente era bueno y nos sentamos en el Beergarden y volvería a visitarlo si estuviera en Esta área. Es muy fácil de encontrar desde la parada de autobús de Oxton Street, a pocos minutos a pie. (Esta es mi primera reseña del Royal Oak). Horario de apertura. Lunes - Jueves - 11. 00-23. 00. Viernes - Sábado - 11. 00-23. 30. Domingo - 12. 00 - 22. 30.

El Royal Oak Pub es un pub en el que en ocasiones paso, un pub que ofrece una cálida bienvenida y sirve una pinta fría. Me encanta el aspecto de este pub, está habitado, tiene una bonita decoración y muebles y un bar de estilo isleño que domina la sala principal, hay televisores para disfrutar del deporte y muchas opciones de asientos repartidas por todo este pub tanto dentro como fuera con vistas a la concurrida y bulliciosa Walton Road. Mi hermano gemelo Stephen y yo estuvimos aquí un domingo por la tarde, dimos nuestros detalles de nombre, número de teléfono o dirección de correo electrónico para ayudar con el sistema de seguimiento y localización del gobierno y luego desinfectamos nuestras manos, optamos por tener una sidra de fruta Strongbow cada uno, estos se sirvieron en excelentes condiciones, estando helados y espumosos, sacamos nuestra sidra afuera ya que el pub estaba lleno, pero fue bueno sentarse afuera disfrutando de una cerveza fría en una tarde calurosa. Mi sidra estaba realmente buena, una sidra muy fría y refrescante que era un placer de beber, en una tarde tan húmeda una sidra que sin duda cortaba la sed y estaba totalmente deliciosa. Ambos disfrutamos mucho de nuestra sidra aquí antes de continuar y, aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz, como en todas las demás visitas aquí, la pasamos muy bien. El Royal Oak Pub es fácil de ubicar a lo largo de Walton Road. Los horarios de apertura son; Lunes a jueves de 11 a 23 hs. Viernes y sábado de 11 a 24 h. Domingo de 11 a 23 h. Un gran pub, si estás en la zona, definitivamente vale la pena visitarlo.

Not a big fan. It does get very busy due to the proximity to Goodison Park. There's something about the place I'm not keen on,although my friends use it regularly for a pre-match drink.

Use this place match days good atmosphere good people and drinks reasonable. Just a little walk to the football ground for those who go here to watch the game
