Masons Arms in Liverpool

Absolutely pathetic. Ordered on the app. Waited 20 mins for drinks and decide to go to bar, where they were getting served instantly. They said they haven't got the staff. But it wasn't that busy. Waited over 45 mins for food. All day breakfast, no butter on toast, sold out. Steak pie, no gravy, sold out. I've had trouble with using before, never again. Wetherspoons service is brilliant compared to this. I want my money back Greene King

Tuve una experiencia increíble en el pub, todo gracias a Libby! Es absolutamente fantástica detrás de la barra, extremadamente rápida, eficiente y siempre sonriente. No importa lo ocupado que se ponga, ella permanece animada y amable, haciendo que todos se sientan bienvenidos. Su servicio es de primera categoría, y está claro que realmente se preocupa por sus clientes. Definitivamente volveré solo por la oportunidad de ser servido por Libby de nuevo!

Tuve el placer de celebrar el Día de la Madre de este año en The Masons Arms Old Swan, y no puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente! Desde el momento en que llegamos, el ambiente era cálido y acogedor. Un gran saludo - a Jaime, Libby y Tracy por hacer nuestra experiencia inolvidable. Su servicio fue excepcional – fueron amables, atentos, y realmente fueron más allá para asegurarse de que cada detalle era perfecto. Está claro que realmente se preocupan por sus clientes, y su hospitalidad realmente mejoró toda la experiencia. Si estás buscando un lugar para celebrar cualquier ocasión especial, especialmente el Día de la Madre, The Masons Arms Old Swan es una visita obligada. Sin duda volveremos!

Staff welcoming and friendly. Food excellent. Variety of drinks. Has large tvs for watching sport.

Spent a few days with family from Belfast had the best time ever in the mason arms made to feel very welcome the staff were brilliant we will be back soon.

Beer was full of beer liner. Flies everywhere. Bar tenders just ignored people vaping. Underage drinkers.

Excellent local pub, Food is always fresh hot and more importantly tasty and reasonably priced fast service The Sunday roast dinners 2 for £11.99 are great value and decent portions of everything Great pub for sports and socialising with friends and family.

We had a lovely meal on Friday we had gammon and eggs the gammon was really lean Dave the chef is a brilliant cook the staff were lovely I would definitely go back especially if Dave is doing the cooking

Witnessed an assault tonight by someone associated with a son of the management, staff whisked them out the side door. Doormen did nothing. Horrendous place

This has to be the best pub in the area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had lunch and drinks. The chicken wings are the best I’ve ever had. Great atmosphere. We will be back very soon.

Piss poor, put towels on 5 to 11. Asked for a drink, never got served,told I had a full one. but barmaids dad had a pint and a bit. Poor service,need to stay off the bandits. Won't go again, fuming

Only serve on Sunday which Only consists of roast dinners, but excellent quality and value for money

Toilets are absolutely disgusting. If staff have to use those toilets and then serve food I would avoid eating there. Staff are really nice, but the toilets are pure filth.

Went for food ordered a platter food was freezing got told they would do a fresh one come out 2 mins later food had been reheated and food was still cold disappointed

Old swan local wouldnt go anywhere else

Sadly the meals were cold and even after a request to warm up a meal it came back just as cold. The steak was fine, but veggies cold. The sausage on the sausage and mash seemed like it had been cooked twice- tough as an old boot. Not what we're used to here, a bad night? Hope it's a 1 off.

Staff are amazing. A credit to the pub! Make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Nice cold pints of Guinness.

Visited with my friends. Had an amazing time. Atmosphere is spot on. Staff go above and beyond. Will definitely be back.

Great place for food and drinks sociable event is excellence as well especially with your family and friends that you can spend and watch the football 👍🏽

I really enjoyed the The Masons Arms pub tonight really good and entertaining when I went in I seen people playing darts competitively which I found really amusing also the staff were really nice 😊

The Service is terrible all the barmaids want to do is talk to each other, rather than serve the customers, You never get a full pint and they'll short change you if you don't keep an eye on your change. I won't be drinking in there again anytime soon.

Food was apocalypticly bad, made hospital food taste like The Dorchester and no real choice of beers. I asked if they had ales and was offered Newcastle Brown!! Found a lovely tiny real ale pub not far away Cask micropub, definitely worth a visit

Never used to bother with this pub, but one day decided to go in and been a regular ever since. Staff and management are great and will try and help out if they can. Customers are really nice too, highly recommended.

Just been for a pint at carling. It tasted tangy return it the lady pulled me another. Exactly the same. Said no one else has complained. Suggesting it must be me. Anyway I will go elsewhere from now on.

Such a good night here at the masons! There was a DJ on and Karaoke and it was a ball! We danced the night away. The staff were so welcoming and friendly! We had the best night! We will 100% be calling in for some food as the menu looked delicious! Thanks again!

Hi we have recently been to our works Christmas night out we’re we all had the festival Christmas meal . We support vulnerable adults who also attended the festival meal and the staff were absolutely amazing . Staff couldn’t help us enough so friendly and welcoming food was served hot and was lovely presented . Everyone had a ball the atmosphere and the entertainment was also brilliant . We often come here with the people we support the food is so reasonable and the portions are very generous would recommend anyone to come . Thanks again for a lovely festival meal and great start to our Christmas .

A nice little pub, music and quiz nights. Live sport. Male toilets deduct a star for me, nearly slipped over on December 24th.

We arrived at the pub not knowing the the kitchen had to be closed. We wasn't made aware of this when we was sat down and just about to order a little head's up would of been appreciated as we had travelled many miles to get to this pub.

Got 2 pub classics £11.49, and the food was good for the price. Popped in on a Tuesday afternoon, ordered at 12:46 and received food at 13:43 - not so good.

I went there to see the match between LFC and RLM. I was with my friends. It was crowded, still easy to get drink and food. Much comfortable in the open space... Will visit again...

Popped in for a few scoops, a meal and had a good night with the family. Service was good, but the bartenders could have shown a friendlier face. I do understand what it's like to be behind the bar on a busy night 😦. Other than that, a nice place to visit.

Been in twice for meals and been over charged , then got orders wrong 😑 seems staff hasn’t been trained properly maybe other people are getting over charged and wrong orders and not realising!!
