Great bottomless brunch! Grace really looked after us

Lovely young girl who was our waitress really went out of her way to get my brother in law food that he would eat..and other staff were great too especially as another customer was very rude to me and a few others and staff had to escort him out

Very nice bottomless brunch, had to ask for drinks a couple times however other than that we're very responsive and food was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

We got served by Ollie during our brunch today whilst celebrating a friend’s Hen do. He was such an amazing waiter always going the extra mile for continuous drinks and putting lovely flower decorations in all the cocktails. We will be visiting again!!

Great location. Easy to walk to all the places we wanted to see. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and was refreshed each morning. We will stay here again!

Friends were down for the weekend, so we took them to our regular for bottomless brunch. Great service, drinks were always flowing and tasty food

Loved the calamari & large juicy prawns. Cocktails two for £13 from 5pm had a great selection. Grace the server was lovely & attended to our needs, even with a large group party booked in.

Food lovely but service very poor.

The service was very poor. I had booked a table. When we arrived we were told we could sit anywhere. We chose a high table. We then waited 20/25 mins for a member of staff to take a drinks order when we arrived. Eventually we had to go to the bar and ask for someone.

I dropped in the other evening, and it was a bit on the quiet side. A few people started to arrive and stayed for one drink. If the staff were more engaging and even walked over to their tables, they may have gained a few more orders.

We came for a bottomless brunch. Aamazng pad Thai. Would recommend. Good size portion. Don't need extras we did and didn't need it haha. Shout out too Sean, fantastic sever, kept us topped up before we were even empty on drinks haha. Deffo recommend be back again

We were given an extremely warm welcome from our server Grace, who made our visit just that little bit more special! Nothing was too much for her! Thank you Grace! We ordered the sea bass! Unfortunately, we would have liked the skin crispy and the fish could have done with a few minutes more cooking time! On the positive side however, the sauce, the king prawns and rice were all delicious. Lovely atmosphere, made that bit more special from the amazing service from Grace!

We came here for our works Christmas dinner. The food was great - especially the Chicken Satay starter. The service was friendly as always. See you soon

We visited today for a family meal, daughter visiting from Australia. Meal was lovely and young man serving us was lovely. We booked a table from 2pm to 4pm, but after an hour and twenty minutes we were informed the table was booked for 3.30pm. The rude young lady who informed us of this was not interested and abruptly said I'll bring your bill, We had not even had dessert or finished our drinks. I shall not be returning if this is normal service to customers.

Brilliant ! We are here for our Christmas work party - Ollie has been out server. He's been so good, informing us of when the foods coming. Bringing our food, dealing with any queries we have and always making sure everything is going okay and everyone is fine.

Amy was the hostess with the mostess! Great server and went above & beyond. Great atomosohere, would highly reccomend and even better if she is your server! Well done amy!!!

Staff attentive, food delicious and good atmosphere

The food and drink was very good but the service let you down. When we wanted to leave we couldn't find the waiter that served us anywhere. When I payed and left they phoned us half an hour later telling us that they made a mistake. Instead of paying £73 we payed £139.00 ! We had to walk back to the restaurant which annoyed our learning difficulty son. We were very thankful that they noticed their mistake but wasn't offered any compensation for our Inconvenience. The waiter that made the mistake didn't apologise just stood behind the other man who gave us our money back on the card. When we walked out he said "The money will take a couple of days to back in" which this made me more annoyed.

Went for a few drinks and was served by this guy named Tyler. He really looked after us, the service was great. Drinks came out quickly and tasted great. It’s also a great vibe inside the bar.

Very busy Sunday night out with friends,we had the 3 course special, all meals were excellent, large portions,and all served with smile,staff were great,definitely be returning

Visited all bar one tonight place looked busy but they managed to squeeze us in. Food was excellent and arrived quickly. Camembert was cooked perfectly and were very satisfied with our experience. Will be returning soon.

Nice an quiet for a meal. Had to order from a QR code on the table which I would of struggled with if it wasn't for the other half. Good way to get someone else to pay for the meal though haha. Food was good but don't expect a full meal. Ordered fish and 15 chips peas came in a bottle top placed on the plate.

