Bad service. Don't need a hot drink slammed on the table from behind without a word spoken, thank you. Or cleaning the table I'm sat at with a spray, again without saying anything.

Staff are not very friendly or cooperative especially when it come to list items

My friend Mohammed have forgotten his iPhone charger at the store but he attempted many’s time to ask for the help of the store management to find out his charger but they have never find out nor cooperate with him to find the charger.

am a regular customer at the place. For two days now, I was the last person to leave the cafe. I forgot my phone charger there and the cafe was closed at that time. The next morning, I was the first person present when the cafe opened at 7:30 in the morning. I did not find him and the employees were completely uncooperative with me. How could I not find him when the cafe was closed all night and I was the last person to leave the place and the first person to arrive the next morning? During that time, there were no one but the employees. For two days now, I have been asking them about the matter every day and requesting to meet the branch manager, but I cannot find him. I also ask to open the surveillance cameras, but they have not done so.

So sad to hear what happened to one of my friend. As a regular customer it seems not safe to be there. My friend has been following up with them but no one cares. We are going to change our coffee shop to a different one. Unfortunately, you cannot keep your belongings safe in this place. And the employees are not interested in that.

Coffee sales place, very varied and with a smell in the store that penetrates deep inside. For those of us who like coffee, it has been a pleasure to have known and bought coffee from this place.

Service has always been brilliant and staff are helpful. We do enjoy our time whenever we get there. Thank you for the service

Coffee always comes with lumpy semi Off milk otherwise the machine isn't cleaned properly one or the other.

New staff is not as good as previous people. A waitress came and left our coffee soaked badly, without asking anything, nor doing a little intention about cleaning it or feeling sorry about it, clearly without any will to work, I felt like I was annoying her. We used to come here almost every day but not worth it anymore. Dirty tables. Google says it closes at 1800 but at 1645 they have half bar semi closed. When you access the place they look at you clearly like they don't want you there. When they ask stay in or take away they clearly want you to take away. I mean, I understand is Sunday, but it is not fair for customers. Edit: It was 2 stars now is 1 because after their response telling me to contact via email, I did contact but no one responded so their polite response is just to look like they care but actually they don't

Atmosphere is vibrant and looks like this place is quite popular. But, to be honest, I found their espresso quite below par. I guess it’s the brewing time and amount of water that over express the brew’s acidity. May be try something else, or tell them beforehand how you’d like your espresso.

Genuinely shocking service from staff here today. I paid £11 for two coffees and a croissant to be near enough denied entry to the baby change because the girl behind the counter assumed I wasn’t disabled and said I could use the ‘normal toilets’ I also asked a different member of staff could she wipe the table for us (as it was covered in mess) and got told very snottily “I will when I get the chance”, no eye contact, no conversational skills whatsoever. Will never come here again and will be contacting the owners about this.

Used to come here nearly daily, we changed to the 200 in bold street since we moved. Last time we were here they just gave us our coffees like this, all spilled. No apologies nor offering to bring some napkins. It was 1:30 hours until closing time but they'd already put the stools on top of the tables so people wouldn't sit there. The staff today clearly didn't want to serve their clients.

With minimal menu, this place offers a cozy atmosphere to enjoy some good coffee. The matcha latte and hot chocolate were very good. One of the best hot chocolates I’ve had.

It has nice coffee and staff but the decor is that industrial ceiling with imitation antique light bulbs , all that stuff that seems to be the style people want .

Was the bold st venue I visited but this is the only Liverpool one that came up. Lovely flat whites and nice selection of things to eat brought to the table. Nice decor and places to sit.

Was served by two members of staff who had great attitudes and were extremely welcoming. Atmosphere is lovely and highly comforting, while the latte I ordered was perfect in every aspect. highly recommend :)

I love this coffee shop and I often go there to do some work, comfortable and quiet space. Coffee is good and food is decent although a bigger variety would have been great. I would give this coffee shop a 5 but, recently, there are many flies in the shop and the problem seems ongoing; a bit disturbing as they land on coffee and food. More than happy to update my review if the problem is solved.

Has this coffee shop changed hands? I always liked it here. Went today with my daughter and the serving staff were really rude. The service was slow. When we enquired about our order the server made no eye contact, pointed to a tray saying 'that's yours'. They had laid out paper cups although we were sitting in. When we said we did not want paper cups the server said 'right' removed the paper cups and SLAMMED, capitals to indicate the slam, the cups and saucers onto the tray. Never again, far too many coffee shops in town.

Really poor service. I watched the staff take the piss out of a customer before they'd even left the shop. I ordered a breakfast bap. It was burnt to a crisp and they didn't bring sauce...I asked for the sauce as the guy passed, he said "right away"...10mins later I had to go and get the sauce. Fire alarm went off too and no offer of fresh drinks.

What a cute spot to stop and relax. Went midday to get something sweet and wasn't disappointed. I had a chocolate brownie and a hot chocolate, and both were excellent, creamy and pumped full of chocolately goodness. There are two levels of seating, both cozy booth seating and chairs. I don't think the lower level is accessible to wheelchairs, but I could have missed a side elevator/ramp somewhere. The top level is though! Bar service on the top level where you can see all the yummy options and the baristas were friendly! :)

I went in here for the first time and the place has been designed beautifully. I was chatting to the young lady who served me who was very personable and had a lovely energy about her. She also gave me other recommendations for coffee on the opposite side of town where I spend a lot of time. I ordered my Americano and sat down and when she came over I asked for a glass of water which is went and got for me. I thanked her and told her I appreciated it as I have had an awful day. She smiled at me and said she hoped my day got better and patted my shoulder before she walked away. I wasn't expecting it and I was speechless (in a good way) and it was clear that she really cared. I smiled at her and hopefully blended it well and a few minutes later she came back over and said I hope you like cake and all I could think to say was thank you. She reassured me things would get better and I said they already have and she smiled at me and went back to work. I finished my coffee and cake which were both delicious and said my goodbyes and left. Customer service like this is non-existent and it's amazing to see someone go above and beyond the call to improve someone's day. She definitely did that and I hope I can do the same for someone soon 10/10 thank you so much you made an awful day turn out quite nicely ❤️

First time in coffee shop in Liverpool, very spacious a relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. Unfortunately no photos but had a lovely coffee with food and highly recommend visiting. Next time in Liverpool we will definitely be starting from there.

