The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Chester City Cheshire West and Chester North West

Such a shame we didn't get to eat here, I'm not one to leave bad reviews but felt I had to. After booking a table for my family for dinner 2 weeks in advance as we were visiting the city, i was very disappointed to be shown to our table which were high bar seats, 'outside' at a cramped table with smokers leaning over from other tables and was extremely loud. Unfortunately there weren't any other tables, even when we explained we couldn't sit there due to health conditions so had to leave and find somewhere else to eat. Would have been ok if we were just going for a drink but as it was a table booked for dinner, it was very disappointing

My compliments to this wonderful cafe. Everything is great: food, tea, coffee, service and atmosphere. I recommend it, you will have a lot of fun. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Haven't visited the Eagle in years. Guessing it has been refitted and to a very high standard. Its one of those Chester pubs that is tucked away and you need to know where it is. Definitely worth a visit lived the old motorbike in there as well.

Came here for breakfast in late December. Used to go to the bromborough cafe many years ago and glad Chester is still going. Friendly service and busy but got a table by the window. Food was excellent. A tasty full English and French toast with bacon and syrup. All served hot and with top quality ingredients. Always enjoyed going here and will certainly return

Fantastic find in Chester! Visited with my partner for Coffee and I was so tempted by the delicious Belgian Waffles that I had to treat myself (Dessert for breakfast? Yes Please!) It was absolutely delicious, a hot waffle with rich chocolate ice cream and salted caramel sauce plus 2 delicious homemade Strawberry Cream Chocolates! We also had a Mango Smoothie, Cappucino and Milkshake which were both fresh and so tasty! Wonderful location, the owner was really welcoming and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend a visit if you're in Chester☺️ I love that you can buy the chocolates online too - Great idea for upcoming birthdays!

Ate here one evening, was served promptly and efficiently the food when it was ready was plentiful and very tasty, exactly what was ordered, would eat here again .

The afternoon tea was lovely. Good selection of sandwiches and cakes. tables laid with table cloths. friendly staff.

Vinimos aquí para almorzar en una visita a Chester. El menú es variado y los precios son económicos. Pedí un sándwich y en el menú dice que puedes elegir entre quesos. El mío no venía con el queso que había pedido, pero pensé que había leído mal el menú, así que no lo mencioné, pero al leer el menú al salir me di cuenta de que tenía razón. Incluso sin el queso, el sándwich estaba delicioso y obviamente recién hecho. Pedimos una oferta de sándwich para niños para mi hija y las patatas fritas tenemos casi 3 meses de fecha. Mencioné esto y no podrían haber estado más disculpados. Los cambiaron por un paquete de patatas fritas más caro que ni siquiera estaban en la comida de los niños. Aunque hubo algunos errores, disfruté de mi almuerzo aquí. Estaba muy ocupado, por lo que debe ser popular entre los lugareños.

Been here a few times and service and drinks are really good, it’s a shame it’s closing at the end of March but worth a visit before it does, good luck for the future.

Best kept secret in Chester. Lovely filter coffee and cake. Amazing space. I also had a tuna melt panini which was lovely and very friendly service.

Not religious at all but like other reviewers found this true OASIS when looking for refreshment in Chester Just great, lovely staff and clientele and great quality and value coffee and cakes... Interesting selection of books, gifts, cards etc Would use regularly if we lived locally Staff say they may have to relocate soon due to "commercial development of the site" Surely the Church which is not short of funds can provide an alternative venue for this wonderful place which probably does more for spreading the religious message than many more traditional churches etc...something in the Cathedral Precinct maybe?? Chester market is fabulous. It's got a nice vibe about it and the bar is fairly central to it all. It looks great and theyve a huge choice of spirits. I had Prosecco and they put a raspberry in which was nice. The chap behind the bar was lovely, there was a young woman behind the bar who wasn't so friendly hence the 4 stars. She wasn't rude, but she just wasn't friendly

Lovely pub! Food is so delicious. Lovely girl who served us, Katie (i believe) chatting away to us, really made our day. What a credit to the company she is! Will definitely be making this a regular from now on😊😊

Had breakfast here today. I chose fruit, granola and Greek yoghurt, toast & marmalade, fruit tea. Very tasty friendly staff, reasonable prices.

AMAZING FOOD. SHAME THE SLOW SERVICE LET IT DOWN. WE DINED APPROX 3PM TO 5PM. 23RD DEC WAS OUR 2ND VISIT, SAME COMMENTS AS PREVIOUS VISIT.