Tryed to order a Irish coffee had no cream and the member of staff didn't know what a Irish coffee was but the place it self was nice and a good atmosphere.

Dropped in for a pint yesterday as it always seems nice and quiet at lunchtimes. Reasonable range of beers and comfortable seats. It's a good place to sit and watch the world go by through the large windows. The best seats are outside in the Summer looking across the square with Queen Victoria overlooking you.

Great service didn't wait long once we had ordered I had seabass yellow curry and my partner had prawn pad thai. Both meals were very fresh and very well presented.

This has been our go to bar for reasonably priced meals prior to getting the train to the Wirral or pre theatre. 3 of us came but only “high tables “ were available as individuals were sat at tables for 4 not eating , using laptops etc. We walked out and had an excellent meal in Casa Italia where they know how seat customers. To compound the issue, a trite response from “the team “ claimed” to have reviewed their CCTV and there were plenty of tables- so no issue. Fine, plenty of alternatives and a good reason to sell my shares

We visited for a bottomless brunch for my birthday which I left as a note in the booking. I was not wished happy birthday at all on arrival which I overlooked as I could have just been missed in the notes. We were the only table in there for around an hour so I feel that we did not receive the atmosphere that we expected from previous bottomless brunches in other restaurants. We were greeted by our server however, following this we did not see this server again and she had told us that we could start our brunch when our friend arrived at 4:15pm due to her taxi being late. We thought that was great however, throughout our brunch we were approached twice to ask if we wanted another drink. We continuously had to get out of our seats and go to the bar to order more drinks which is very disappointing and poor service. At around 5:10pm we were approached by a different server to say that this would be our last round of drinks. I was extremely unsatisfied with this as our brunch was due to be 1 hour and 30 mins and start from 4:15pm when our friend arrived and first drink was ordered. We had only had three drinks throughout this time. I told the server this and she told me she would have to check, and just didn’t believe that this was true. She approached again and said we can have one more drink after the one she was serving us. However, once our order was taken we did not receive any drinks and by the time they had come to our table she told us we had 10 minutes as the table was being taken at 6pm. We would have been finished by 5:45pm if the service had not have been so slow and if we had received the drinks that we ordered and not have to ask someone again. To be completely honest, I choose this brunch as strawberry daiquiris are a drink that we all love however, the service and small portion of food provided was not worth the price paid in comparison to other restaurants.

Got seated ok but waited over 15 mins for service, girl was extremely aggressive & this spoilt the whole meal which was a surprise for a friends birthday, wouldn’t go back again, staff very surly!

The service I received from Akhil today was 5*. He is a lovely guy and a real credit to the business, I’ll be sure to come again. Thank you Akhil!

Thursday dinner, I go to the bar (either online or at the bar) to place an order. I say I want fish and steak and I ask if I have any allergies. I answer positively and then they send me to the table without taking my drink order until they check with the cook? I wasn't allergic to drinks, only mushrooms. It takes a while so we go again because no one is interested in us. No mushrooms. The ordered dishes arrive at our table. I ordered the steak medium rare and it came medium well/well done. I sent it back and the next one came right. We get the waiter's attention, he asks if everything is OK and says that he can't control what kind of steak will come out of the pan? I thought the steak doneness guide existed for a reason

I have ordered fish with sweet potato chips/had a bite before photo taken 😁/ in this place. Not long waiting time. All ordered through scanning QR code on table. Brilliant that was. As a guests we had to clean our table, when ordering outside. Table was terrible sticky and stuff don't clean tables quick enough. There is a place for some improvement. All in all food was very nice.

Went with some friends for bottomless brunch and we were not disappointed. The food was lovely, staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely time and will be recommending to others.

We met up with my cousin & her partner here at all bar one back in June, they were on holiday here from Australia & also into travelling around europe. They had stayed in rooms above all bar one. We all had an amazing & long afternoon spent here eating, drinking and catching up on old times (45yrs of catching up we done, we were both 15yrs old the last time we saw each other.. & All bar one was a great place to be in, we all spent the whole day here.. the staff were friendly & helpful and the food was delicious... I would reccomend All Bar One....