I've been here 4/5 times it's becoming my favourite cafe to visit on days off. The coffee is delicious I usually get a flat white or a latte and the milk is steamed perfectly. The cafe can get very busy and hot but the drinks are always good. Good place to people watch from the comfy stools at the window. Will keep coming back. No negatives 😊 wish they did some fresh fruit though!

Hands down the best cup of coffee in Liverpool. I’ve gotten a number of colleagues/friends hooked on 200 Degrees coffee and they’ll never even contemplate a “mainstream” coffee brand when in Liverpool. Service is second to none, drinks are at the other end of the counter just seconds after ordering. Helen, Jade & the team are all assets to 200. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely fantastic barista style coffee. Friendly staff that knows how to make all kinds of coffee. They also serve tasty cakes. I recommend the espresso chocolate brownie.

There is no less option than one otherwise it would have given in negative. We ordered tea and latte and asked one of the girl to clean the table as it was not clean. Inspired of cleaning she asked me what's wrong with it. Literally you don't expect it from any cafe. Latter they completed our order and never let us know until I went and enquired. I can't say whether it was racist or not but it felt like that. Because their behavior was not the same with others.

I decided to go in for a coffee after reading great reviews on google. It was ok but nothing fantastic. I wasn’t impressed with the service. If your first language isn’t english probably not a nice place to go, as I saw the staff being condescending to a girl who wanted to buy a water but was struggling to explain that she wanted a plastic bottle. If i understood her (english is not my first language) i’m sure the staff did too but instead of saying yes we have plastic bottles or no we don’t have them, sorry, they were just looking confused, so this girl left clearly frustrated of not being able to communicate with them, after she was gone the staff just said how rude she was. A bit of diversity and inclusion training wouldn’t hurt them.

You can always rely on 200 Degrees, Liverpool for a warm and friendly welcome. Excellent coffee (my oat flat white is always spot on) and a good range of cakes, including some tasty vegan choices. It’s also a nice relaxing spot for people watching. If you’re looking for great coffee in Liverpool city centre, this is the place.

My favourite coffee place in Liverpool. I was here early last year, my food order somehow got lost in the shuffle, and they swiftly handled it and were kind enough to give me a free drink card. Over a year later, I was lucky enough to return to Liverpool and sure enough, they accepted the card without issue, and I had another great coffee and lunch. Really nice atmosphere here, always really nice staff, tons of tasty coffee and food choices, and a perfect central location for people watching. Highly recommend.

I travel over from abroad for matches and always stop here for a coffee in the mornings. It's excellent. Coffee, ambience, food and staff. All top class. Yesterday I observed how the manager (might be the owner) interacted with her staff and she was very good with them. Showed them lots of appreciation and affection. Great to see. I'll be back again soon.

Tried turmeric latte for the first time and enjoyed. Husband had the regular latte alsoenjoyed but the deserts were to die for.

Awful coffee. Asked if they have skimmed milk and was informed they do, after they made my coffee was told no they don't and looked at me like I had ten heads. Very rude staff. Paid almost £7 for two undrinkable coffees that went in the bin. Definitely avoid.

Popped in here for an hour or so for a latte and slice of cake late on a Saturday afternoon. Both tasted really good. The place had a nice atmosphere, with plenty of people working on laptops and plenty more just chatting with friends.

Great little coffee shop, visited twice for breakfast, had my first ever turmeric latte, which I have never seen before and just had to try as I was quite intrigued, it was lovely, like drinking a lemon sponge pudding!

I really like this place. Great coffee, fantastic pastries, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. What more do you want from a coffee shop? It's centrally located and usually busy, but not too busy.

Met my friend in town and called in for lunch. Good selection of food we both had a toasted sandwich which was tasty and a pot of tea and my friend had a cuppachino which she said was really nice. Staff very friendly will definitely be going again.

The service is awful (maybe only with foreigners). I’m referring to the old lady talked nicely with people before me but NOT with me 🤷🏻‍♀️. Nice coffee. Good atmosphere shame they didn't have mugs to serve in and gave a disposable cup. But quality of the coffee was smooth and the taste was well developed. The coffee was the right strength. Service was good and drink was brought to the table fairly soon after ordering. Atmosphere was nice quiet when I was there plenty of space background music ambient and not so loud that would warrant shouting over. Clean, comfortable and laid back vibe. Overall except for the disposable cup not disappointed. Would go again.

This coffee shop is my and my sisters favourite place. I tried the iced Spanish Latte, hot Spanish Latte and i give it 5 stars 💌 I also tried hot matcha and hot chocolate and it was perfect! The service is okay.

I recently visited a coffee shop that was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were all friendly. Excellent coffee! Their cappuccino is spot on, one of the very few coffee shops that actually serve proper coffee. They make great sandwhiches as well.

Tea's come in a pot with tea leaves not a bag and they make a real flavoursome Earl gray. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
